Esta bela casa é um refúgio confortável e relaxante, e uma base perfeita para começar a sua aventura Colorado. A casa tem 2 grandes suítes master e 2 quartos adicionais. Toda a casa foi profissionalmente remodelada com acabamentos de alta qualidade por toda parte. A cozinha é o ponto focal da remodelação, com mais de 40k investido. aparelhos GE perfil com um fogão queimador de gás 5 peça. Também incluído, é um refrigerador de vinho e máquina de café Keurig com K-cups de cortesia. A cozinha tem armários personalizados, fechar gavetas macias e bonitas bancadas de granito, que continuam a barra de sentar-se. Esta casa era para jantares e entretenimento com amigos e familiares.
Passando para os quartos, a suíte master tem um em suite lavandaria / armário. Uma grande caminhada no chuveiro com acabamentos de alto nível. Pia dupla vaidade. Our family of 5 had a great stay in Colorado Springs. Beautiful view. Property owner answered right away and check in/out was easy. The property needs some upkeep but overall a nice stay.

Property was well positioned for view of Pike’s Peak, and the back deck was amazing! Only 5 minutes from Manitou and Old Colorado Springs. Location was amazing.

Beautiful views off the deck and generally comfortable interior. Americana decor with frontier historical character and large kitchen/eating areas. Responsive host. Quiet at night with lovely fireplace.

The home is beautiful inside and contains everything your family will need during your stay. We loved the large deck overlooking the mountains. The home is very close to Garden of the Gods and Manitou Springs. There is also a grocery store within a couple of miles from the home.

Our family enjoyed our stay in Colorado Springs in this home. Especially having meals on the patio with the view of Pikes Peak. The kids reallly enjoyed this too. They also enjoyed the pool table. This home has all amenities needed for cooking and relaxing after a day of hiking or climbing. We will be back!

The views of pikes peak were amazing . We were close to everything we wanted to do from pikes peak, cheyenne zoo, royal gorge bridge, cave of the winds etc. We comfortably fit a total of 6 adults and 2 kids. We spent most of our time on balcony or game room in basement. The kids loved that there was a xbox available for there use as well. The kitchen had everything you needed. Also Richard answered our questions promptly before and during stay. Reason for 4 stars, needed space to store clothing in master bedroom, 3 out of 6 beds were not comfortable. But overall a great trip. If you want to be in the center of everything this is the place to stay!

A great home to cook family meals in, very spacious. Big enough for 8 people to have their own personal space. A very large deck that is the best part of the home with excellent privacy. Decorated with an interesting southwestern flair. To make it a 5, more space is needed for personal clothing and toiletries. A central location that is excellent giving you access to any type of activities, city or mountains. The owner is very helpful and responsive making sure everything is going well.

Staying here in this beautiful house was fabulous! The house has a great floor plan and is beautifully decorated. It feels so homey and cozy. On top of that it has a wonderful view of Pikes Peak! I highly recommend this house!!!

The house was beautiful and well kept. There was plenty of room for all of us. The outside yard area needed some TLC, but the view from the deck was beautiful. The owner was easy to work with and answered my questions promptly.

The bed situation was not quite what I expected. I had understood that each bedroom would sleep at least 2. We had 4 couples and one couple did not have privacy since they had to sleep on the hide a bed in the downstairs living room because the small bedroom only had 1 twin bed. The 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each would have been great for families with kids to all be in the same room. Everything was nice and we all enjoyed our stay. We appreciated feeling free to use whatever was there, unlike the last place we stayed where we were expected to replace everything we used.
The camera in the kitchen and the alerts when someone went outside gave us the feeling we were being watched. It would have been nice to be informed. Otherwise everything was very comfortable.

Our family stayed at the Mesa house for over a week and had a wonderful experience. The views were amazing and the overall location of the house made all our travels convenient. The pool table and workout equipment made the time we spent at the house fun and productive. We loved having a grocery store just up the street and walking trails across the street. Easy check in and check out. We will definitely stay here again!

The location, the layout and everything with and to it was exactly as it was described. Beautiful views from all rooms
Easy and closed to get to hiking, side seeing, shopping town area and lots of great places to visit.
The place was very clean, had all equipment to host dinners, events and gatherings.
I recommend this place to anyone who wants to go on Vaccation, family reunion or other get away reasons even for business.
It really is a place which has it all from beauty to convenience to outdoor activity right in front of e door. inside little gym and pool table make it fun for family and guests to have a good time.
The owners are extremely friendly, kind and helpful.
If we come back to COS that would be the place we want to come again to.
The time we hat there with all family friends and guests coming in and out was amazing. From shabatt dinners to a brit Mila birthday party or baby shower hosting up to 50 people it just was amazing.

We enjoyed our stay at the Mesa Retreat immensely. The house was clean, beds comfortable, and the kitchen was completely stocked with spices, plates, cups, serving pieces, pots & pans, and more. Rich is a gracious host and very easy to work with. We hosted our son's wedding rehearsal and dinner while there. The backyard and gazebo with an incredible view of the mountains made the rehearsal special. We put straw down for an "aisle" and decorated the gazebo with sheets and paper chinese lanterns. The deck is spacious and comfortable. Many guests were out there and inside the house. We asked the guests to park at the middle school two houses down the street and that was perfect.
The house has a great layout for relaxing with family and friends and you'll never tire of the views. We had a minor issue while visiting (one of our family accidentally turned the refrigerator into demo mode) and Rich was very quick to respond and offer solutions.
The house is conveniently located and according to our GPS we were just about 15 minutes from everywhere!
We had a lot on our minds since we hosted and prepared all the food and decorations for the rehearsal dinner. Being able to do it in a beautiful house, with fantastic amenities, made the process so much more enjoyable and easier. The refrigerator is a generous size. Nothing beats a glass of wine on the back deck looking at Pike's Peake in the evening.

We used this house as our base camp for Parents Weekend at the USAFA. It was great to have such a centrally located house for not only the Academy events, but also the great outdoor activities we did. The house was clean and did not lack anything that we could see. The best part of the house was the deck that we spent every morning and evening talked and catching up as a family. The owner had taken the time to make sure there was Keurigs available so the first morning was not stressed. We would love to stay here again since there was plenty of space for our family of 6.

This is the 4th time we have used VRBO for a week long trip into Colorado, but this location was amazing. Not only was the house roomy and well taken care of, the back deck was worth the price of the stay. We had 7 in our party (all adults) and there was plenty of room. We cooked almost all of our meals at the house so the big kitchen was another big plus. Bonus highlight, original Sega that came in handy when we were all worn out by the Pikes Peak Acsent.

We loved the home and the amazing view from the patio. It was perfect for our extended family vacation, the kids enjoyed the downstairs entertainment area and the adults loved sitting on the patio in the evenings. Would definitely return!

Our family LOVED this home and backyard patio, with fabulous 180 degree views of the mountain range! There was more space than expected and the home was clean and neat. We hope to return again sometime and enjoy this wonderful rental property.

Our group came for an event at the Olympic Training center and wanted to be close. After a long search for an accommodating place we booked the Mesa Retreat. I have never dealt with such a hospitable host/owner. He went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Not only did he make us feel welcome but provided us with a lovely home with great backyard views of the mountains. We spent a good amount of time on the back patio. The space in the home was amazing and with a pool table and work out equipment we didn't have to go anywhere.
This property was also close to all the attractions we wanted to visit which made it easy for us to get those in during our competition.
I would highly recommend this property! we come back for the same competition, every year, for the last 7 years and this was by far the best. We hope to rent again next year!
