Good location although not as close as was stated. Nice hotel, good breakfast, fun pool area with basketball and ping pong.

Was not as close to Disneyland as stated. Housekeeping never came to our room so we had to request towels 2 times.

The pool area needs to be more supervised the kids were running around and jumping in the pool almost hitting people around them. The poolside pool can be better.

The location was great with the Disney shuttle (ART) stop right outside the hotel. Our granddaughter loved the pool area, such a fun spot.

We loved the water park, the heated pool, the slides, the size of the room, and the two showers. The location is amazing. Walking distance from the toy story parking lot, which means free ride to Disney

Una excelente atención del personal que se mantiene comunicado, la ubicación es muy cómoda si vas a Disney y si te quedas en el hotel la pasas muy bien.

Podrían variar un poco de platillos en el desayuno.

El impuestos que le aplican por día por feet de la ciudad algo así explican cuando una hace check inn cosa que no lo menciónan antes

el wi-fi no era bueno, la conexion se interrunpia continuamente. El desayuno le falta mas opciones saludables.

Excellent facilities! Close enough to walk to Disneyland. Amazing breakfast! Edith in the cafeteria is the best! After our stay she feels like family!

Clean rooms. Loved the separate sitting area from bedroom and having a large fridge. But the best part was the pool and waterslides. Super cool to have Disney movies playing at the pool at night

Would have loved to be a little closer to Disney or have a specific hotel shuttle to the park. But Uber was fine.

No me gustó que en la página dicen que hablan español y solo una persona lo habla, además te hacen dos cargos extra, uno al llegar y otro al salir (independiente del estacionamiento) los cuales no saben cómo explicártelo, y en boocking no dice de estos cargos adicionales

There is a lot to like about this hotel. It is a great size for families and has all the important amenities for groups. The free breakfast is pretty impressive. The water slides, splash, pad, pool, and hottub were a hit with the kids.

There really isn't anything to dislike. The location is good, surrounded by food options, and right on the bus line to Disneyland.

Really confortable.

Very clean and had alot of activities for the kids.

The outdoor area. The 2 showers. The kiddie pool. The slides. The basketball hoop. The music outside. Bunk beds with a trundle.

The place has great amenities: gym, fabulous outdoor area, 2 showers, bunk beds, but the experience gets muddied with a lot of the bad: bad staff, bad operating procedures, bad lighting and design in rooms and hallways, bad “don’t do this” or “we’re watching you” or “it’s bright in this hallway so you don’t do bad things” energy. Specifically what I didn’t like: ALL the staff - they were all bothered. Security guards were rough, asking questions and in the way like hotel staff and not security guards. Short answers from staff. “I don’t know, ask the front desk” Too many “don’t” signs (maybe make a single one with more and smaller text maybe) and staff walking around surveying the outdoor area like security guards. It made it seem like you were doing something wrong. The lights in the hallways are EXTRA bright, almost flourescent - not the best at 11pm, and feels like a cheap motel and to prevent crime lol. The room felt a little dirty and smelled a little dirty like a casino hotel - it was a little musky. The couch in the room felt a little dirty and I didn’t want to sit on it when we got there, like the armrests looked a little brown and worn (maybe it was the bad lighting) The lighting in the room was more stark and not warm - makes the place feel dirty, and the furniture placement/choices felt clunky (white plastic table when you walk in; not enough room in the “living room” are bc there’s so much clunky seating). When I got there, there was no one at the front desk, so I wandered for 20 seconds to let the front desk person show herself, the security guard aggressively questioned me lol wow, not a good first impression. Front desk person was a little bothered too. When I was talking to the front desk person, all the lights in the lobby went 75% dim, and I asked her about it, she acted like it was a normal thing. It was midnight, so I guess, but all these weird experiences happened in succession within a few mins.

It was a nice hotel. Loved that our family was able to stay close together with joining rooms. Also, the beds were comfortable.

The bed frames. They poke out so far on the bottom and the corners are bad. I hurt my leg bumping into it.

Proximity to Disneyland and knowledgeable staff about it. Clean.

Room was so far from the lift for a family checking in at midnight. Also sofa bed wasn’t ready or at least no instructions given so had to run around asking questions at 1am

Breakfast was great. Rooms were great but could do with more stuff like cutlery and crockery etc. milk etc in fridge.

Could do with more kitchenware in rooms and a little cleaner

O quarto suíte família é amplo e atendeu muito bem minha família.

Os chuveiros, dentro de banheiras são muito ruins, com pouquíssima pressão e quantidade de água. Tivemos problemas com as cortinas que estavam quebradas e com a luz da beliche que também estava quebrada.
