Spacious, clean, great location and views. We would definitely stay here again!

We had an excellent stay. The condo was very clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were very comfortable and we had a lovely view of the lake each morning. It was a 40 minute drive to boyne highlands for skiing but only 10 minutes to boyne mountain. The owner responded immediately to any questions we had. We had a bit of an issue with the entry door lock keypad sticking but the owner is now aware. We would absolutely rent this condo again

We loved the Condo close to all we planned on during our stay Loved the property and surroundings. Can't wait to stay again Summer 2024. Richard was wonderful to work with when having problems with my cell phone and attachments. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Had a family and friends gathering in Petoskey. Location was perfect for four of us to stay. Clean inside and out. Well light and entry is ground level. Lock box so check in is seamless. People were friendly and willing to help with us getting around the area with our pedal bikes. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Loved the condo at the Landings! Was able to use their marina to keep 25ft boat rental which made it especially nice. Also liked the pool and how beautifully maintenance kept all the flowers and shrubs. The condo was perfect for my wife and i and 2 adult children.

We love this cute little town. The location of the condo is perfect and the complex is well kept and very nice. This is are second time at this complex. No complaints from us.

Location was great. Store across the street. Close to town, lake out the front door. Pool was especially handy.

We had a great time at this condo for a family getaway skiing nearby Boyne Mtn. The condo was as advertised; very clean, well appointed and great location on Lk Charlevoix within walking distance to Boyne City. The grocery store across the street was a huge convenience. Communication with the owners was excellent. This was our second stay at a condo in this association and we have enjoyed each stay.

We spent Christmas here with our eyes on spending most of our time skiing. This condo had everything we needed, including easy access to Boyne Mountain.

This condo is super clean, adorably decorated and has all the amenities you need. The view of the bay is absolutely gorgeous! I would stay here again!

The condo was emaculant. Everything was in place. Fully furnished and had everything you need. Bed for comfortable. Layout was good. Great view of the sunset on the lake. Highly recommend.

We've stayed for a long weekend. We truly enjoy the condo, very clean, spacious, amazing view of Lake Charlevoix, convenient located walking distance to downtown, restaurants, grocery store (Starbucks inside). Very good communication with the owner.

This property is all its written up to be. Very clean! The view of the lake is amazing. The owner was irritable and difficult to deal with.

You can tell this condo has been recently renovated with some charming features. It is quite comfortable with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a well stocked kitchen, and comfortable couches to sit on. From the couches and dining table you can look out and see spectacular views of the water and sunsets!

We came with another couple for three nights. Everything was clean and comfortable. The sunsets over the lake were beautiful. We were gone during the day and ate our meals out, but kitchen was nicely set up. We enjoyed the large table with a view for our nightly card games. Very quiet area and close to many towns. We would definitely stay here in the future.

Owner required payment of credit card charges in addition to agreement with VRBO. Otherwise, very comfortable and quiet, nice location on Lake Charlevoix, lovely sunset views.

I’ve stayed in a few condos at the Landings and this was by far the best. Everything was great! Very clean and had everything that we needed. Looking forward to renting again

Beautiful view of lake. Clean and neat. Enjoyed fireplace as temps were cool in evenings. Very nice.

Lovely condo with comfortable beds. Master bedroom is good size. Second bedroom sleeps 4 but very small. Living Room has 4 comfy recliners. Kitchen is very well stocked with plenty of nice pans and utensils as well as plenty of dishes, cups and silverware for cooking meals for our family of 5. Washer and dryer in the unit with laundry soap available was very convenient.

The property is beautiful, with a gorgeous view of Lake Charlevoix.

Perfect location to stay to take our family skiing over the Christmas holiday near downtown. Slept 6 just fine and had a beautiful view of Lake Charlevoix every morning. Owner replied whenever we had questions. Would love to bring our kids back up in the summer for water sports.

We enjoyed our stay in the condo and would happily stay there again. Condo is clean, well equipped, view is beautiful and a grocery store and restaurants are nearby.

Overall experience was very good. Nice property centrally located for our fall color tour adventures. Avalanche Mountain trails were a hidden gem that was conveyed to us by your neighbors from Brighton.
