The fact that you charge xtra for your car when you stay at the hotel and was not offered a car &cruise price when I called the hotel.

The property is in a prime location for exploring historic Ybor City on foot and is less than 2 miles from Port Tampa. The breakfast was great, the bed comfortable, and the showers extraordinary.

While this is a great security measure and helped us feel safe, it was a hassle to use the key card to activate the elevator each time and we never found the stairs.

parking costs $ 25, on the day of booking they called from and said that the reservation did not go through and they canceled the reservation, tied another card, saw confirmation on the site, but upon check-in they said that the reservation was canceled, but since there are free rooms, we were settled. It's a strange situation because the cancellation of the reservation did not come to me.

1). The breakfast was terrible. The only two items that did not taste old were the banana and the oatmeal. 2). If customers place the do not disturb sign on the door, they do not want to be asked if they would like their rooms cleaned. Housekeepers should refrain from knocking on the door. Housekeepers may be paid according to the number of rooms they tend. I don't know, but housekeepers should follow instructions. 3). You had some guy attempting to sell hotel stays during breakfast. After I passed on the awful food, he approached me and asked about my stay After I explained the food conditions, he attempted to sell hotel stays to me—absolutely not the right time.

The size of the room was larger than expected and staff was very friendly. The location was perfect to be able to walk to restaurants and bars.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Location is perfect. Historic center is just several steps. There's historic tram stop near, and you can go to Downtown with it for free.

Breakfast was a little bit poor. There was only apples and oranges as a fruits. No cheese or some ham. Carpet in the room was a little bit dirty and needs cleaning or replacement.

Elevators took FOREVER. Ended up taking the stairs
