The kitchen window was like looking at a painting of the ocean. Great property in a great location. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom which was perfect. It was close to great shops, restaurants and amusements. I can’t wait to come back.

Overall it’s a fine place to stay. The house looks like it does in the pictures the host was nice and good at responding to messages. Only issues with the place was inaccurate description in amenities. First amenities that pops up is hot tub and the house does not have one. It was a big bummer for us because it was one of the main booking points for us. The other issue was when it rained during our stay water started to come I. The kitchen and master bedroom area under and above the doors. Other than those things it was a good experience

Absolutely beautiful location! Right on the beach and walkable distance to multiple shops, restaurants and coffee. We watched the surfers and dolphins right from the deck! Mostly pros, but there are some cons: very small parking spots, moldy back bathroom, no dishwasher soap. Overall we knew we were paying for the location and that did not disappoint!

Location is unbeatable. Communication was good with owner. We had enough room for the 8 people. 4 adults and 4 kids. Early checkin was permitted which was appreciated. Amenities and the cleanliness could’ve been better. Empty beer cans were found in bathroom under the sink and more toiletries, garbage bags, and kitchen soaps should’ve had more than what was provided but luckily we brought some of our own. There was lots of odds and ends in the closets, and no hangers provided so we couldn’t hang anything, and there is no master closet, which was a little difficult. There’s also not really a pantry, so any kind of boxed food that doesn’t belong in a fridge kind of sits out on the counter, or on the floor in the living room. This place is worth returning to especially now that we know what we should bring more of. But the listed amenities are a little deceiving.

My stay at Ocean Front was nothing short of idyllic. The sound of crashing waves lulled me to sleep each night, the views were postcard-perfect, and the location provided easy access to all the action I craved. I will be returning!

This Is The Most Amazing Place!! Located Right on the beach. Water right there! Not 100 yards off. Belmont Park is a super short walk away. We recommend the Coasters BBq place! Well stocked house- cooking supplies, bbq, fire pit, tons of beach supplies. Amazing. Upstairs gives incredible view. Host is very attentive and friendly. Parking tight but that’s the beach life. Thanks so much! Can’t wait to come again!!

Great location. Close to Seaworld and short drive to the zoo. The beach is right outside the condo. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location and beautiful ocean views- Our grandkids loved playing soccer & football on the beach!!

My family and I just stayed in this awesome condo. Beautiful views, walking distances to food and drinks. My son was able to just walk down and get sea shells while we sat on the balcony watching him. Just a perfect time, we are talking about making it a yearly visit.

The location and views are outstanding. Monica was great to communicate with any questions we had. Waking up seeing the oceanfront and dolphins every day made our stay that much more memorable. There many things and places to explore within walking distance off the boardwalk. Having the off street parking was a great add. We used a compact suv and if you know how to navigate a vehicle the parking into the car port is golden, you just have to take your time and be patient. I would stay here again!

Great view of beach!

Amazing ocean views and good communication with the property manager. However I would not recommend this property for the following reasons. - the parking spot advertised does not fit a standard car. Unless you have a golf cart, fiat or smart car- the space is too narrow. Our car was badly damaged trying to park, I would not recommend trying. The width of the spot is not large enough to fit the width of a standard car. - hidden fees. We drove around for an hour looking for street parking- which we finally found stret parking about a quarter mile from home.The property manager later gave us her parking spot for an extra daily fee paid via venmo. - lack of kitchen items and cleanliness. All pans were badly scratched- tephlon falling off- so not usable. 1 pot was safe to use. Dirty silverware and dishes were found in kitchen cabinets. - oven did not work. Property manager said the oven was recently fixed, but it did not work during our stay. This was a hindrance since we bought food to cook in the oven. - Water temperature in main bedroom shower only came out as cold or very hot. There was no temperature control and the shower floor was granite so not ideal. I am pregnant so falling/ slipping was a big concern. - Overall cleanliness of apartment was subpar. Closets were stuffed with objects that we had to move to hang clothes. Many drawers inside were dirty, some windows did not open. - keep in mind for the beautiful view there are some compromises.

We had a great stay. The view is amazing from the patio and the kitchen area. The location was perfect. Close enough to Belmont Park and restaurants, but not so close that it's overly crowded or loud (same noise as other places we've stayed further from Belmont Park). We couldn't fit in the provided parking spot, it is a very compact spot, but we easily found a spot a couple blocks away with no issue - just be sure to take note of street sweeping. More than enough beach chairs and beach toys provided. We had a group of 6 and needed to have some sit at the table vs the couch in the living area to fit us all - but we were mostly at the beach so that wasn't a problem. Bathrooms on every bedroom is a huge plus! Something we'd improve would be the pillows (they were lumpy) and add mattress protectors to beds without one. Part of our party arrived early and host was great about letting them check in a little early. If you are traveling with young children, one thing I'd caution is a small area by the stairs that isn't barricaded would be a concern. The place was exactly as it looked in photos with the exception of different patio furniture - which is an outdoor sectional - there were also some folding chairs available for extra seating on the patio.

