This is a great place to stay for Disneyland! As close, if not closer, than all off-location hotels. We walked to Downtown Disney the first day and it took 10 minutes. The other days we took the tram. We were able to take a mid-day break on the days we wanted to stay late. The condo is cute and well appointed. We appreciated the hot cocoa to warm up after a chilly night. The playground and pools are right outside the front door. Pools aren’t heated (the only con), so we weren’t able to use them in January, but we used the hot tub a couple times. There is garage parking and a parking spot, both a short distance from the condo. The host has everything you’d need for young children. Our older kids enjoyed the dolls and board games. We recommend staying here!

House was perfect size! We unfortunately didn't get to experience all the amenities because our atay was so short, but everything was right outside our door if we could. Really appreciated the double stroller that was there! It saved our disney lives! Host was awesome!

We had a great stay with no issues what so ever. Condo was very clean with nice, clean, comfy furniture. The pool and jacuzzi were great in the afternoons when taking a break from the parks. Lots of room for everyone to have their own space. Kitchen was very nice and convenient for making meals instead of spending money at the parks. Highly recommend!

Sarah’s property was great for our short family vacation to Disneyland. It was about a 15-20 min walk to the park. We appreciated all of the kids amenities in the condo. Our daughter loved the giant Minnie Mouse as well as the selection of various toys. There were strollers, a pack and play, baby monitor, changing pad etc. all very nice to have when traveling with a 2 year old. Overall we were happy with our stay and our communication with Sarah. We would definitely come back for our next Disneyland vacation.

Short walk to Disney. Perfect location. Nice pools. Smooth operation and well kept home. Highly recommend for Disneyland lodging.

This property did not disappoint. We traveled here for Vidcon for my teenager. He was able to walk to Vidcon each day while we went to other attractions. Disney is within walking distance, an easy walk. It was almost as close as the hotels and resorts. Everything was provided that we needed: towels, soap, shampoo, detergent. The pool was very convenient to our location, and my husband definitely enjoyed the hot tub after a long day at the parks and other attractions.

Great location and stocked with everything you could need. They really thought of everything! 15 minute walk through Downtown Disney to the gates and an easy 45 min drive to LAX and beaches. Don’t hesitate to stay here.

The place was clean and provided everything we needed for a great vacation at Disneyland. My family and myself walked to Disneyland everyday. There was a pool at the complex and a park for the kids to play at. Would definitely stay here again.

Property location was great - an easy walk to and from Disneyland. Sara thought of all the little details to make our stay enjoyable and convenient. Great value for the money and great comfort for everyone in the family to spread out and relax after a long day in the park.

This is an excellent condo with literally everything a family needs for a trip to Disneyland. Easy walk to Disneyland. Super well stocked with kitchen items, strollers, cooler, beach equipment, you name it, this property had it. Clean. In talking to other guests at this complex, it’s pretty clear that this unit was the best furnished, best equipped, and best condition. The kitchen and dining area is a bit tight for a family of 6, but still doable. We accidentally caused some damage with a scooter cart that was stuck and then slipped on a rainy night and Sara was easy to get in touch with to discuss the issue.

We had two families stay in this unit. Family of four stayed in bunk room. Family of two stayed in master. It was perfect walking distance to Downtown Disney. If you want to walk to Pixar Parking for tram, that is possible but not needed when you can just walk through DD. The host was excellent. Unit was clean, comfortable, and safe. Thank you to the host for providing little snacks. It was a touch of magic for the kids as we started our vacation.

We had a great time staying at this rental. It was snug, but every space was used really efficiently. The kitchen was well stocked and lots of toilet articles were provided. There were plenty of sleeping spaces, and our kids appreciated the toys. There were clear instructions provided on how to get to the unit, how to walk to Disneyland, how to find the assigned parking spaces, etc. My brother stayed in another unit in the same complex (managed by another owner) and got no information about any of this. The beds were very comfortable. We appreciated having strollers available for Disneyland. It was great being right next to the playground and pool / hot tub. We'll be back!

This was our second time going to Disneyland. We stayed at a resort hotel last time. When booking I wanted to find something that was close to walk from so we could have dinner ready in the crockpot when we got back from a long day at the park. This was seriously the best location you could find without having to pay the resort hotel pricing. The rental was so clean and organized. It has everything you could think of to make your stay more convenient. We used the stroller they had because it was nicer than the one we brought. 😂 The instructions provided and communication with the owner were clear and prefect! She provided a nice map for us to use to get to the park. We walked from the rental to the downtown Disney area to go through security and head to the park each day. The walk is about a 15 minute walk so it wasn’t bad at all! We will definitely stay here again when we come back. Thank you so much Sara for an awesome stay!

