Everything about this house and location makes it perfect for a family get away. Ideal for all age, (play house and sand box were a big hit for our 1 1/2 year old granddaughter), pet friendly and views that don't stop. It is an easy walk to the beach along a private path and downtown is right around the corner. We have stayed in my homes for vacations but this is the best one we have stayed in. My wife wants us to buy it!!!!

A very special property...some friends who joined us only for the day said they thought they were in a resort. Others who only spent a night felt so refreshed and restored because of the expansive view. My grandkids LOVED Mimi's new beach house...LOL!!! Owners are incredibly kind and responsive, and generous to share their amazing home.

What a perfect spot! We landed in Sonoma and headed to the coast. What a journey and Willow Camp being out final destination just about blew us all away. The house was perfect, appointed and ready for all our possible needs. Thrilled to have visited and we’re already arguing about when we can come back!

The location and amenities were great. The view was great with easy access to a wonderful beach that young children, 2-3 years old greatly enjoyed. It is set up nicely for six adults and six children. We had eight adults and three toddlers so two adults had to sleep in small children's beds. Unfortunately the fancy pizza oven didn't work even when the owner came out to try to get it going. Also the range and oven were not so great, one of the two ovens and two of the six burners didn't work. The owners did respond quickly but unfortunately the problems were required parts that were not available.

This property is truly special! It's a in a perfect location, completely private with amazing views (beach on one side, mountain on the other), but only a 2 minute walk from the beach and the tiny town of Stinson. The whole vibe of the place is gentle, sweet, relaxed, family-friendly, fun, peaceful, happy. The compound has multiple fantastic outdoor seating areas, along with beautiful gardens, making it a light, bright, and cozy indoor-outdoor living experience. Thank you so much Steve & Lovisa for a long family weekend we all loved!

The house was exactly as advertised. The owner was very responsive and helpful.

This gorgeous home was the perfect spot to celebrate a 70th birthday. We loved the nearby beach and the kids had a ball with the swings, playhouse and grassy area. We served birthday cake around the fire pit...under a warm, starry sky. The hot tub was such a treat after a full day in the waves and sand. This was truly a weekend to remember!!

We have been back a number of times over the years with our family and we love the property! The house is great. The location is amazing - hiking, beach, town. Mt Tam trails are out your door. The beach is a 4 minute walk down the yard. Town has everything you need. An amazing place and the hosts are A++!

Lovisa & Steve were great hosts, this was the perfect property to host a family reunion! We loved cooking together, kids surfed, and had a birdseye view of the finish line of the Dipsea race. A wonderful time with plenty of little nooks for conversations. Weather was spectacular too! Thank you!

What a beautiful and special property this is - within walking distance to the beach and town. The photos of the gardens don't do it justice! This truly is a gardener's paradise with surprises around each corner. The property is very quiet with views of the ocean, fun indoor and outdoor entertaining/relaxing areas, hot tub, fire pit & children's play area. The master bedroom has a private reading room (or meditation room) so you can hide away from the world if you need. I would go back by myself and just relax and restore my soul! A very special property. If you go into town, be sure to dine at Parkside. But you must order a loaf of their Gruyere Bread and a container of Pesto. Best pesto I've ever had! If you are as lucky as we were, the home owner will leave you a special gift of this delight upon your check-in. Thank you for an amazing stay!

We had a beautiful getaway weekend for our staff retreat. The space was very flexible for sleeping accommodations and space for our various activities. The house is gorgeous and well cared-for. Would go back in a heartbeat. Lovisa was very accommodating and easy to reach. The owner stopped by on the day we arrived and made us feel very welcome.

My family and I spent a long weekend soaking in the sun and enjoying this beautiful property--we had a fantastic time and hope to return for another reunion. The view from the master suite and reading room is world class and unbeatable. The home has most everything that you need, including Sonos, a fire pit, cozy slippers, beach towels and a fully-stocked kitchen. You really can't go wrong with this location, the views, and the beach access. Thank you so much for having us!

Every detail was attended to. The kitchen had everything we needed, we played bocce ball, hiked, walked the beach, ate our meals on the deck with the ocean view, curled up in a corner with a book, played chess and walked into town. Everything was simply perfect, the hosts, the house and the location!

Everything was perfect: the house (great kitchen and loved the cottage being able to sleep 6), the front yard (bocce court, fire pit, hot tub, etc.), the location (easy private path to beach, walkable to town), and the hosts (Lovisa was quick to respond and very helpful). Would love to come back!

My family (me, my wife, two sons, daughter in-law & four grand kids) had an absolutely delightful stay at this Stinson Beach villa. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!!! Lovisa (the owner) and (her assistant) Karolina were so very helpful and cooperative in arranging our stay and in answering our questions. There was plenty of room for everyone in the beautiful villa and in the charming cottage. The furnishings were restful and very comfortable. The master bedroom and shower were awesome. The views were spectacular, and the sounds of the waves made sleeping very pleasurable. The gardens are beautiful, and it was a delight to watch the hummingbirds zoom around the garden area. Here are some more BIG pluses: easy beach access, nice fire pit (great for making smores), hot tub, bocce ball court, pizza oven, play house and swing set for young children.

Loved the set up of this home. It was such an easy walk to the beach, park side cafe, and town. The guest cottage suited our teenage boys and their friends giving them plenty of space to spread out, laugh loudly and play monopoly. The main house had a great open layout with the kitchen having al the amenities you could want. We kept the cantina doors open most afternoons so when we were preparing means we felt as though we were outside. We loved the large wooden table on the lower patio. We used it for family meals after enjoying our days at the beach. The kids loved warming up In the hot tub after a day of boogie boarding and the outdoor shower was great for rinsing all the sand off our bodies and boards. Lovisa was an amazing host and we would absolutely rent this house again and again!

Every aspect of this beautiful get-away home is lovely. We loved the kitchen which overlooks the ocean, the enclosed property is very safe for children. Lovisa arranges for a welcomed basket of treats, so very thoughtful and delicious. Every detail you could think of us taken care of. The house is charming, comfortable, incredible views and beach access. We had a great time and truly hope to return. Thank you so much Lovisa for a memorable weekend.

This home was the perfect spot for our family reunion and birthday celebration. Our group of ten ranged from grandchildren in their teens and twenties to seniors, and there truly was something for everyone. We took advantage of the hot tub, fire pit, basketball hoop, board games and private path to the beach, and cooked several meals in the well-outfitted kitchen. When it came time for toasts, we appreciated the lovely champagne flutes in the barware collection. When we booked, we had no idea we'd want a great TV with recording capability but because of it, those of us with an interest were able to wake up and watch the Royal Wedding together. As with any property that offers so much, there were a few small hiccups, but Lovisa and Steve were extremely responsive and solutions were reached. All in all, a wonderful weekend in a beautiful setting!
