The condo was excellent! All appliances worked, beds were comfortable and condo was very clean. The online pictures were spot on. Thanks for the recliner, more condos should have them for elderly guests. The only things that were disappointing was the spotty internet service and the parking garage, it is definitely not user friendly for large vehicles and elderly guests. Daniel made the booking and checking in and out of his property very easy. Thanks for the great vacation!

Overall we were pleased with our stay. The only complaint we had was that the walls in the master bathroom paint was peeling off, there appeared to be water damage on the ceiling, in the room with the double queen beds the entrance to the bathroom the carpet was constantly wet and had to be covered with towels

Unit 2807 is in dire need of maintenance and updates. The carpet is old and dirty, upholstered furniture needs replacing, one king mattress was bad, headboards on dbl beds were peeling, ceiling fans were bad, one dining chair had a broken leg, one chair in living room is tipsy, light bulbs were out, low batteries in remotes, paint was peeling around master bathtub, washer was out of balance. The unit otherwise had a lot of room and a great ocean view plus kitchen was adequate. I would not stay in this unit again the way it is. I would give 4 plus stars to the complex itself. The grandkids had a blast at the lazy river/slide area. The downside was the beach area had too many rentals set up and took up beach space. Also some of the attendants were not too friendly. The parking/unloading on first day (Saturday) was a little tricky with finding carts to unload and the elevators were a nightmare,. We ended up using the stairs from floor 12 parking all the way to 28 with bags and luggage! Maybe check in on a different day.

The condo was very spacious for us (3 couples.) We did have to call maintenance to repair two broken beds and the ice maker. Maintenance came quickly and repaired the beds, but didn’t have the parts for the ice maker. Amenities were great but the wait for an elevator was not fun as 6 elevators accommodated 32 floors.

We enjoyed the stay but there are a few items that need attention: the dishwasher will not shut off, ice maker doesn’t work stuck in cleaning cycle, toilet in master bathroom won’t stop running, and sofas are in need of cleaning. Some dining chairs were in a closet with broken or loose legs so we didn’t have enough chairs so we could all sit down for a meal.

Had an amazing time. Really enjoyed our stay.

We couldn't be happier with our stay, everything was better than expected and the only issue we had was the elevators being slow because we were so high up (28th floor). Even that wasn't to bad. I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in a very nice place with a great view and a whole lot of activities to do without having to go anywhere but up and down. Can't wait to do it again!!!

This is the email I sent in about our stay, and NO ONE contacted me about any of our concerns: To Who It May Concern: We were less than pleased with our stay in your property at Phoenix West II unit 2807. Upon arrival we noticed that the unit had not been cleaned very well. The picture below is chips that were sitting on top of the chair when we arrived. As we were getting ready to eat our first meal, we noticed that the plates had been put up with some kind of residue on them so we had to wash the dishes just to be able to eat our first meal. The bed comforter in the queen bedroom were dirty, and the decorative pillows in the double bedroom were soiled. I am just wondering why we should have to pay a cleaning fee if the unit was not properly cleaned for us? After a day or 2 the sliding door came off the hinges and made it impossible for my daughters and my wife to open it. After letting you all know, it didn’t seem to be a priority to you to fix since it remained that way the rest of our time there. Our only options were either leave it shut so no one could enjoy the balcony or my brother or myself would have to open it and leave it open throughout the day. Doing this made the room humid and hot and the a/c could not seem to keep the room cool. This also created a problem because it made all the a/c vents leak due to the humidity. (See pics below) With the vents leaking we had to be cautious of not slipping on the tile floors that now were wet. Also, for your knowledge, we could not get the cable TV to work in the living room. It worked in the bedrooms, but for some reason did not work in the living room. I wanted to make y’all aware of all these situations that made our stay less that pleasurable and see if y’all would want to compensate us in some manner for our trouble. As of now I will be filling out a review about our stay but wanted to reach out to you all first.

Great experience! It wasn’t the cleanest, but I am a clean freak! The Lazy River was closed but overall it was a great Mother’s Day weekend for me!!
