If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Diane is by far the most incredible host, and we’ve stayed at several rentals. Her home is gorgeous , beautifully decorated and has everything you need! The kitchen is well stocked. Nice beach chairs, umbrellas, paddle board, kayak, snorkel equipment , nice beach towels, I could go on and on! Her recommendations were spot on. Did I mention she is the BEST HOST EVER!!!

We had a fantastic stay, the house is beautiful. The view is even more beautiful than the pictures do justice. It is in a gated community with a beach just out the door and down some stairs that we basically had to ourselves. It is close to a great hiking trail just to the west, the town around the house has some great restaurants. The owner is extremely attentive and communicates throughout. We had a cracked coffee carafe and she was there a couple of hours later with a new coffee maker. You will not feel neglected. It's a wonderful place to relax and a great jumping off point to go explore Puerto Rico. We will visit again. Thanks Diane!

The house was gorgeous. A perfect combo of en-suite bedrooms/bathrooms and common outdoor living.Very clean, very well equipped which we appreciated bc we cooked in a few nights. The protected cove with a beautiful beach was just steps away. Diane was a perfect hostess; she checked in occasionally, answered questions promptly, and made good suggestions. Enjoy!

WOW WOW WOW! What else is there to say that hasn't already been said? 5 Stars all around. I knew the property was special from the listing. Diane is the ultimate host. The house is furnished with top notch amenities, linens and towels and the beds are amazing. The art work and decor is beautiful. Diane answered every question sometimes before I even asked! She has the system perfected and will make you want for nothing. there wasn't anything that we went looking for that we didn't find. Just perfect! The Dorado area is uniquely beautiful and you feel like you are in a tropical paradise. The price might seem high but comparatively speaking it it a bargain. This is our third trip to Puerto Rico and by far was our best experience. Ubers are very reasonable if you are traveling to San Juan. My son was married in Old San Juan and we had a rental car but still relied in Uber on many occasions. Just book this magnificent property if you have the opportunity, you will love it! We stayed in Diane's Oceanfront Dorado house for a 40th birthday trip for ten college friends and the house was perfect! Not only is the location amazing, with sweeping ocean views from nearly every part of the house, but Diane was a wonderful host who went above and beyond. She provided us with so many details and recommendations before arriving and even went the extra mile to make it a special weekend, setting us up with a birthday surprise! The house was clean, beds were comfortable and everything was as pictured. We were steps away from the beach and the location was close to everything we hoped to see! You can hear the ocean from several rooms in the house, so we chose bedrooms accordingly, as some of us enjoyed that. Would recommend this house wholeheartedly. Ten family members stayed together for five days in this lovely beach house. The house was roomy, immaculate and just plain beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked and very functional. The deck overlooked a rocky beach with ocean waves crashing just in front of the house. The adjacent sandy beach was perfect for swimming and sun bathing. My sister-in-law, who was with us, is trying to book the house for another stay. All-in-all, this was a wonderful experience.

The home is amazing. As other reviews stated, the photos don’t capture the home’s beauty. The views are amazing, the beach is a 1 min walk, and each room is beautifully decorated. Both patios provide a variety of seating (or lounging) options to soak in the ocean views and sounds. The host proactively engaged with us to ensure our stay was enjoyable.

The property was great! Outstanding views and great overall accommodations! Lots of water toys for the kids and a BBQ for grandpa. I would definately stay there again.

Our group of 11 was blown away by this property. The views from the 2 levels of decks were incredible. The wide variety of high-quality outdoor furniture made both decks favorite spots. The owner took great care to add personal touches throughout including stocked showers, amble beach towels, coolers, guidebooks & maps and more. The house, which is in a gated community with 24-hour security, boasts a living room with gorgeous views with plenty of seating and a well-stocked kitchen. Common areas on both levels have their own efficient mini splits as well as one in each bedroom. The free-standing bar and extra full-size fridge were also a plus. The “secret” half bath, with its’ access from the outdoors, made it very convenient to use when enjoying the outdoors. The house located just a short walk from the private access to the beach was even closer than we anticipated. The gate was conveniently locked and unlocked each day by security, but our own key was also available. Although the beach is shared by the gated community, most days it was secluded. We were lucky enough to see 3 manatees just a few feet from shore one afternoon! We had the privilege of meeting Diane, and she is just as lovely, warm and welcoming as her home. She was out of the country for part of our stay but remained in contact with me for any questions and had her friend, Debbie, available if needed. We’d definitely recommend this VRBO for anyone seeking a superior vacation rental in the Dorado area.

We were a group of 10 friends (5 couples) and the house was excellent in every way -- beautiful design, great amenities, clean, well-decorated, comfortable, incredible view, nice local beach, plenty of areas for private reading and napping. Diane was an incredible host -- always accessible, able to provide answers to all questions . . . and then some!

