Fabulous stay in an older house. Darren & Yolanda were so accommodating. Just across from the beautiful swimming area & 10/15 minute walk to a large shopping centre. We enjoyed our few days in Geelong & would love to go back

The only thing I felt that let me down was the pots and frying pans

Thank you for a wonderful weekend away. The apartment is beautiful and very welcoming. The view of the beach from the street is gorgeous! The perfect spot for a little getaway.

A nice comfortable place overlooking the sea. A home away from home. My sister and I had a nice holiday. But I wish I had met the owners to say a friendly "Thank You" in person. A friend who had recommended this place has been there a few times. I too hope to be there again next year.

Quirky apartment on the waterfront. The apartment is quite old in a larger block but the owners have done a great job with furniture and decor etc to make it feel like home. So close to everything. I would stay again.

Overall the property was comfortable and everything worked. The beds were very comfortable and the shower is great! We were a bit dussapointed with the kitchen area though. Very very basic, old and minimal cooking utensils and items. Everything worked tho. There were large kitchen carpet floor mats that very dirty and smelly and impossible to clean. We put them outside during our stay. The back area of the flats always had rubbish blowing everywhere...smelly mop and no dustpan and broom. Basically an ok place to stay... but not if you like to cook! Sea breeze was the best!

Great apartment, very clean, comfortable, great heating and we really needed it because it was a very chilly winter weekend. Views were amazing would highly recommend.

Clean. It's art deco so dont expect modern. Great views. Close to restaurants. Owners easy to deal with. We will be back

We stayed here a few weeks ago for a week. The location was perfect for a week of Uni, a relaxing walk home along the esplanade. The apartment was very neat and had everything we needed.

We really enjoyed our stay at Beach House Apartment. In a great location across from Eastern Beach. Great for those travelling with kids. Short stroll to waterfront and Pier, be prepared for a uphill/steep walk back to apartment from CBD/restaurants. Apartment comfortable, lovely decor with older style kitchen and bathroom.

We enjoyed our stay. Well located. Managers communicated poorly. I had to chase them for instructions on how to access property. We paid cash for the deposit on arrival which is unprofessional and should be done through the website against your credit card. And when we left they said they would transfer the money back which on an international transfer our bank charged 25% so was our loss due to them not turning up and returning the deposit. Very dissapointing. I asked advice on how to get there and get around town. And received zero info or help. The property is advertised and talked up to be some sort of flash apartment. Its very dated and has nice furniture and art work to tidy it up. It also states there is an indoor pool. We searched hi and low for this "Indoor Pool" And I don't know where it was????

Very comfortable and relaxing. Beautifully decorated. Close proximity to beach and spoilt for choice with restaurants and cafes only a short walk away. Older style kitchen and bathroom but very functional and clean. Easy and efficient communication with owner. We will be back for sure. Thanks for a fantastic stay.

Very uncomfortable with the $100 cash bond demanded and no receipt offered especially given Stayz offer a bond collection facility where the bond is held by a third party. On vacating the premises the owner alleged we had damaged a piece of furniture. Not true. After some text traffic they agreed to repay the bond. I then received a text saying they had mistakenly transferred $1000 to my account. I of course waited until the transfer was confirmed and immediately repaid $900. I then find out that they tried to recover $1000 from my account 5 days after I confirmed I had returned the over-payment. I would never do business with these people again.
