This home is beautiful. The interior is in a gorgeous Craftsman style and it is tastefully appointed. There is a lovely view. Everything about the home is top notch!!

Beautiful home. Plenty of room for everyone to spend quality time together. It’s great how bedrooms are all on one floor so that you can slip away to catch some restful sleep. Amazing views of Tomales and Bodega Bays. Would definitely recommend and return.

We adored this house and had a wonderful Labor Day weekend. We've stayed in a lot of rental houses and this might be the most amazing one ever. The details, furnishings, thoughtful elements and the incredible views were all really special. Extremely well equipped kitchen, great games for the teens, and a beautiful foggy stay. We had a great stay at this property! Our families thoroughly enjoyed the arcade games, ping-pong and foosball. The air on the air hockey table didn’t seem to work, but there was plenty of other activities to keep us busy. The setting is lovely and just a short drive to the beach.

this place was incredible. I would have liked to stay another week. I went with adult friends, but would love to come back with my kids--the house is full of games, toys, other fun things for kids to do. The kitchen has everything you could ever need. I can tell the owners have put so much work into making their vacation home comfortable for guests. It really stands out from other places I've stayed where you can tell it's mostly managed by a company without much character or personality.

Check in was great the owner was nice enough to let us check in early. The place was clean nice we enjoyed our stayed until was started having visiter coming to the house. Which before we booked it did say visitors was allowed to stay until 10 pm. Our first night was good until my visitors started showing up. HOA came to our door and was being super rude asking me questions that we are over booked for people mind you they we're visitors that live close by Dillan. Seem like he was wanting to start a fight. I kindly told him they will leave wheb visit time is up n he finally left. Before leaving them place me and my family's cleaned up the place the best we can. The Garbage bin was super full and we had 2 other bags that didn't fit so i called the owner to let her know and was okay we us leaving the exrta trash next to the garbage bin so we left. She text me stating that her house keeping going to charge us 100$ for leavint exrta trash. That was not the agreement when we rented the place. If we knew we would of took our trashed home with us so we didn't get that extra charged. Ower was nice enough to split the charge with us. The HOA wanted to charge us for coming out to the home! Like what the hell that was also not on the agreement. Over all me and my family's enjoyed spending times together but i will no longer rent out a home that has HOA. You just feel like your be watched and have no privacy. Well not rent again.

This was such a sweet area and this rental was a great place to stay. The kids loved having the game room. Everything was well taken care of, beds were comfy, and we had everything we needed.

Wonderfully kept home with so much charm. House a had all the amenities needed for our family, ages ranging from 2-86 yrs old. Gorgeous views of the coast and close to the beach. Owner was very attentive to our needs when we had one unexpected issue arise. 100% satisfied with our stay. Thank you!

We had a lovely stay - house was clean, well furnished, and comfortable for a chilly weekend at the beach. Kids loved the games in the garage and adults appreciated the kitchen furnishings for preparing meals. The views were amazing. Special sightings of deer and bunnies made it memorable.

House accommodated two young families very well, easy to communicate with host, view was great, and location to the beach was a very short drive.

We had so much fun and loved watching the beautiful sunsets. A lovely home. If you dont mind a drive, treat yourself to Drake's Bay. We saw lots beautiful elk, elephant seals and, of course, deer.

We had a group of friends get together for the weekend and it was a fantastic property. I think the best aspect (among many) was the bottom floor had all the bedrooms / sleeping areas while the top floor had the great room / kitchen where people could hang out and be merry. Would definitely recommend this house!

My friends and I had the best weekend at this house! The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay and the ocean view from the living room is unbeatable. The kitchen is also fully stocked so we enjoyed cooking meals. Great communication with host made everything go super smoothly and we can't wait to visit again!

This was our first visit to Dillon beach. We loved the whole experience. Our host (Fritzie) was responsive in spite of a minor accidental beach. The house was perfect. We just wished we had a longer stay here!

Our extended family of nine, me, my husband, our daughter’s family of four and our son’s family of three totally enjoyed this property. The kitchen was well equipped and living spaces were comfortable for us. The highlight for the three kids, 16, 13 and 5, was the ping pong table, air hockey and PAC-Man game in the garage. The location was great for enjoying Dillon Beach and the surrounding areas. Our group golfed twice at Bodega Bay. Our hosts were very communicative and helpful. I would highly recommend this property.

Comfortable family home at the top of a hill with wonderful ocean views. Games in garage for adults and kids. Even a Pack Man video machine. Owner was easy to communicate with and very responsive. Had foggy & sunny days. Great retreat from Valley heat.