Let's start with the house. The views are SPECTACULAR - right on the ocean. The waves crashing against the shore is a sight to behold from the two expansive balconies. The house is so well thought out with more than ample space for entertaining. There were games in the closet which we used and had a lot of fun doing. There were plenty of beach towels and a lot of beach gear available that we did not use but had access to. The house is literally several steps from the beach. The house itself is elevated, so provides beautiful views and the walk down to the private beach (shared with others in the area) is maybe 20 steps away. Diane, the owner, provided numerous recommendations of things to do and places to see. This is a home you could just rent and stay at all week as it is peaceful and beautiful. The beach, on Memorial Day weekend, was not crowded. The only "busy" day was Sunday with maybe 20 people on the beach. On Friday and Saturday, we were alone on the beach. The water temp is perfect. If you've ever thought about visiting Puerto Rico but have not taken the plunge - dive into this VRBO as it is a homerun that you will make treasured memories at with your family and friends. Did I mention the place is immaculately cared for and so clean. Worth every penny and I would love to go back to Puerto Rico and rent this home again.

We loved our time here and it was the best VRBO experience we have ever had. The pictures do not fully capture how beautiful this location is. The house is equipped with everything you need to enjoy the space and the beach. It is clean and the decor shows the care put into this home. There is plenty of seating both inside and outside for all travelers to sit together or separate when you need your own space. Diane was an amazing host providing us with so much information about the area and things to do that really helped to make our trip one we will never forget. We truly appreciate all she did for us. The beach area is quiet and perfect for travelers of all ages. We stayed with 6 people ages 9-82 and everyone LOVED our time here. The Dorado area had many great restaurant options and any of things we wanted to do were a reasonable driving distance (~45 minutes to San Juan; ~1.5 hours to Rainforest, Fajardo). We enjoyed our time at the house so much it made it hard to leave! We can’t wait to visit again. Your only regret will be not booking this location.

Our stay was amazing! The house is absolutely stunning and clean. There was ample space, super comfortable beds, and the beach was literally steps away. We had an amazing time! We rented it for a family reunion and it couldnt have been more perfect. The house is beautiful and so spacious. It has everything that you might need during your stay. It is steps away from a private and beautiful beach. Diane is so attentive, she was in constant communication with us to make sure everything was ok! Would definitely recommend 10/10! This home the picture does not do justice. The house is absolutely stunning in person and the owner went out of her way to make the beach house like it was your home anything you need from kitchen things to everyone having their own robe in each bathroom, to having not one or two beach chairs and beach towels but well over 10 chairs to accommodate everyone in the house we are so happy we chose this beautiful house and we will definitely come back again and her price is very affordable. There are places that are not even on the beach and not as beautiful as her house three times the amount. Thank you so much for offering. Such a beautiful beach home for my family. We haven’t made great memories there. !!!

We had the most amazing stay! The house is lively and Díane is the most attentive host we have ever had. Truly a wonderful experience.

The house was beyond our expectations. Diane did everything to personalize our stay and make us feel so welcome. She is an amazing host and so thoughtful. She even brought stuff for our baby to make our stay easy. She made the adults and kids feel so welcome. We had 3 coupes, a baby and 2 kids. Everyone had an amazing time. We have stayed in many rentals but Diane’s place was by far the best experience we’ve had.

The house and setting are gorgeous. Very well equipped and clean, the house is roomy and open to the decks on both levels. The beach is only stair steps away. All the upstairs bedrooms open to a terrace overlooking the ocean. They call this paradise for a reason. Diane, the host and owner, is amazingly accessible and really goes out of her way to answer questions about restaurants, beaches, and interesting things to see and do. No question was too much and she responds to texts quickly. This was our first trip to Puerto Rico, and she helped us out so much. She is a gem!!

This house is so amazing and absolutely stunning! Each room is maticulously taken care of with so much space. The living room has a wonderful open setting to allow ocean air to flow throughout the house. The beach is just a few stair steps away in a private cove that is absolutely stunning! If you're thinking about staying at this house, DO IT!! Diane was also amazing with excellent communication and constant follow up to ensure that our stay was great. I would love to stay again and not visit the touristic sites so that we could enjoy the house and the beautiful beach for an entire week.

This is the second time that we stayed in this amazingly beautiful place. From the minute we got in it just feel like home. The house is impeccably clean, it has everything and more than you need to spend a wonderful time with your family. The location is just the best, the view from the back terrace cannot be described accurately, you have to be there to appreciate the ocean just behind the house. The soothing sound of the waves can be heard from the all the cozy four bedrooms upstairs. And for those that may not be attracted to that there is a beautiful master suite and bathroom downstairs. The location of the house is superb, it 5 minutes’ drive to wonderful restaurants, beauty salons, gyms, grocery stores, bank. Everything is very accessible. The reality is once you get to the house and realize that you are steps way from a private, super clean beach, there is no need to go anywhere. I do recommend La Hacienda Meats, a specialty grocery store with high quality meats and semi-prepared food. Beauty salon Stylo is very good. HCOA Gym for women is also very good. Best pizza and Sangria in the area Pirulos The house is just PERFECT for any kind of family there is something for everyone. We were also very grateful for the hospitality of Dianne, who brought us a rum cake and a bottle of the typical coquito. This is something that can only be found in Puerto Rico. Our Thanksgiving holiday were the best. Thank you ! Will be back!!

