This is the perfect spot. Couldn’t be closer to a boardwalk to the gulf, and the sound is literally feet from your back windows. The house itself left a lot to desire. The electrical setup is frustrating especially when traveling with little ones. Plugs do not hold in the things plugged into them, light switches turn off oss things. Be prepared for zero cooking ingredients (salt, pepper, oil, etc) that are common at most rentals. They need to get the place sprayed, we had multiple cockroaches on our things throughout the stay. Finally, we did have a few things stolen that we left out to dry on the bottoms level. Not the fault of the property but just be good to be aware of. Overall, a good place to stay but just there are things to be aware of prior to coming.

Easy walk across the street to the beach and pretty water view out the back. The house itself really needs updated and cleaned. The vents were black from dirt. The showers were pretty old, tile and shower head in one upstairs bathroom really needed updated and fixed. Most rentals we get have at least some basic seasonings, there wasn’t even salt and pepper. Some of the outlets were really loose. One had tape over the top plug in. We were Leary about using the bottom even. Went to turn a light off upstairs and it made a crackling noise that made me Leary of all the wiring. The bathroom toilet roll broke and I told them to not come fix til we left and they sent someone anyway and they just walked right in while we were there and never called or knocked. That was sketchy too. Under the couches was dirty and under the couch cushions. I would not stay at this house again. I hate to say that because we have normally have good luck at vacation rentals and this location was nice just the house needs attention.

The stay was beyond what we expected. The lake/Gulf View was EVERYTHING. The fact that the beach was right across the street was an excitement to my 4 year old baby. Would definitely consider the Treehouse to ANYONE!

The location was great. What was shown in the second bedroom was not in actual. Had a lot of cockroach issue. The front of the property could have been better maintained like the neighborhood

My family had a blast staying here for the weekend. The house is very spacious and overall in good working order (water spigot on the fridge didn't work, but that wasn't a big deal). Direct access to the bay as well as the beach was awesome! I wish we could have stayed longer. My only complaint is that for a weekend stay the cleaning and service fees were exorbitant (over half our total cost). Overall though, great place!

Fantastic location … steps away from the beach!
Spacious home… large enough for large family groups to spread out! Air conditioning kept home cool day and night. Only negative… electrical connections were quirky… fans, lights and outlets were out of whack … had to unscrew the lights to keep fans working , some fans just never turned off. Would we go back: DEFINITELY! Our grandchildren loved it!!!

Treehouse on the bay
We stayed here for a week during the first week of April. Very clean property, easy access to the beach, about a twenty minute walk to most restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend. One small thing, the stereo did not have an aux port or Bluetooth so it was basically useless; needs an upgrade. Otherwise, WIFI and tv’s worked fine.

Cleanliness and comfort lacking
This rental needs an overhaul from basic painting to carpet cleaning or replacement. No bbq and minimal basic provisions. 2 garbage bags and no liquid soap for a 3 night stay for 6 people. Choose another property if looking for cleanliness and responsiveness to any issues. Clogged shower and sink took over 24 hours to resolve.

Great Location Right on the beach!
We absolutely loved how close the rental was to the beach! There was an issue with the carpets not being cleaned which is why I have rated it as a 4 star review. However, when I brought the matter of the carpet to the property management’s attention it was addressed professionally and quickly. And I was completely satisfied with the resolution. The house was otherwise very clean and provided enough room for my family. We will definitely be back!

Very homey!
This was our second stay at Treehouse. We love the location and the layout of the unit. Very accommodating! The beach here is less crowded and it’s a short convenient walk across the street. Love the back deck. It would be nice if there were a small beach on the bay like the units next to this one. Also, we could not find a dust pan to sweep up all the sand. We will return!!

Good...but
Great location ( across the road from beach access and on the bay) and plenty of room, but the property is very run down. The carpets are very flighty and and we did not feel safe walking barefoot on them. Lot of the lights and switches are non-functioning. The furniture and appliance are old as well. This property needs some serious TLC including a deep cleaning as well a some pest control as we killed 3 large roaches in the living room. Will not be returning to this property

Best thing was the space, the amount of beds, and the access to the beach which is directly across the street. One huge dislike was the nasty carpets.

Great location, spacious but the
Refrigerator smelled like dead fish, the condo needed to be updated, the place had a weird smell and the pictures where a little misleading on the website. We had planned a few activities based on the pictures for my daughters birthday and was not able to follow through due to them actually not being part of the property. That part was the most disappointing part.

Great Location
The property has a perfect location, spacious, and full of things to make the stay comfortable. The check in/check out process was also very easy.The only real complaint we had was that is was unclean and then the dishwasher flooded the kitchen. I made several attempts through the app to tell the management so it could be corrected but no one responded. It was not until we found a phone number to call when the dishwasher flooded the kitchen did we get a response. They responded quickly with a repairman but he couldn’t repair it until we vacated the property. If the property is clean and the carpets replaced I would definitely visit this property again.
