Decorating in this lovely condo is a joy. Absolutely love the Coconut Grove area. Great stay!

Property amenities were really good, staff was excelley

This really is a beautiful property. It had all the basics we needed, washer and dryer, WiFi for all our devices, kitchen with all the useful things we needed. Kids really liked heading to the pool every day. Check-in was very easy, just had to get the key card, run upstairs to get the parking pass, and parked the car and it was simple. Nice that the floor elevators go to the parking garage. We hit the park and restaurant across the street. Park was great, my boys played pick-up soccer several times with older kids. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance with kids menus.

Great apartment!

Exactly as the pictures show. Very clean. Lots of space. Gorgeous view and beautiful sunsets. Right in the middle of everything in Coconut Grove. Every restaurant we went to was amazing. We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay again without hesitation!

We are repeat visitors to this property. The location is perfect for us. The view is amazing, and the amenities at the hotel are top notch. The included parking pass is another plus although we could walk to numerous restaurants, Cocowalk mall and CVS. It would be nice if there were a paring knife and a baking sheet in the kitchen, however, if you are going to do any cooking or make a frozen pizza even. That being said, we will be back!

We really enjoyed staying in the 2 BR condo at Sonesta. The interior is so bright and happy! The balcony overlooks coconut grove and marina. We never had noise or construction issues as stated in earlier reviews. The hotel staff was very helpful and Daniella, the property manager, was so good providing information and detail instructions prior to our arrival. The condo is clean and well supplied. I would definitely consider returning there in the future.

This is on the lowest level, closest to the road and noise, and faces away from the water and toward a large construction area. But you do have water views. Bring earplugs. The construction and landscaping equipment awoke us each morning at 6 am.

It is so nice to be able to reach out to your landlord when changes happen. our flights changed and they were very helpful. The units were clean and fresh! Creative art in every room. A nice touch. Excellent location to sailing clubs and walkable to all that Coconut has to offer.

Beautiful unit!

You won't be disappointed with this unit. I was there with my partner and two teammates for a regatta so the king bed and second room with twin beds was perfect. Also, when staying with three guys, having three bathrooms is a huge bonus! I don't give five stars very often so a four star is a very good rating from me. One drawback is also why it's great. If you want a central location you are going to have central location noise so sleeping with the windows open is out. Also, the platform king bed is a shin buster in the small space but it was super comfortable with great pillows so I can't complain. Check-in was very easy, the wifi worked well and the unit was clean and well cared for. Overall a great experience

I stayed in this unit with my wife and 5-year-old son, and we we thrilled with the accommodations! The Unit - The apartment itself was wonderful: clean, tastefully decorated, well-appointed, reasonably spacious, and lovingly maintained. The views from every room of this 9th floor unit were terrific, and, in particular, the panoramic views from the corner bedroom were a treat. Also, the unit has a wrap-around patio that's quite large enough to comfortably spend time outside enjoying the view. The one caveat I would offer is that the second bedroom has two very small beds. They were a great size for my son (and probably many people who are not 6' 4" like me), but I probably could not have slept comfortably in them. Location - The location can't be beat. The building is in the heart of Coconut Grove. From the porch you can see the ocean, several large parks, and the "downtown" amenities like shopping and some of the top-rated restaurants in Miami. Also, for travelers with kids, the parks are a treat. The building is directly across the street from a large park with two well-appointed playgrounds. Lots to do! The Building - The building overall was lovely, but it was also the source of my 2 minor complaints. Parking can be an annoyance, since you have to go through the front check in area to get to the garage entrance, which means that if someone is parked and checking in when you pull up, you have to wait for them to finish or for the attendants to notice and move the car. Also, the turn to get into the garage is tricky for larger vehicles. Also, we found noise to be an issue one night. Throughout the week, we had no problems at all, but on Friday night there was a function going on in the event space, which is on the floor directly below the unit. The music was so loud that we could feel the thumping and hear the lyrics. That said, the two issues would not stop me from staying in this unit if we find ourselves in Miami again. It was awesome!

My teenage daughters and I enjoyed this property very much! It was comfortable and tastefully decorated with plenty of pillows, blankets & towels. I wasn't sure how it worked bring part of a hotel but independently owned. It was actually great! We arrived after dark and pulled to the main entrance of the hotel. A bellhop helped with our luggage and groceries and delivered them to the unit while we parked in the attached garage. A parking pass and keys were waiting at the front desk. We ate at the hotel restaurant one night and I used the gym. We loved walking to shops and restaurants in the neighborhood and explored the park and bay. The view was the best, especially at sunset & sunrise. We were in town to tour the University of Miami for my oldest daughter, and this property was very convenient. We also drove to South Beach one day which was about 25 minute drive and easy. We had one minor problem arise but the manager was quick to respond and fix it! I would return to this property.

Travelled with a family of 4 ( 2 late teens) and the apartment was everything we anticipated from pictures and description. Loved staying in Coconut Grove and early morning walks were a highlight. Easy to get to South Beach, Little Havana and Wynwood. Great complex and lots of local amenity. Miami was more than we expected and can't wait to get back one day. Wynwood Walls a definite highlight.

The two bedroom condo was very clean and perfect for our stay . We enjoyed our visit very much. The property is walking distance to great restaurants and shops in Coconut Grove . The pool and the restaurant at the property were great as well .

We stayed here for almost a month, in late Jan-early Feb 2016. Furnishings and appliances were brand new (except, oddly, the living room rug) and Miami Modern, the beds were super comfy, the in-unit washer and dryer were very effective. The unit was very clean. The layout of the unit is very good; nice separation between the bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was somewhat sparsely equipped; we had to go buy some basic bowls and roasting pans. Location in the Sonesta Hotel gives you access to a beautiful roof pool, with a gorgeous water view, as well as good gym. Having to use Sonesta internet was a pain; we had to re-enter passwords every day. The only other annoyance was that the unit is located one floor above the entertainment floor of the hotel, and there were several big evening events with very loud live music until midnight. These were on weekend nights, so if you go out yourselves on the the weekends, you won't mind. Our contact person was very responsive when we had questions or issues. The location in Coconut Grove is terrific - the waterfront is about one long block away, and the shopping/dining/funky heart of Coconut Grove is also one long block away (in other direction). There is a wonderful yoga studio 3 blocks away, and lots of hip restaurants. I would definitely return and would recommend this unit to friends.