The location can’t be beat! The house itself is lovely, large and comfortable, and it makes it easy to congregate or to find a private spot. The owner is warm, personable, responsive and full of great suggestions and recommendations.

Our stay at this house was such a wonderful experience! We expected nice but the house was more than what the pics could show. The bedrooms were immaculate and tastefully decorated over the top with quality pillows and linens. Bathrooms were first class. All we really needed were our clothes. Owner supplied lotions, shampoos, insect repellent, washer/dryer and detergents. Family games, beach toys, chairs and even sun hats. This house was a true sanctuary after a day of sightseeing in Puerto Rico. I have already referred friends to consider renting this house for PR stays. I definately want to return in the future. Great place to stay!!

We had a family reunion with our three children and grandkids. Before we arrived we were excited about the house and the location. The reviews online were excellent and our expectations were high. Let me tell you.......WE CAN'T wait to return next summer. The house is beautiful! The beds and bathroom were all 5 stars for sure! The view is amazing. Walking to the beach only took a couple of minutes. We had planned a week full of activities and it was hard to leave the house. We were excited to return to it every time we left. Diane gave us the name and information of a cook that came to the house one night. She made us a typical Puertorican meal for the family. She bought the groceries and prepared the food at the house. She cleaned up and was a pleasure to meet . I highly recommend you use her. Diane is her contact. Her price is very reasonable. I would recommend using her more than one night! We also had Rolando come to the house and give us all an amazing massage. I can't say enough of the memories we created! Diane was in touch with us during our stay and ready to help in any way needed.

We were looking for a beachfront property for our multi-family vacation and couldn't believe our luck when we stumbled upon Diane's place. It is exactly true what the other reviewers have said, the stunning pictures do not do the home justice. The setting from every vantage point is incredible. We had 3 adults and 6 pre-teens through teenagers, and the space was more than comfortable and accommodating for all. The house was incredibly well appointed with anything you might need from linens, to bath soaps, to beach towels, to TONS of beach equipment and toys, a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of furniture spaces, and the list goes on and on. The newly remodeled bedrooms were fresh and clean, with amazing views, and THE MOST comfortable beds! Having AC to cool down our rooms for sleep was wonderful also. The house is located in a great area. Dorado has anything you need for dining or shopping. The gated community itself is well-monitored and the neighborhood felt very safe and friendly. The private beach was incredible and never busy. We felt very fortunate to have that right out our door. Diane was an amazing host! She wasn't even in town during our stay, but she had a friend meet us upon arrival and then she checked in on us frequently to make sure we were enjoying our stay and that all of our needs were met. We couldn't have found a better place to stay to make our Puerto Rican vacation go so smoothly. Thank you, Diane! We really hope we make it back someday to meet you in person.

We spent a perfect week in this lovely beach house. The house is conveniently located in a gated community full of custom beach houses, next door to the Ritz Carlton Dorado Beach Reserve. My husband and our three children met my parents there. An ocean view was #1 on our list of requirements for our Puerto Rico vacation. The house is spacious, beautifully decorated and well equipped. The entire back wall opens up to a large terrace, with dream views of the ocean and adjacent beach. A perfect spot for watching sunrises and sunsets! Diane gives new meaning to the phrase "Mi casa es su casa." We felt like we were honored guests in her home, not just renters. The children, ages 15, 13 and 10, made good use of the kayaks, boogie boards and paddle board available to us. In addition to the beach, we spent a day touring Old San Juan, surfed at Jobos Beach in Isabela, and golfed at a nearby course. We enjoyed several of the local restaurants, sampling comida criolla. We all agreed this was one of our best vacations ever! Five stars!

My sisters, our Mom and I stayed at this beautiful beach house for 9 days which is located in a gated community. The house was large enough for 12 but comfortable enough for each of us to enjoy our own bedroom and bathroom. The house was very clean and very charming. The ocean is right off the balcony and has plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the beautiful views. The beach is just steps from the front door and was quite private. We enjoyed a few days on the beach with the beach towels and chairs that were available for our use, along with bikes, a kayak and other beach toys. The kitchen was stocked with anything you would need for cooking a meal should you choose to stay in. There are trails for walking nearby that were scenic and safe. The grocery store and restaurants are close by. We had a great time and our host Diane was very helpful with directions and information for getting to places we wanted to visit. Overall our stay was amazing and we would recommend it to anyone. It was a 5 star vacation rental and a great experience.

The pictures don’t do this house justice. Its conveniently located within a nice gated community and the house overlooks the ocean from multiple angles. The house has multiple terraces to enjoy the waves crashing down on the rocks right below you. The beach is literally steps away and the house is stocked with every beach supply you could ever need. The beach is basically private so we had it to ourselves, which was incredible. The décor of the house is charming and the beachy theme makes you feel very comfortable. There is plenty of room for a large group or for multiple families. Diane is an incredible host and is happy to help suggest restaurant recommendations or answer any questions about the area or local activities. She really goes out her way to ensure you have an amazing time. I didn’t want to leave! I highly recommend this house and look forward to going back.
