it was clean and had a great breakfast. the pool was nice, and the exercise room was clean and organized. This hotel has the best pillows of any hotel where we’ve vacationed!

Modeen, clean, close to the Razorback trail system, loved the room size, layout, and furnishings. great fitness center and pool. Complimentary breakfast was so good and included healthy options.

Filling

Breakfast wasn’t very good but filling.

I liked the steel doors. They made me feel secure. The rooms are clean. The overall design of the space makes it easier for the cleaning staff to do their job. The lobby and pool area are both located by front desk so it's a nice overall common area. The location for visitors is fantastic. You can easily get where you need to go from here.

It's cost effective design allows for sound to travel. Doors opening and closing.

I thought the breakfast was pretty good, but it seemed as though thanks got cold quickly, I. e. eggs and sausage. I prefer my coffee very hot and it was barely warm

I thought it was odd that in the king suite room we booked, the main seating area with the kitchenette and it had a huge picture window and no blinds or curtains…

French toast with homemade blueberry syrup one morning. Cooked while I watched. Small kitchen in room was an unexpected bonus. Great lighting in bathroom. Common area was simply furnished but clearly invited gatherings.

It was a little hard to find set back from main road. Could use better signage Thank heaven for GPS.

Modern, clean and great breakfast.

The beds were below average on comfort. Most Westin hotels are known for their great beds.

The amazing free breakfast and espresso machine! And everyone was so friendly!

Comfortable, modern rooms with fantastic beds - but the real gem is the free breakfast courtesy of the wonderful Velia.

This was a nice, new modern hotel with clean Scandinavian style decor and furnishings. We were very impressed with our room, a suite which came with a fully fitted and equipped kitchen. Lovely spacious bathroom, excellent shower. And one of the few places we've visited recently with a comfortable pillow. The staff were also very helpful and friendly.

In fact it would have been outstandingly perfect if it hadn't been for the lack of sound insulation. We had asked for a room on the top floor, but were told that they didn't really use those rooms, so they gave us a room on the third floor with no-one above us. But the blind was broken in that room, so we ended up with a room on the second floor and our sleep was interrupted on both nights by the activities of people in a room above. The hvac system in the hotel is also noisy and we had to turn that off at night.

We've stayed at the Element before and enjoyed our stay. We opted for the suite this time since the regular King size room was very, very small. The suite was spacious, clean, comfortable, and had many unexpected amenities! We are excited to come back when it's warm enough to utilize the pool.

The bathroom didn't have a usable outlet. The outlet was located behind the mirror, and there wasn't enough space to plug anything in. Very frustrating since it was the only mirror in the room. I had to use my phone to get ready each morning. I also thought it was odd that the room had TONS of outlets (very convenient!) but only one unusable outlet in the bathroom! We asked the front desk person about it and he basically said they needed to fix it but haven't gotten around to it. He said they usually have a 360 extension cord for this issue but that it went missing and didn't have one to offer us. We also didn't have housekeeping our entire stay. It wasn't a problem in the end, but something I found odd since I know many guests would require/expect it. Overall, the issues were very minor and we will definitely be coming back, but maybe with an extension cord this time! ;)
