The owner did a wonderful job of making this unit stand out from the rest. The kitchen, bar and bathroom vanities were beautifully done! The space is huge and plenty of room for a large family. The Gulf view from the floor to ceiling windows off the entry is beautiful, as is the Gulf State Park View from the balcony. Some of the amenities by the management company could be better. Low linen/bedding options, extra blanket in the master needs to be laundered (smelled like dog), super cheap bar soap in the bathrooms, no hand soap in the kitchen, not enough towels for an extended stay of more than a night or two. The sofa in the entry needs to be replaced, as springs are popping up making it very uncomfortable to sit on, and that is the only place to see the ocean in the apartment, pillows on living room sectional are completely flat and useless. Some minor maintenance issues that can be easily fixed such as loose toilet paper holder in master and loose faucets. Kitchen faucet is also broken. All in, it’s a gorgeous place that would be great for 4 couples, families, or a girls’/boys’ trip. Just needs a little more attention to a few minor issues and it would be great!

We vacationed with our whole family and had plenty of room to space out. The condo was beautiful. We had trouble with the ice maker (user error) and someone was sent promptly to help us figure it out. Very attentive ! We were disappointed there were not any chairs or ocean toys in the condo, but not a deal breaker by any means. Would suggest some extra linens and towels. We will def book again! Location was great and the kiddos loved the pool, splash pad, and lazy river!

We had a great time. It was the first family vacation where we all stayed in the same unit. There was ample space, lots of light and we really enjoyed ourselves. The only complaint is the unit floor was dirty and there need to be more elevators but all of the staff, other guests we encountered, we were very happy with!

Liked the 2 separate places to gather. Kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, small appliances, etc. Just wish the fourth bedroom would have had a bathroom in the room not down the hallway.

Overall the experience was verygood, but for the price we paid I expect great. The Condo was lovley, spacious, and well equipped. However, in the pictures it appeared that the balcony looked out over the ocean, not the case. even though it was rainly/overcast it would have been nice to be able to sit out and listen to the waves breaking. Other than that my complainst were small, the sheets on one of the beds were stained with black marks... not dirty, but stained. A couple of the coffee cups and the baking pan we used for cookies were not clean (coffee grounds and baked on food) and there were no batteries in the remote controls for the TV's in TWO of the bedrooms (very frustraiting to my teenage grandsons) These details were small and didn't have a huge impact on our stay but again when paying a premium price I expect a premium experience. We love the location and I will stay there again but probabky not this unit, I want Ocean Front.

Beautiful condo. Loved the 1812 unit. Appreciated the comfortable king sized bedding in each room. Our entire family was very pleased. The kitchen is well stocked and we were able to easily make a family thanksgiving meal. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you

The property was great! Our only suggestions would be to provide more than 1 trash bag, paper towel, toilet paper, etc. It is in the listing that we only got a “starter” but it’d be great if we got more than one set, especially since we had 11 people. Additionally, better lighting on the patio would be great! We tried to play games past dark, but couldn’t because there is such limited lighting. Otherwise, the property and amenities were great! We really enjoyed our stay and plan to return again; hopefully sooner rather than later!

Exceptional is the best way I can explain this condo. Plenty of room and great views of the beach. The elevators wasn’t too bad considering it was Labor Day weekend. The kids loved the lazy river and water slide. I actually enjoyed the lazy river as well. The front gate receptionist was very helpful as well. She informed us to park on the highest level for easier access and that worked fine for us. The baskets for groceries and other things were great to eliminate extra trips. No too much noise. Kitchen was fully stocked with whatever you needed to prepare meals. Run don’t walk if you need to book this condo.

We have been vacationing in the area for over 30 years and over the years we have definitely grown! This condo fit our family nicely. The layout is accommodating: although, it would be nice if a bedroom or two had two beds instead of Kings. This home away from home is tastefully decorated!! Beautiful!

Great place to stay! Great condo and access to beach! Loved the Lazy River! Only one negative for us: You need to allow more than 2 parking passes for big groups! There were plenty of parking spaces available, but could only purchase 2 at check in. Very inconvenient for our family after traveling a long way.

