My family of seven recently stayed for a week at Casa Rio. We had an amazing vacation and could not be happier with this house and location. First, all of the beds are extremely comfortable which is important to us! The livingroom area is comfortable and inviting and had plenty of seating for all of us to enjoy a football game on Sunday! The landscaping and private backyard was a relaxing space that everyone enjoyed. The pool was just the right size and we included the heating for my 82 year old mother! The beach is right at the end of the street and Commercial Blvd shops and restaurants are a fifteen minute walk from the house. Everything about this house and location was perfect!! Highly recommend this vacation home. Maintenance was quick to respond when we had a minor issue, Forest was delightful to deal with!

Our family had a wonderful time at Casa Rio. We loved the pool and layout of the house. The neighborhood was beautiful and very walkable. Very close to the beach! The management was very responsive and checked. Would go again.

Overall, satisfied with this property. It is very clean, nice pool (limited sun) and good location. Couple things disappointing, advertised 4 beach chairs, one chair is fine, one chair looks fine but has grease on it, two chairs are rusty and dirty, really not useable. With two adults and 6 children, there's absolutely no where to hang 8 bath towels, nowhere to hang swimsuits outside. We had to run the washer and dryer 24/7. Too many vases and decorations that are breakable with children. I think they want you to break them so they can charge you.

Perfect location near restaurants and Beach. Quiet area with privacy. Nice garden with a private pool and a lot of space to associate. Great place for friends or a large family to live in. Great host.

Would definitely love to stay here again

From the minute you walk in you will fall in love with this house. Driving down the street just makes you happy. We moved in my daughter to college and had a few days so decided to rent a house last minute for a last minute vacation. It won’t disappoint. The beds are comfy and the outdoor area is awesome we would definitely rent this place again!

Perfectly located, just 7 min walk to the beach. Nice pool and lounges. Front porch chairs. Updated kitchen and living area. GREAT management co. , very responsive and accommodating. Great area, 10 min walk to restaurants, bars, ice-cream, etc. Very tropical feel with coconut trees, palm trees, Lizards and iguanas all around. Only thing I recommend is that they add locks to bedroom doors for privacy.

We stayed at Casa Rios this last week for our family vacation and to say that I was impressed is not even close to describing how amazing it was. The space is more beautiful than the photos show. It was perfect for our family of 7! The pool is incredible which is where we spent most of our time. The walk to the beach and town is simple and we did it easily with a 3 and 5 yr old. The atmosphere is perfect. The town of Lauderdale by the Sea has become our new favorite destination and we will absolutely stay with By The Sea Vacation Villas when we come back. Communication was excellent with the owners and they even came out and assisted with helping spray extra for mosquitoes because a couple of us has some side effects to bites. They definitely went over the top to make sure our stay was even more perfect. Having a place like Casa Rios to call home for the week really made our vacation even better! We are already planning next years trip! Do yourself a favor and stay with this company :)

We spent nine amazing days in Casa Rio villa. The location of the villa is great. It is in the quite neighborhood, near the attraction sites and good restaurants, also it is ten minutes walk from the ocean beach. The villa is very clean and has all necessary amenities. The pool is clean and spacious. If you pick this villa for your next vacation you won't be disappointed.

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Rio. The set up of he house was perfect for our group. The house was clean and functional. The pool was fantastic. The walk to the beach and Pier were short and the area was so cute! Tanya was great and resolve any issue that we had promptly. I would highly recommend this property !

Our family of five really enjoyed this house. It was very clean , the beds were comfortable and the pool in the backyard was great. Some of the pictures on line need updated because the pool area has been updated and looks even better than the pictures with a new patio and chairs. The location is great too because you can walk to all the restaurants on the main strip and the walk to the beach is probably 7-8 blocks ...not too bad , we did it with 3 kids and one in a stroller , just not ideal if you forget something and have to go back. Overall we loved our stay here.

We loved staying at the house. The pool at night was my daughters favorite. Definitely will be staying there again

Some new outdoor furniture etc. It was a wonderful space to hang out while the kids played in the pool in the mornings and evenings. Walking distance to beach and downtown Fort Lauderdale By The Sea and restaurants. Great area. I would say about a 10-15 minute walk to beach/downtown area but extremely easy to do for all ages. Very quiet neighborhood, friendly people. Everyone was out exercising, walking dogs, taking bike rides - it felt like I was home which was nice. The management company was extremely responsive - texted me about restaurant recommendations, area activities and any questions I had prior and during our stay.
