This was a great property. Walking distance to so much. Quiet community. I would definitely stay again and recommend this place, and I have. Communication from Jay was wonderful.

We traveled from the northeast for our first visit to Hilton Head with our 2 young children. Let me tell You, the location is perfect- lots to do for the kids an easy walk to the beach and steps from the pool. The house was clean and had everything we could have needed for our stay. We had questions ahead of time and Jay was prompt and helpful in his responses. We will be back again!

What a great 6 week stay we had. Location was perfect. House had everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable. Communication with owner was super easy. It was obvious that it was well kept and fresh. Can't say enough good things about our stay.

Everything was perfect about this rental! Loved the location to shopping, the beach, biking paths and most importantly tennis! The condo was clean, well appointed and had a great kitchen and dining area for dinners! We loved it!

The place is a 5/5 for its location! Within a few minutes walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, the park, etc. It's truly located in the perfect spot! It also is a great size for our group. Traveled with my family of six, as well as my sister and her husband, and we had more than plenty of space. 5/5 for the owners, too! They provided great details so we were well equipped with checking in/out and any other questions we might have throughout the stay. I gave it 4/5 stars because I think the place would benefit from a deep cleaning. The place was clean and we had plenty of towels and general needs to begin our trip, but I think a deep cleaning of the baseboards, air vents, behind couches, etc. would be good. Additionally, it was lacking in pillows. We ended up purchasing some after the first night. Outside of that, beds were comfortable and space was very welcoming. We'd definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay on the island!

We loved staying in Coligny Villas. The location is excellent and the space was wonderful for our family.

This was a great property. We had a wonderful family vacation. The home is clean & updated - everything you need! Nice outdoor patio and property. Pool area was really nice. Finally our host Jay was super responsive, accommodating and informative. Rent bikes, great way to get around - plenty of scenic bike trails to explore. Shopping, restaurants and beach all right there.

The owner's were great and very helpful. It was wonderful to be able to pull in for the week and not have to move the car. Everything is within walking distance. Beach was very close and was very relaxing. Grocery store was in walking distance. The pool was just steps away from our rental. We met some very lovely people at the rental as well as the beach. We are looking forward to returning and would love to rent the same place.

Loved the location, and the the property owner had everything we’d need for a comfortable stay! 6 minute walk to the beach and the pool was maybe 20 steps from the condo back patio. Perfect spot for our family’s trip.

This property was really nice it was close to everything in town made eating and activities easy for our family, property itself was nice and well taken care of and the owner was very easy to get a hold of with any questions we had

Loved Jay’s place beautiful clean and well stocked close to everything! Love the beach that it is close to. I usually have to bring everything and the kitchen sink which I did and I did not need to! Swimming pool, and patio were serene and peaceful. Thank you Jay. See you soon.

That’s wonderful! He gave you enough information to know what to do a check in and check out! His condo is beautiful! We really enjoyed the pool and just being able to walk out the back door to the pool. We liked being able to park the car and walk to Coligany and to the Coligany park with the kids! It’s a perfect place for a family vacation!

We loved the location of the property. It was so close to the beach, restaurants, groceries, and shops. The house itself has everything you need to be comfortable - fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, seating, and comfy beds. We loved the patio area for morning coffee. The pool was clean and never too busy. Our family had the best time this week! Thank you to the owners for sharing your property with us!

This condo was perfect for our family of 5 and Grandma. The location was close to the beach and shopping area. We were able to walk to Adventure Playground with our kids. Pros: nice large bathroom on 2nd level that all 5 of us shared with plenty of hooks for towels. Grandma said the third floor stayed nice and cool. Also, the pool was right outside the condo. Great stay and we hope to come back soon!

The property had everything we needed and more. We did not make Thanksgiving dinner there, but if we needed to they had everything in the kitchen to prepare Thanksgiving dinner. The property was very clean and is close to the beach.

Beautiful Kitchen, great place to stay where everyone had their own space. Could park the car and walk to shops and restaurants. 15 min drive to Harbour Town Lighthouse. Jay is very organized and gives wonderfully detailed instructions as well as advise for the area. Highly recommend this property. Will be back!

This house was wonderful! It had everything we needed. Jay was always great with communicating! 5 stars for that! On days that had bad weather in the forecast, the pool was a great amenity. We could go and jump in the pool in between the rain so we didn't have to drag all of our stuff to the beach just to drag it all the way back an hour later. I recommend bringing a wagon! Ours was a huge lifesaver. With 3 small children and beach items, the walk to the beach would've taken much longer. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely recommend this condo. Jay is very personable & friendly, an excellent communicator. Even though we had very hot, August weather, the condo stayed very cool. The fans in the rooms even kept the 3rd floor very comfortable. Lots of storage/dressers in the bedrooms. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The beach was amazing and did not have that crowded, over run feeling to it. There is a lot to do with kids of all ages. Renting bikes and exploring the island is a must. But you can still have just as much fun if you opt not to do that. We can’t wait to come back!

Thoroughly enjoyed our vacation stay here and highly recommend this townhome, one of the top Vrbo places we’ve stayed at to date. Jay was extremely responsive, texted us a heads up on a slightly delayed check-in (cleaning service short-staffed), and the hot water and a/c issues turned into minor ones, with Jay quickly resolving and did not take away from our family’s vacation experience at all. Great communication with host during our stay! Location, location, location. EVERYTHING was an easy walk/bikeable—beach access (away from the overly crowded access at Coligny Plaza, near the roundabout. To tote our beach items, we found the rental bike cart very handy!), restaurants/shops @ Coligny Plaza, and even a park nearby, off Pope Ave. (jazz concert one of the nights, so cool!). Bike rental places nearby (fyi-reservations made 2 weeks in advance, some places like Cross Island Bike Rentals offer 10% off plus give you $5 credit if you pick up/drop off your rental bikes). Our favorite lunch-Al’s Aloha Kitchen on Pope Ave (sushi poke bowls-all yummy and fruit bowls-must try the Dragon Fruit bowl!). Breakfast-Skillet’s (thanks Jay for rec!) and Dinner-Fish, both @ Coligny. Can’t say enough how easily walkable/bikeable everything was from the townhome! Townhome spacious and super clean! Updated main floor-kitchen (no pantry but had empty cabinet to put food), 2 couches (no pull-out beds), ½ bath (cooler temp with door closed from a/c-LOL) and laundry area off kitchen. The back slider door opens to patio and believe is the only access to pool (looks like complex is fenced in, nice and private). 2nd floor bathroom also updated (2 sinks, 2 towel bars, few shower hooks, plenty of drawer space/countertop). Comfortable beds and impressive shower water pressure. A slightly bit warmer temp on 3rd floor but all rooms have fans, if needed. 3rd floor bath not updated yet but had everything we needed. Designated parking spot in front of townhome. For a 2nd vehicle, there are some guest parking spots but is bit of musical chairs finding one, as Jay mentioned, but we didn’t really have any problem finding one. Storing 5 bikes and a bike cart was a bit more challenging, bike racks full most times and not by unit. Never used the TV’s, too many other activities walkable/bikeable to do, including sunrise beach walk with kids (and donuts!) and a private boat tour with Native Son Adventures. Overall a fun, family time and wonderful accommodations. Thanks again, Jay!
