Love the resort. Love the many choices of pools and love the lazy river.

This is our second time staying at this resort and in this condo! It is perfect and spacious, I stayed with my sister and two teenage daughters and there was tons of space for all of us. The host was quick to reply to any question I had as well. The resort is so close to everything walking or driving. There are so many pools, hot tubs at the resort as well the lazy River is my favourite. Next time we will try to get on the ocean side resorts. But will definetly be coming back!!

The condo itself, overall, it is large and spacious! With 10 quests, there was plenty of room to spread out or be together! The balcony for the living/dining and also master suite, is enjoyable! However, the balcony (very large) off of the 2nd master is amazing! We enjoyed that balcony more than the poolside balcony!! :) The kitchen was nicely stocked with everything we needed. Please, check the ice maker, it did not work for us throughout our entire stay! A couple things could be addressed like: • more towels for 10 guests • the window treatments/curtains could use more privacy in the master (poolside) • the mattress master (poolside) definitely needs replaced asap! It has deep indentations for both sides of laying down with a large hump in between! I think it may be past due for a new mattress. Other than that, the stay was wonderful! The condo was everything and more. We had a great time with the pool area especially the Lazy River. The condo was clean and quiet.

Our family just stayed for a quick four night getaway. We loved the condo! Everything that we needed to cook and make our stay so pleasant was provided. We have stayed at Destin West many times in the past, and this unit was probably our favorite yet. We love staying on the bayside. The lazy river is a huge plus for us, and it is so peaceful to sit out on the balcony at night with the lights all lit in it to enjoy the scenery. The beach is not a long walk, and the crosswalk makes it easy to get to it safely. The condo is decorated so pretty, and we didn't have to go far at all to get in the elevator. The unit is in a very desirable location. Coastal Vibes was great to work with, and they were very quick to reply when we had any questions! We will definitely try to book these condo again. Thank you for making our stay so nice.

Wonderful accommodations! We stayed on the bay side, and although the walk to the beach was a bit further than one would like, having so much for the kids to do in the pool area right outside of the condo was awesome! My husband fished from the pier each evening and my kids loved the resort style pool area! The condo itself was well stocked with anything we needed and offered plenty of room! We had a wonderful experience from the time we booked our stay all the way through the time we returned home! We will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Osprey 306. The condo was spacious enough for our group that consisted of an extended family with ages ranging from a 1 year old to those in their 60's. Everything worked appropriately and the condo was relatively clean aside from some dust build up behind doors and on the baseboards. This was very minor and would not deter me from staying at this property again. The condo was nicely decorated and had everything that we needed to live for the week. We spent a lot of time on the balconies. We loved the pools and ended everyday with a night swim. You could also see the Gulf from the front balcony, over the sand dunes. We did get a surprise visit from window repair men. They replaced the glass in 2 of the sliding doors. We were surprised by their arrival, but had no issue allowing them to complete their job. A heads up would have just been appreciated. This condo was a great value when considering location, resort amenities, spaciousness of the condo and the cost. We would stay at this property again.

The listing was exactly as pictured with plenty of room for 7 adults and an infant. Costal Vibe was quick to respond to any questions we had. The location of Destin West is perfect. Plenty to do in the area and just a short drive to Destin. The property is very well maintained. We hope to come back soon!

The unit was spacious, kitchen stocked nicely with all we needed, parking was easy we never had any issues finding a close place to park. The unit’s balcony overlooking the pool area is great for older restless youths. We could easily watch them while enjoying some down time on the balcony. The listing says the unit comes with beach chairs all but one was ether rusted or broken. Walking to the beach was confusing. There are no signs from the unit’s location showing how to get to sky bridge. The beach was lovely. The boardwalk and pier are close. I recommend checking that out. Also there’s an inexpensive air conditioned arcade right next door. The kids (14-8) loved it. Overall it was a nice experience communication was very smooth.

AMAZING!

The overall stay was great. If I had to find something negative, it would be the inconsiderate pot smokers we have had in almost every condo we have stayed in. Not just this one. I don’t want to smell like a skunk, or continuously smell it. Couldn’t set on the patio without smelling it.

Wonderful place to stay. No complaints from our family. Excellent location close to all the events to go see and do. Recommended for any one needing to get away and feel like they are at home.

Very nice, updated, spacious 3BR unit. Very comfortable beds, furniture. Awesome view of the lazy river with spacious patio. We all enjoyed the pool and lazy river! Nice walk over to the beautiful soft sandy beach! Bridge from Bay side available over busy road made it safe for us and kids walking foot. Pier with cute restaurants and a few shops within walking distance. Owner readily available for questions and any minor details. Felt very safe here; busy, but not too rowdy either. Great place for family/kids to enjoy time and relax together!

This is the 2nd time I stayed at this resort and loved it.

This is our third trip to Destin West Beach & Bay Resort. We absolutely love Osprey 306 with its 3 balconies affording lots of sun! It is spacious and the kitchen is well supplied with any type of cookware you might need. Our experience with Coastal Vibe Vacations was fantastic and we'll be back in 2023!

Everything went smoothly- any questions I had I got a response right away. Property was beautiful and well maintained!! This time of year wasn't crowded and weather was great at least a few hours a day - Thank You!!

Highly recommend! Will definitely return! Condo had all amenities we needed.

Very comfortable, wonderful place to stay!

Fans in condo living room was missing remote to work them and switch on wall did not work! Ceiling fan light in bedroom missing globe and a few lightbulbs needed to be replaced. Decent condo and I’d stay again but unit could use a little more TLC! Coffee pot needs to be replaced also! Felt like owner just wanted his money and not wanting to put effort into making it special! I’m sure back in the day this was a great place to stay! I’d stay again but more like a 3star property

The property was very clean and spacious. We took 3 of our adult kids (18-24) plus one of their friends, our 12 year old son, and my mom. The beds were very comfy, the kitchen was perfect as we cooked breakfast and dinner a few times. The location is great--it's an easy walk to the beach, the pier, and there are many restaurants close by. We walked over to a pontoon rental place next door and rented a boat to take to Crab Island one day. We spent most of our time in the pools and lazy river (especially in the evenings), at the beach, and even a lot of time in the bay where my 12 year old son caught several big blue crabs, fish and hermit crabs. You can also spot dolphins close by in the bay as well as the beach. The owners were very helpful and communicative. This trip was a last minute plan to get our family together before sending one of our sons off to the military and it was EXACTLY what we needed! Everything was perfect, thank you!

The condo was better equipped than any condo we’ve ever rented. It’s an older property but nicely decorated and the lazy river and pool are fantastic! We met so many nice people! It’s a short walk to the beach using the bridge. The property folks were quick to address when we reached out (it was an ice maker thing so not even major and they left some bags of ice). We would for sure stay here again.

Easy check in and check out. The beach is a bit farther then what we thought it would be. With a large family ranging from 4 months to 56 and all of the beach items to bring it was a bit much. Loved all the pools and lazy river.

Great time had by the whole family. Perfect location to be able to see all the sites. We spent the days at the beach and the nights at the Lazy River!!! Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy their trip!!!