The property was very nice and convenient in terms of amenities. It was on the beach and close to grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants. We had plenty of room in our unit for our large group of 14. It was a fun week! Some things that could have been better were:
-6 elevators serving 32 floors got a little hectic. Sometimes we had to wait 15-20 minutes.
-Parking passes are way overpriced
- Fitness equipment needs better maintenance
- Lazy Susan cupboard door needs attention as well as the stove hood lights.
Overall, our crew enjoyed the week, and the little maintenance issues didn't hamper the fun!

We were very pleased with Phoenix West II 1812. We had 4 couples stay here during a baseball tournament, so having the four king beds was perfect! The beds were very comfortable too! The condo was well stocked and clean. The property manager was easy to communicate with as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Great trip with my friends to catch a little bit of Mardi Gras at the beach. The size of the condo and the spacious rooms with king size beds made everyone very comfortable. We all slept well and loved having our own bathrooms. The only problem that we noticed was in one of the bathrooms the pipes in the wall started jack hammering when the hot water was turned on. I am sure maintenance will be able to fix. Highly recommend staying in this unit!

Our experience was great the place was clean and nice.we were within walking distance of a lot of nice restaurants 👌 will definitely be coming back. Beach was nice couldn't enjoy because of weather but overall it was great no complaints.

We love Orange Beach and Phoenix West II. The property was very spacious, and three families (of 4 each) fit very comfortable (with everyone having a bed). We loved the two living spaces - one for adults, one for kids. The only downside we had with 1812 was the 4:30 pm check in. Although we enjoyed the property when we did arrive, wish we could've got into the condo earlier. The check in and out process was simple, with no issues. The night before we were to check out, the supposed owner came by thinking we were already gone. We let them know we we were checking out Friday morning, and they just said ok, we will stay elsewhere. We thought that was very odd. Overall the property is great - little chiller weather we took advantage of the indoor pool, which was nice that the kids could still be in water. Onsite staff were all friendly and helpful. We plan to come back again!

We had 3 families stay here for our annual "Friendscation" and had an absolute BLAST!!! The condo was just as shown! Clean, spacious, and well equipped! Both adults and kids had plenty of space. We all loved having two separate living spaces and so many bathrooms. We would 100% stay here again! The only downside was getting all our luggage up to the 18th floor. We arrived right at check-in and had to wait 45 minutes for an available elevator to get all our belongings to the room. If we stay here again, we'd just wait to check-in later in the day! Buying parking passes was a breeze and the woman at the front desk was very kind and gave out little boys balloons and that definitely started the vacation off great! Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

The condo is beautiful and we had plenty of room for 12 people. Very clean and spacious . The con to staying at this property is the long elevator wait times. The lazy river, splash pad and slide are awesome too! Beds were comfortable also

Nicely remodeled condo / busy complex
The unit itself is so pretty and SO spacious! The pictures of the inside are very accurate however I assumed from the listing that the balcony was beachside, it is not. The balcony looks out to the road. Julia, the property manager was very sweet and quick to respond. The building itself has a huge issue with elevators. Some people waited 45 mins For one and with this unit being on the 18th flooor it’s harder to just take the stairs. The chlorine levels in all the pools are out of control. My kids eyes were burning so bad they were in tears and their suits got bleached out. Also it’s important to know that if there is lightening within 10 miles of the condo building, they will close ALL pools including the indoor pools and hot tubs.

We were somewhat disappointed that the pool had to be closed for a day because of the chemical balance. The beautiful white sand beach was also utilized by us and was well maintained.

Great family space
The place was very spacious for my big family. We loved it and could possibly rent again. We Had some problems with the air one night and no one got back to us till the next day. That sucked. It was pretty warm all night. There was an ice machine that didn’t work as well. Not that big of a deal but if you supply things. Make sure they are in working condition. The number of elevators sucked. The wait for them were extremely LONG and very few carts for carrying luggage.
