We were 3 couples traveling for New Year’s. The house was perfect for us! Plenty of room and amenities!! The house was extremely clean and we loved seeing all the different treasures that were in the house. Cleo was very helpful with ideas and when we couldn’t find something, Cleo responded right away. It definitely made our stay in the Tampa area very enjoyable. We went to Tarpon Springs, St Pete’s Beach, Clearwater and the guys found amazing golf courses close by!! Definitely would stay there again and we would recommend this property! Thank you,Cleo, for opening up your beautiful home to us!

Wounderful spacious home north of Tampa with amazing furnishing and super comfortable bedding. The hosts (Cleo & Jon) were extra ordinary helpful and accommodating. Highly recommended.

I can’t say enough about this property. It was clean, beautifully decorated, extremely spacious, and the beds were heavenly! The pool was amazing and the neighborhood is beautiful. Cleo was the nicest host I could have asked for. Definitely an upscale property , I hope to stay here again!!

Enjoyed our time. Cleo was very accommodating, she made sure we had everything we needed. There is no cable TV however TV is a smart tv. The pool was very nice and we enjoyed it each day

What a beautiful home. As soon as you walk in the door you know you will have a pampered experience. We had three adult couples in the home and never felt “crowded” with the 3500 sq ft of living space. The owners thought of everything from the wonderful beds, lush towels, guest slippers and bathrobes, beautiful dish ware and so much more. The caged in pool and it’s waterfall was a dream. This area is also decorated exquisitely and we were in heaven just lounging by the pool all day. We rented this property for our small family reunion. Choosing this property made this occasion even more special. Lastly, the owner was fantastic. She reached out to us before we arrived and was always available to us during our stay. All of us agreed that we had never received such special treatment from an owner before. If you are considering this property for your special occasion, you won’t be sorry. Great home, amenities, location and best of all, great owner!

House was beautiful and property very well maintained

The house is so beautiful and interesting with the collection of her travels during her military service to our country. Cleo is easy to talk to, like we have been friends for years. There is plenty of room for everyone and anything you would need during your stay is provided for. Awesome and an amazing house...Thanks Cleo and Jon.

My family and I really enjoyed staying in your home. I have 3 teenage daughters and the pool was just what we needed! The house was furnished with everything we could imagine and it was decorated very neatly. Thank you for allowing us to be your guest. We are looking forward to returning soon.