Overall this was a good experience: I would both rent from this owner again, and I would rent this property again. First, the pros: the house was very clean and in overall good shape. There was air hockey, foosball (table soccer), ping pong, and a big arcade game with pac-man and other classic arcade games on it in the garage. Check-in and check-out was smooth, with digital keypad locks on the doors so no need for getting or returning keys. The owner was quickly responsive to all communication. The house itself is lovely with a unique layout. Huge windows 360-degrees on the main floor give great coastal views. The bedrooms are well-layed out and can accommodate all sizes of families and mix of kids, etc, with several rooms having floor beds or bunk beds in addition to full-size beds. Kitchen well-stocked with cookware & dishes. The cons: we experienced a few small issues with the house, but the owner was responsive to my concerns, and even gave us a small credit of the rental fee back for our troubles. Overall I’d give customer service a “thumbs up”. The guest shower wouldn’t really spray from the shower head with any pressure - it just all went via the tub spout regardless of where you set the divertor switch. Also, when we arrived there was a pretty strong smell of fish emanating from the fridge. Unfortunately there’s really nothing you can do about that except air it out and hope for the best. The fridge was clean and empty, so the smell must have been leftover from a previous tenant having fish. I raised these concerns with the owner and he was very receptive, and also generously gave me back a partial credit on our rental fee, which I hadn’t even asked for. The only other thing I didn’t love was the quite large $2,000 damage deposit if you didn’t purchase the extra “damage insurance”. This equals the standard VRBO $500 damage deposit plus $1,500 extra (all refundable) or a $59 damage insurance. The other thing is that despite a $250 cleaning fee, we were required to clean the house in its entirety plus a very long and thorough list of “check-out chores” with a pending threat of fines for each item not correctly done. It seemed a bit overkill for a rental that already includes a cleaning fee. Final verdict is that despite some small annoyances, the property is beautiful, the owner is responsive, and the views are lovely. Would recommend to anyone wanting a nice rental, as long as they are okay doing some cleaning when they leave.

I just want to say a big thank you to Fritzie, the owner of the house. He was very responsive and helped us figure out situations that arose before the trip. He was very accommodating. The house itself was so nice. We loved the activities in the garage. That came in very handy when we couldn’t take the boat out on the ocean due to high winds. I would highly recommend not only this house but any house that this man rents out. The downside to the house was it was so far away from the actual beach. I didn’t really realize how far it was before showing up. Other tban that we had so much fun. Thank you!

Everything went smoothly. I had a question and I was very happy that I received a reply so quickly. 👍🏻 House is wonderful! Common sense rules of cleanliness, easy door locking system and fantastic views of the Ocean. Because of the great view, it's up on the hill so walking to the beach should only be attempted by people in shape. I'm in shape but opted to drive into the parking lot for $15 anyway. I would not hesitate to rent this home again. Very welcoming and full of information about your stay. Even has a cool game room.

We had a lovely stay with friends for. Weekend at the beach. We were four adults and four kids under 5 and the house met our needs well. It is clearly taken care of. The games in the garage came in handy when it rained and our kids had fun with air hockey and PacMan!

It was a very smooth check in and check out process and was overall a very comfortable stay. The views of the ocean were beautiful and there was plenty room for 8 of us. The welcome packet included everything we needed to know about the property and the surrounding area/things to do so that was very helpful. We really appreciated the care the owner put into the environment for a good guest stay.

Whole family had a wonderful time Fritzi made us feel welcome even before we arrived. Game tables in garage were a hit! Very windy, but can't predict the weather! :-) Dillon Beach kiosk operated from 9-3, $15/day on weekends. One person told if we came before or after, we didn't have to pay; while another at the General Store said they check every hour or so.

We loved our stay at this property. The house was immaculate and we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The views were amazing in the house and from throughout the neighborhood. The beach was a short drive and the location was close to a few quaint towns. Fritzie was an amazing host and was extremely responsive to questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.

Our family of 4 spent a lovely few days at Dillon beach. The property is well maintained and well stocked - in the kitchen as well as games and activities for the kids. The check in process was very smooth, with all the information we needed provided right when we needed it. The location is ideal for a quiet getaway by a beautiful beach and exploring the nearby coast.

This home had everything you could want in a fun weekend getaway. From a game room with table tennis, air hockey and fooz ball to a beautiful view and amazing location. We love Dillon beach and come frequently. This house had lots of personalized touches that made the stay warm and pleasant including a welcome basket with wine and snacks to labels in key places to help us find stuff or know how to force the dishwasher to drain. Read the little labels, it definitely helps! Will definitely visit again. We were all so sad to leave.
