Definitely as advertised. Everything is first rate, from the people, to the property, to the proximity to town. Will be back for sure. One of the nicest places i have ever stayed. Everything was ideal about the house and our stay. The view is just beyond. The house itself is gorgeous and modern and oh so comfortable. The hosts are outstanding and the upkeep of the entire property is superb. 5 stars all the way. It better be available though because we are coming back! If you are looking don’t hesitate. A complete home run.

This house is the best of indoor/outdoor living. It opens up to the beautiful oceanside from all levels and has maximum air circulation from the folding doors and the maximum amount of fans both inside and outside to keep the air moving. It really cuts down on the need for the air conditioning. It is ideal for couples and/or multiple adults traveling together since it has two main suites with sliding glass doors and private decks/balconies with great ocean views for both main suites. Both have large private bathrooms. No more fighting over who gets the better room. The location is ideal for walking to great restaurants and shopping. It's a great house for relaxing and enjoying the ocean view.

Vivaro West End South House was amazing. The home is beautiful with all the amenities you could want and a view and pool area that cannot be beat. I honestly can't imagine there is a better place to stay on the island. The pictures on the website are perfectly representative of what you will experience. The beds were very comfortable and my entire party all slept great. You get a wonderful breeze that blows through the main living areas when you open up all the doors. The open concept kitchen and living room also makes it fun for everyone to spend time together while preparing meals. It is a short 5-minute walk into West End to great restaurants, bars and beaches. The area feels very safe as well. The owners and property manager were highly communicative before and during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. The pool is cleaned daily for you and housekeeping comes every 2-3 days. I really cannot say enough about how perfect this house and the customer service is. My one caution would be for anyone that has cat allergies. There is a neighborhood cat that has adopted the house that hangs out on the patio often. She is adorable and super sweet. We actually loved having her as an addition to the trip. But if someone in your group had a significant allergy, it might be a problem.

We were lucky enough to travel with friends who booked the Vivaro North house next door which made for an even more enjoyable vacation. Both houses are conveniently located within walking distance to everything in West End, each has new modern furnishings and are very well managed. The property manager greeted us and was instantly available should we have questions or require guidance with reservations or general advice. The pool and cleaning staff were attentive and visible multiple times during the week.

We have been to many, many places in the Carribean and this is probably the best. Perfect location-easy walk to grocery store, restaurants, boats, beaches in West End (the "Happenin' Place" in Roatan). House was well maintained and exactly as advertised - and at a reasonable price. We will be back.

This is a beautiful and well maintained house and property. The pool was bigger than it looked in the pictures. It’s perfectly located to take in the sunset every night. The living room and kitchen stayed cool during the day with windows and doors opened. The AC in each bedroom kept the rooms cool at night. Electricity was only $125 for the whole week with each bedroom occupied. The walk into town was easy and mostly paved with the unpaved part in good shape with gravel. It’s just far enough away from West End to avoid the noise. The house layout is perfect for 2 families to share. The parents can each enjoy a master bedroom suite and the kids get an awesome bunk room with its own full bathroom. The staff did a great job keeping the property perfect inside and out. Matt, the property manager, was helpful and ready to assist with scheduling any activities. I will book here again next time I’m able to get to Roatan.

We had a dream of a vacation in the West End of Roatan! The house was amazing, the location was perfect! Everyone was responsive and kind. We would love to stay again!

I honestly cannot say enough good things about this property, the people or the location. This was an experience of our lifetime and me, my wife and our two daughters (19 and 23) enjoyed every aspect of this trip. We highly recommend staying here and we are so thankful for everyone from check in to check out that made this trip one we will remember for years to come.

We had a really amazing week at the South House. Everything worked as expected and the house was exactly as described online. Matt went above and beyond in arranging dinner reservations and other activities and was incredibly responsive. We had one child come down with bronchitis and an ear infection and Matt arranged a house call from an incredibly attentive and thorough physician. There were periodic issues with the wifi but fortunately Tanya and family we're staying next door and they made every effort to get it working again. We would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend it to others looking for an amazing place to stay in Roatan.