Sara was amazing as a host! She went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. The townhouse was comfortable and was great for our family of 4 (my husband, me and my 2 daughters who are 6 and 3). The girls loved the box of toys and books in the bedroom they stayed in. Such a nice touch!

Cute, clean unit with everything we needed to make a successful trip to the parks. Washer and Dryer are a huge plus! Monorail is wonderful for Disneyland, bit more of a walk to CA. But you truly cant get closer. You are as close as the actual Disney parking garage. My daughter left a souvenir behind and Sara generously agreed to ship it to MI for us. We will be back and will book this unit.

This home is the perfect location to walk to Disneyland. We had an amazing trip!

We were very pleased with the townhome- the decor was lovely, the beds plush and comfortably (the master bed was luxurious !) and the kitchen was outfitted with everything we needed. Sara also had a bag of snacks for the girls (for the long days at the park), and the Mickey balloons were a nice touch. It was a bit tricky at first finding the place only because the strata is a bit of the maze until we understood the layout. This home is in one of the most ideal locations - walkable to the parks (taking monorail/tram) and it is situated right next to the pool and hot tub :). We would love to return

Sara has created a nice condo getaway within walking distance to Disneyland and Downtown Disney. The beds are very comfortable, decorations cute and she has thought of little things to make your stay more comfortable. There is a pool and hot tub. The outside of the condo complex itself is in need of a paint job, but inside the condo itself is very updated and well stocked. She was easy to get ahold and answer any questions. We would definitely stay here again and recommmend it to our friends.

We had three kids ranging from 5 - 2 yrs old, and this location was a dream! Quick walk to downtown Disney, and having more than a hotel room for small bodies to romp and explore was a game changer. The playground and pool were perfect entertainment, and having a garage to park the rental car was so convenient to allow for a beach day in our vacation! Will definitely be staying again!

We loved our stay! The convenience of the location was absolutely perfect. We Disney HARD from rope drop until close at midnight, so we really appreciate a short walk to a quick reprieve during the day to recharge. The unit was clean, comfy, and cozy and the beds felt divine at the end of the day. Sara even left a welcome bag with treats and both items came in clutch! We needed the treats at Disney and we had to use the bag as an extra carry-on for our flight home because we bought too much stuff on our trip. haha Thank you Sara! We will absolutely book this property again!

Our family had a great time in Anaheim. It's clean, quiet, and walking distance to Disneyland. We went to watch MLB. Angel Stadium is a 10-minute drive away. I would love to visit there again. Thank you.

This property perfectly met are needs for our family vacation to Disney. Plenty of room for our family of six, kitchen very well stocked, very clean, walking distance to Disneyland, and nice community pool and jacuzzi. We would definitely stay here again for a future trip to Anaheim!

Stayed w/ our 5 year-old for 3 days in/out of Disney. She loved the kid room and wanted to bring the Mickey stuffed animal home. A 15-minute walk to security, which was doable. Stroller and other amenities helped a bunch. Found some decent take-out options for dinner b/c too exhausted to cook/grill though it's all there to use.

Everything in this condo was just as pictured and described in the listing. It was perfect for our family of 4 (but could easily accommodate a larger group). We walked from the condo to Downtown Disney (and most days got on the monorail there and entered the park that way, versus walking all the way through DD and entering through the main park entrance). It's a bit of a walk but doable (we have a 5 year old and 8 year old and this was our first non-stroller vacation - although there are strollers available in the garage if you wanted to use them!). You may be able to shorten the walk by using the Mickey and Friends tram...? We didn't try that. The condo had nice extras like coffee, creamer, ziplock bags (I had bought some to use for taking snacks to the park, then found there were already plenty in the kitchen). Had a couple of questions for the owner and she responded very quickly. One downside is the creaky stairs - no matter how I tried I couldn't go up or down them silently. But it was a small inconvenience for us. Overall very happy with this condo!

Probably the most complete, organized, and clean VRBO I have booked to date. This place was walking distance from Disney which was super convenient for my family and a must. The house was super clean, organized, and stocked with everything you might need. We forgot our shampoo and soap only to find out upon arrival that each bathroom is stocked with hotel type soap and shampoo dispensers. The beds and sheets were super comfortable and the smart tv was a plus so the kids could watch cartoons on Netflix. The complex pool and park is right across from the front door making it great for kids. Sara was very accommodating with my request for late checkout as well. Do not hesitate to book this amazing property. Oh, and go have breakfast at Ruby’s Diner.

The condo worked perfectly for us! We are a blended family of 2 adults and 4 kids ranging 11 - 15 and the place was awesome! Super comfortable and the proximity to the Disney parks was amazing. The kids were able to play in the pool and the kitchen allowed us to make meals at home (yay for Amazon delivery!). I think we're pretty Disney'd out, but if that ever changes, we'd definitely come back to stay here.
