Ricks place is very convenient to everything. The beach is right out the door with plenty of local restaurant's close by, I will most definitely be coming back in the future!

We loved the view of the beach and the location. It accommodated 8 adults and a dog. Everything we needed was in the condo and the owner was easily accessible. The beds were comfortable. We liked the back patio and the front porch which allowed us to keep beach items out of the condo.

Fabulous location in North Myrtle Beach! Loved the condo and the amenities. So convenient having chairs, coolers, beach umbrellas and sand toys already there…it saved us from over packing. Rick was an awesome host and always responded to my email, and the folks at costal condos were super sweet!!!

Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your beautiful beach paradise! Rick and Regina are absolutely wonderful kind hosts, they truly care about their guests. We made so many memories at the condo from watching the sunrise out on the patio, playing dominoes and games nightly, and enjoying the perfect spot right on the beach with not too many crowds. The condo comes with everything you could possibly need, we forgot a beach volleyball no worries the condo had one and plenty of chairs/umbrella and sand toys. We have an elder dog that we take everywhere with us, and we really appreciate that the hosts allowed us to bring our fur family as well. It’s hard to find great places like that. This condo complex has the dunes and so much grassy area, which we love and appreciated especially bringing a pup along. In all the years of visiting NMB, this condo has now become our favorite with the space, cleanliness, unbelievable view, it truly is a home away from home. We cannot wait to be back next year!! Once we finally got everything from the management company our stay was great until the air went out. Rick the owner was great and very responsive, his home is beautiful with a million dollar view. Our problem began when we got to the management company to get our keys and although I called them early to let them know we would not be there until after hours and they assured me our linens would be dropped off and the keys would be in the pick up box neither of those things happened. Luckily Rick the owner was very responsive and put a fire under their butts to get us what we needed. I’ve never stayed at a place where I had to put on my own bedding but I learned with this trip that is a possibility and will check into that before booking another VRBO trip. If the management group did not notice when they had to come back to the office to get our keys that they also did not deliver our needed bedding and towels, we may have lost our religion and I am sure the owner may have too. We were busy with soccer all day Saturday and when we finally got back to the condo, it was extremely warm inside. After checking the settings and everything we figured the air went out, I texted Rick right away and he jumped on it but his company could not get out there until after we checked out, so he had to go to the guys his mgmt team uses, all I can say is Wow, they were useless. They replaced the battery in the thermostat and said that should fix it. NO IT DID NOT, Duh! Out of letters 4 more

Though we enjoyed the lovely and well-stocked condo, we WERE disappointed that we had to retrieve our linens AND make our beds - despite the cleaning fee we paid. I notified the owner of the areas the cleaning company had missed. I SHOULD have confirmed that the pool was heated - and it is not. The view is gorgeous and beach access is easy. The beds were very comfortable as well. If we were ever going back to North Myrtle Beach, we would want to stay in the same condo.

Our five night stay here, easily exceeded expectations. First, Rick is a wonderful host, very friendly, responsive and genuinely interested in making sure you are well provided for a good experience. The property is exactly as represented. Very well laid out and roomy (the high ceilings made it feel more spacious). The furnishings were very comfortable and in very good condition, including plenty of great outdoor chairs and tables on the balcony. Speaking of the balcony, it can be accessed from both the living room and master bedroom, with screen doors on both to enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean. The kitchen is stocked better than most, with everything you need. There are lots of games for family entertainment, as well as plenty of beach gear. There is also full size washer and dryer in unit. As for the main event, you will be right on the beach, with magnificent views and very easy beach access. The beach itself is exceptional, with great swimming. In addition to prime beach location, you will also be reasonably close to the main street area. All things considered, this is at the top of my list for beach experiences, and I look forward to returning.

What a spectacular view of the ocean this condo has from the third floor. Observed sunrise and sunset from the balcony every day. The condo is very comfortable and has everything you need to stay there. Unfortunately a few of the skillets were not clean and the kitchen counter was also dirty. It needed a good wiping down. Be prepared to climb three sets of steps to get to the third floor and carry big laundry bags of the sheets and towels. Enjoyed our five days here. Great location and close to restaurants. The view from balcony and living room window is perfect!
