Great location for visiting Crystal Bridges Museum

I was charged for this reservation in advance by booking.com When I received my credit card statement I saw that was charged a second time by Microtel on the initial date of my stay (4/13).

The location

The receptionist was very rude, she was playing very loud music, I asked her to lower the volume and her reply was since I'm here by myself this is what I do

Price and location.

Most things in the room were broken, pillows and linens stained, a smell throughout the building, holes in the hallway floor with exposed pipes, extension cords ran all over the room, tiniest tv I ever saw, not that it mattered since it did not work. My last few Booking stays have been sub par, I wonder if hotels are starting to give customers who book through third parties their worst rooms.

The staff is exceptional there! Emily, works at the front desk, and has the most kind, understanding, loving and caring person I have encountered on this journey I’m taking. That woman deserves a raise that reaches the heavens! XOXOXOXO-Lisa

like I said, before, home away from home, it doesn’t get any better than this! Waffles, coffee, yogurt, your usual, continental, breakfast juice, bar, clean, kind, warm, and loving staff

I loved everything about the property. I wish they were more like them around Northwest Arkansas. It would be a better place to live.

the toilet in the room would not flush and had to be fixed before use. Parking lot did not feel particularly safe at night.

Roaches in bathroom. Extremely noisy guests. noise went on well past midnight. Apparently the hotel was filled with construction workers who were staying there. Sounded like Sumo wrestling along with bowling from the floor above as well as running up and down stairs. I would add that I have stayed at this location many times in the past. First few times were great. Has steadily gone downhill.

Parking was easy and available. Hotel was clean. The pillows were possibly the best pillows I’ve ever slept on in my life. There were no bells and whistles but nothing wrong either. Breakfast was slim but decent. Great value for the money.

There were no frills or extra amenities, but still yet, for the price it was great.

Overall, the entire facility. The staff, amenities, and facility are quite remarkable. The complimentary breakfast is a cut above some of the facilities I have experienced in the past.

The hot water system needs attention. I takes far too long to get water warm enough for showering or bathing. A trash truck emptying containers at 4:30 am woke up everyone in our group. This service route could be rescheduled to later in the day to avoid waking guests.

Location was fine. Room was small but clean.

The breakfast was minimal, chose to eat out. The hallways and lounge furniture were dirty, very stained. Won't stay here again.

Microtel was easy to find, close to the interstate but not on top of it. Room was clean and adequate for a one night stay.

The room was described as a queen room, but had a full size bed. The room was small. Complimentary breakfast ended before we got out of bed.