Location was very nice. Close to the water and a few shops and restaurants. Parking is very difficult unless you are driving a very small vehicle. Need to bring your toiletries including soap, shampoo, etc. This was not of the cleanest places we have stayed in. There was a lot of dust, mildew and screens could use some love. Main door handle fell off as well as one in one of the bathrooms. Overall, a nice location but could use a deep clean.

I have grown up going to Mission Beach! This stay was everything I hoped it would be and more. To be in that stress free environment; being lulled to sleep by the ocean, and wake up to the waves crashing was heaven. To walk out the door and stay down at the beach as long as you like...amazing! Looking out the big picture window during sunset was a dream. And the balcony in the evening was magic. I will definitely stay here again (and again after that)!!!

The best part is the location and having 3 rooms each with their own bathroom plus a half bath. I was disappointed with a few things: limited hot water, I had lukewarm showers. The middle bedroom does not have blinds, there’s a home right next door with windows so not sure if they could see in. No access to the closets to hang clothes. The fans in the rooms were very dirty. One of the remotes for the TV didn’t work. And the drawers and utensils weren’t the cleanest.

You can’t beat the location and views. This property had plenty of space for our group of 8 celebrating a bridal party weekend.

We had a wonderful stay. Best part was location, location, location. Right on the beach. There were 6 of us. Plenty of sleeping space and even better each room was had an en suite. Also a powder room. With 6 ladies that’s important😊. Good contact with the host and easy instructions for checking in and out. A little grimy but understand as we were on the beach. We had a blast.

Amazing view and location couldn’t be better

Great overall experience and owner was very accommodating to a date change due to the Hurricane. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again. Parking is very tight (we have a Honda Odyssey) but it is to be expected staying on such premium real estate. Great views and we even saw the dolphins swimming by from the balcony! So cool.

Great views. My family and I really enjoyed our time. However, there were many things amiss with this place. For starters the front door to enter the unit we stayed in, the handle outside came off. All three bedrooms had restrooms/showers. One of the bedroom’s you couldn’t even use the shower because the shower door wouldn’t open all the way…(that’s the room all the way at the end of the hall). Also in this bedroom closet door wouldn’t shut. Dust on the shutters in the master bedroom. As well as the dresser in master bedroom that (we did not use!)…the bottoms drawers lining were falling out onto the floor. Also gel like matter on the floor near the fan in the master bedroom. The outdoor patio had trash such as pistachio shells, candy wrappers, food crumbs, tabs from beer or soda, old crusty food on the patio table..the folded up umbrella ( that was not usable ) had pieces of the umbrella on the ground….bbq provided had food build up..not sanitary by any means. Dishes provided, but seemed they needed to be washed before using. I purchased the most expensive coverage for this rental… & when my family and I walked into a place that was not reflecting the rent listing on all levels…very disappointing.

The unit was very nice close to Belmont park and restaurants and had a nice size patio on the 3rd floor with a great view of the ocean

My family spent a week at this beautiful ocean front property and loved it! Monkia was very responsive to our messages and request while staying, the home is right on the beach, the views were amazing!! Thank you for the amazing stay!!

View is great, fun spot because everything is walking distance, however like other comments when we were there the out side furniture was not set up that way the pictures look. The place sleeps 8 but the table only sits 4. It would’ve been nice if windows were open since it was hot when we arrived after a 5 hour drive.

The kids said this was the best family vacation ever lol. The house was very nice, awesome views of the ocean, and it’s so nice to sleep listening to the waves. You have everything you need here, even for the kids to play with stuff at the beach. The parking is really tight, but it is possible, we have a Kia Carnival and was able to get it in and out. Thanks for letting us stay here we had a great time.

We just got done taking a five day cruise and didn’t feel like that was enough of a vacation so we went to the beach house in San Diego for two nights three days. It was one of the highlights of the vacation. The rooms were nice with a full bathroom. You could walk to everything in the area and we got plenty of beach time. Would love to stay there again.

Great location, plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms for our party of 8. We were able to park a jeep Rubicon and a rental sedan tandem without trouble. (Good parking skills a must!) Kids had a blast playing at the beach and enjoyed the sand toys/boogie boards available for use We all had a great time celebrating our USD graduate!

Worst experience I’ve ever had renting a house, we stay in SD every May so we’re not new to renting homes for the weekend. Homeowner is the most unprofessional host I’ve ever dealt with, do not rent this home if you want to be harassed the entire time because she lives directly under where you’re staying.

Great house, steps away from the beach. 2 parking spots is really great, just make sure your vehicles are small to mid size.
