Not enough Handicap parking spaces near hotel.

Rooms need some upgrades like our king-size bed when you sit on the corner feels it slides to the right maybe needs some tighten done or to be replaced. First day we got there inside bathroom the cover for electrical panel off was just standing on the floor next to it took pictures show the front desk never fixed it both phoens in room never worked i told front desk they did nothing outside on the parking lot there are some metal sewers cover some already broken if someone walks on it they can have there feet slip in and cut them selves . Pools dirty i never saw people cleaning them jacuzzi smell so bad like pee dont even go in. Even the beach needs cleaning send someone to walk around pickup whatever garbage there is laying around. The room i got was a king studio 1 bedroom good size with kitchen livingroom that was good.

Everything was perfect!!! We loved it.

When I first checked in Expedia asked me what I thought and I told them property is tired..needs renovation badly.. roaches in room.. couch with a stain etc..I did not expect the manager to reach out. So that being said they do read the reviews which is good customer service I also wasn't expecting anything from that. Manager gave me an upgraded brand new renovated room. Well they are on to someone really good. Renovated rooms are really nice and they did what every hotel that sits near the beach removed nasty carpets. Hotel rooms should never have carpets. I would like to thank manager and the front desk for your generous offer. I was able to finally sleep on my 3rd night. Rooms are very nice and hopefully entire hotel will be renovated as well. You will succeed if so.. Thanks again we do appreciate it.

Not happy it’s only there Friday to Monday.. Steph was good. But the facility itself. The hotel itself really really needed a deep power washing. I’m actually surprised at Expedia. Not not happy.

I’ve been a guest in this hotel a long side the Embassy suits that right next for since I was a small child and every time my family and I are welcomed with heartfelt treatment. This hotel has been a very close to home type of feel for many years. Most of the time on vacations if we don’t fly to other countries with stay there and it always is a blast. Will always have good things to say about this hotel.

Although we had initially a problem with the AC in our room, and the hotel was packed with people due to a long weekend celebration in PR, the manager (Victor) stepped in and solved the issue allowing us to stay in a recently renovated room... Beautiful! Thank you Victor and to all your staff for the help and understanding... appreciated!

For the amount of money spent at this so called resort the best thing was the pool..from the moment I grabbed the dangling door handle that was being held on by one screw I knew I was WELL screwed!!! The lack of cleanliness made me cringe… this place is dated looks like Christopher Columbus made the tile in the bath room. Just getting in bed made me itchy guys with all the money your charging burn it down and rebuild it

No towels aviable at the hotel

Common areas needs renovation ....Elevator does not pass inspection .. facilities are part of the Embessy Hotel which is next door...swimming pool poor need renovation ..

The hallway in the rooms area is not clean. The room was good. The Aquarius need some love overall. The Pool and the embassy amenities, Great overall!

Love everything , they have it all..... will come back

Every corner is old and outdated.

Like: View and area Didn’t like: housekeeping, always has to ask for new towels, they take dirty towels but never bring clean towels.

Beautiful location but the hotel needs renovation. Carolina and the other staff at the front desk went above and beyond for us. Super friendly staff.

30 yo went with GF, great location and excellent amenities. Towels situation was abysmal but not a big deal. Should rent car if staying at this location. But also great restaurants and activities nearby. Not ideal for first trip to PR unless you rented a car. Would recommend for short weekend or longer stay with rental car.

Loved the beach and pool access. Rooms were clean with full size kitchen. Even had washer/dryer in rooms.

I think the Aquarius and the next door Embassy Suites (we've stayed at both) could both be AMAZING hotels in the area by investing in the properties a bit. First the good: 1. The staff is amazing. Kind, helpful, etc. Very nice people (just like everyone in Puerto Rico). 2. The room was very clean upon arrival. It could use a few upgrades (see below), but overall, really nice room. 3. The pool area is very nice (again, could use a few upgrades). The opportunities: 1. The lobby area and the hallways are in dire need of attention. The hallways could use both fresh carpet and paint and it would help tremendously. The lobby just needs to look more like a hotel lobby and it would feel more welcoming. 2. The grounds outside, with some minor investment, could be sparkling. The beach area is in need of attention, as well. But overall, this would be 5-star if some money was spent by Aquarius and Embassy Suites to update the property, because the staff was so nice/great and the location can't be beat.

Very dirty pool

It felt so safe. What I didn’t like was that some stuff had mold for example under the lamp of the bedroom the cabinet handles. But other than that everything was great. Love it

I loved it all! I had a blast with my friends and the staff was very kind!

The room is in very bad condition.

This resort is outdated. the rooms are old the ceilings have chose paint .bathroom toilets dnt work . The pool area was nice but the rooms i didn’t like besides that everything else was ready good

I didn't like how the person at the front desk treaded clients. Rooms weren't very clean, and smelled musty

Price is good for what you get.

The room had multiple bodily fluid stains. The staff is very unhelpful and rude. No room service the whole time I was there.