Vivaro Westend is simply beautiful! We travel frequently and always look for beautiful homes to accommodate our group of two families (4 adults and 3 kids). This is probably the best home we've ever stayed in! The layout is perfect with 2 true masters and a huge bunk room. We could have easily fit more people if we needed. The home is stocked with everything a family needs and we loved utilizing Chef Blackie and Marty for breakfast every day on the patio! Her cooking is so, so good!!! We also had her cook lunch and dinner a few occasions after excursions. Marty was also wonderful, taking us everywhere we needed, all week! We loved the location in West End. It was an easy water taxi ride to West End and a very easy 5 minute walk to restaurants. We especially liked Sundowners! The Vivaro owners and staff were very easy to work with, helped us with everything we needed and helped make our stay incredible! We can't wait to return to Roatan!!

We had the pleasure of staying in South House for a glorious week. The house is beautiful, very clean and well stocked. The furnishings and linens were top grade. The open design makes the magnificent views available from all the rooms. The only thing better than the property was the service. From the time we first inquired about South End until we left Tanya was available for questions. I’ve never had an easier time booking a vacation home. The manager, Matt was more of a concierge for us. He arranged dine in dinners, transportation, excursions and was available all the time. We loved that the house was walking distances to everything in West End. We will be back!

This house was perfect for our group! He had the most amazing time and would stay here again! Matt and the team were awesome and were available for anything we needed. This location had the most beautiful sunsets every evening and was within an easy walk to West End. We loved that the house could open up and the ocean breeze would come through the house. We spent a lot of time in the glorious pool and cooking scrumptious meals in the beautiful kitchen.

The Vivaro West End house was absolutely amazing! We loved the walkability to West End and really enjoyed everyone we came in contact with. Matt was the absolute best and made sure we were well taken care of at all times. He even set up everything we wanted to do with a simple text, from excursions and reservations to having the doc come to the house for our Covid tests. Not only that but we had the pleasure of meeting Mario and his cutie grandson. Mario picked us up and took us wherever we needed to go whenever we needed to go somewhere and told us lots of great stories of living on the island and it's history. The house itself was a dream and had everything we needed. The views were incredible and we really enjoyed opening up the house and letting the sea breeze flow through. 10/10 would recommend and we will definitely be back in the future.

We first visited Roatan in February 2019 and stayed in Vivaro West End South house. From the minute the front doors opened and we saw the incredible view we knew we would be back again. After an amazing dive trip with friends, we returned in the summer of 2021 with the family. The accommodations are second to none, the staff is amazing, the ease of getting to town is awesome - The whole vacation was amazing. The only problem was we did not want to leave. We are already planning our trip back. Thanks so much Vivaro Roatan. You are amazing!!

This house was as advertised. Takes your breath away when you walk in. The only small critique I would have is- electricity is pretty pricy and you pay extra for it (we used it only at night and it cost us about $300 extra for the week- so it wasn’t too bad). There is a/c in the bedrooms only, which works great. The location is close to all the fun bars and restaurants. The service from the management was 5 star. Would visit again.

A beautiful location and accommodations. The diving and snorkeling was better than the Great Barrier Reef. We could relax by the pool while listening to music and watching the boats go by. Walking distance to the beautiful beaches, restaurants, dive shops and shopping. The chef’s kitchen had everything our chef’s needed. The cleaning crew kept this 5 star place fresh and clean while the grounds kept the deck, pool and landscaping immaculate. Each room has it’s own bathroom suite. Would definitely stay here again.

This is our 2nd time staying at the Vivaro west end house and we loved every minute. Tanya and Matt are amazing and have the best team in place for all your needs. Matt was an amazingggggg host and gave the best concierge services ever. Tanya was so cool and always replies to me so promptly. I definitely am staying here again. It is such a magical place.

It was so easy dealing with th owner. Matt, the manager, was resourceful, available and friendly. I've rented many homes all over the world and this house is the best yet. The pictures do not do it justice.

Thank you for an amazing experience for our family. The home and location are incredible! Marty, who provided transportation for our family, was invaluable on our vacation. He was not only extremely helpful in getting us around, but also suggesting activities and ensuring our family’s comfort. Marty’s wife, Blackie, cooked us our favorite meal of the entire trip in the comforts of the home. We also really enjoyed the Argentinian Grill which is a short walk into Half Moon Bay. Zip lining and our catamaran sunset cruise were highlights for our family of seven.

Anyone who wouldn’t be happy here needs to go see a doctor. The place is stunning, the pictures are spot on but even better in person once you open up the doors and walk out back. The process of booking, paying, arriving, Matt the property mgr and Tanya the owner - all effortless. We only lost power once and Vivaro House has a generator so we didn’t miss a beat. Zero complaints or concerns and hope we’re lucky enough to go back some day!! PS no need to rent a car, easy walk to town, grocery, meals, shopping, water taxi and dive op (we used Sun Divers and they were equally as wonderful).

Wonderful home, excellent service (especially appreciated the answers to all my questions prior to our arrival) This was the first time we (family of 6 - all adults) traveled to Roatan and we had a fabulous time. The house was beautiful and comfortable and in an excellent location allowing us to walk to town, take a water taxi to West Bay beach, etc. We're ready to return. Don't miss this house!!

We stayed at the Vivaro South House over New Year’s and it was perfect! We had two families, each with three kids. The configuration of two identical master bedrooms and one large bunk room was great. The bunk room had more than enough room for all six kids. The house is very well maintained, modern and very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with every pan, utensil etc that we needed. There is someone who comes every day to maintain the gorgeous infinity pool and deck area and another person who comes every other day to clean the house and wash towels as necessary. It was a very pleasant surprise to have that level of service. The house is an easy walk to West End where there are restaurants, small grocery stores, water taxis, a beach etc. We would definitely recommend planning your grocery list before you arrive and asking the driver to stop at Eldin’s on the way from the airport. It made the trip so easy and hassle free to have some basic groceries right when we arrived. The property managers, Matt and Andrea, really took careful of anything we needed. They booked all our transportation, dinner reservations, helped us with activities and anything else we needed. They also arranged a pizza chef, Junior, to come to the house one night for a pizza party. The whole trip was so easy and the island is beautiful with lots of great activities. Staying at Vivaro was perfect and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again!!

What a wonderful place to stay at in Roatan. Very clean and updated amenities. Matt and Andrea were a welcome addition and provide top notch customer service through out the stay. They provided suggestions on places to go and see as well as being very informative of the local area at West End.

Our stay at Vivaro was absolutely amazing. The 2 houses were the nicest in the area. Great pools, bedrooms and bathrooms modern and very clean. Matt and his wife were great hosts. Other than the one small problem with one of the refrigerators there we no issue. Oh, and they brought in a replacement frig right away. They was more than what they needed to do. I will stay at Vivaro on future trips, and I will recommend Vivaro to all me friends.

As others have said, the pictures don't do this lovely home justice! It was spacious and bright, with attractive and functional furnishings that made relaxing after a day at the beach a pleasure. Beautiful sunsets at the end of the day were a highlight of our stay, and the kids loved hanging out in the pool while the adults chit chatted in the comfy chairs. One of our friends snorkeled right off the shore and said there was lots to see there, the only concern is boats that come around the point and drive by close to shore. The beds and pillows were high quality and very comfortable, and the air conditioning in the bedrooms worked great. Excellent wifi and a generator for when the power goes out was also a plus since outages are common on Roatan. Overall we had a wonderful stay and everything about Vivaro South was top notch. We also loved that it was within walking distance of the shops and restaurants on West End, but far enough away to be peaceful and quiet in the evenings. Already planning our next stay in this fantastic location!

The home is even nicer than it appears in the perfect photos! We enjoyed every minute. A driver was waiting at the airport for us and the check-in was easy with Mark, The home is located perfectly and we could walk into West End and enjoy dining or easily catch the water taxi to West Bay. The owners were staying next door while we were there and invited us over to eat and enjoy a cocktail. Super friendly, immaculately cared for, and we will return on our next trip to Roatan. We feel like we just got started in our exploration of this great island! Thank you for a great experience.

We were met by the manager gave us a thorough walk thru and made himself available at anytime if we needed anything. The property was pristine and beyond our expectations. The vibe was so relaxing and peaceful, it was such a great stay we hated to leave. We would highly recommend this property to anybody! We had an amazing afternoon on a Ruthless Roatan Boat Charter. We snorkeled, fished, enjoyed great scenery and island hospitality. We enjoyed a few meals at Ginger's Caribbean Restaurant, yummy. Italian food at Pazzo was excellent. Sundowner's waterfront bar was a great place to mingle with locals and catch a beautiful sunset.
