This place was great! Everything was clean, quiet and comfortable. We were a group of 5, 60 and up! This was perfect for us. Libbie had lots of restaurant recommendations and we enjoyed several of them! The weather left something to be desired, however, that did not keep us from having a wonderful vacation. The views from the front and back were spectacular! We definitely plan to visit again!!!

From the second we arrived Libby’s condo was welcoming and well stocked not to mention it was beautifully located on both the beach in front and water way in back. We loved playing pickleball each evening after dinner. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for the beach - towels, umbrellas, chairs etc.

The condo was wonderful with views both front and back. The balcony view was of the Intercoastal and the porch and living room view was of the Atlantic Ocean. The rooms were of a comfortable size and the kitchen has all the necessary tools for a complete meal. All you needed were groceries and spices. The condo was very clean and Libby was a very helpful and gracious host. We came during the Christmas cold front so were unable to enjoy the outdoor activities including the pool, barbeque, or the fishing pier. We may have to return to take advantage of the whole club atmosphere.

This condo is excellent in every way. Every amenity you can imagine is provided and the property is spotless. We've stayed here the last 2 years and recommend it highly.

We loved our stay at this amazing condo! It was spacious and had plenty of room for our family of five. The beds were comfortable, plenty of towels and linens, a well stocked kitchen, large pantry, reliable internet, and everything was so clean. The location on Crescent Beach was beautiful! It was quiet and uncrowded but just a few minutes from all that St. Augustine has to offer. The view of the ICW and ocean from the balconies was amazing and a perfect spot for grandma to watch us play on the beach or fish from the private dock. The storage area in the parking garage was a huge plus. We enjoyed the use of the beach chairs, umbrellas, body boards, and sand toys. We had the most relaxing beach vacation and everyone agreed that we would love to return for another stay in the future!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was beautiful and so clean, and the location was great. There was plenty of space for our family of five. The view of the ocean from the living room and balcony was amazing. We saw some spectacular sunrises. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that we needed. The storage area in the garage was an added bonus. There were lots of chairs and supplies for the beach. We had brought our own stuff, but used the storage area to store it so we didn’t have to lug it up and down every day. Libby was a great hostess, and we all agreed that we would love to return for another stay in the future.

We loved staying at this beautiful condo! It was perfect for our family with three children. We loved being able to easily get to the beach, fish on the dock, swim in the pool. The condo was better than the pictures and Libby is a wonderful hostess! We will be back!

The views of ocean and the ICW & A1A were amazing. (Love 2 balconies) The most relaxing beach vacation ever. The location is incredible. Beautiful uncrowded beach, and minutes frm all that St. Augustine has to offer. Hope to stay here again.

This is my second year staying at this condo. It has become my favorite place. The owner is very helpful and responsive. The condo is absolutely beautiful and has everything we need.

We absolutely love this condo! It was perfect for our family of four which includes two young adult children. The condo was very clean and had everything that we needed. There is plenty of closet space and a pantry to store your food. We enjoyed the water views from each room as well as the balconies overlooking the ocean and the inter coastal waterway! We greatly appreciated the use of the beach chairs and umbrellas. The beach was not crowded and the ocean provided some great boogie boarding. It was just a short drive to some great restaurants, and we enjoyed taking a trolley tour of St. Augustine. Libby was a wonderful host. Check in and check out was very easy. She had upgraded the water fixtures in the master bedroom and one of them had a leak. She made us aware prior to our arrival. It was fixed promptly, and we were given plenty of notice when the repairman came to fix it. We highly recommend Windjammer 305 and look forward to staying here again.

The only critique I have is the master bathroom. A little tight by shower and toilet. Otherwise, we hope to be back.

This property is by far the most comfortable vacation rental my family and I have ever stayed at. Every amenity you can imagine is available. From the moment we began to have communication with the property owner we were treated with respect and given all of the information needed to ensure a relaxing vacation. This condo is immaculate and I would highly recommend it. Definitely will be returning.

We had a party of 6 ranging from 8 years to 80 years. Everyone enjoyed their stay at the condo. It's comfortable, right on the beach, has 2 balconies to see both sunrise and sunset. Libby is an excellent host - highly recommended 👌

This was our family’s first trip to Crescent Beach after multiple stays in a gulf coast condo that feels like ours, we’ve been there so many times. That said, there was a decent chance we would miss the old place and wish we’d just gone back there again…. However, Windjammer 305 did not disappoint! It was very clean, bigger than we expected, and a very comfortable place to be. We lacked for nothing, from the beach towels, the boogie boards, the sand toys, and the beach cart, to everything we needed for preparing family meals, to enough coat hangers in every closet, and 2 extra folding chairs for the kitchen table. They’ve truly thought of everything! The only thing I’d suggest is adding a few more bowls and spoons. We ran out when we had cereal for breakfast and ice cream later in the day. Thank you so much for a wonderful week. I have a feeling we will be back!

The condo was pristine, well-stocked, and had amazing views. We have visited St Augustine and Crescent Beach several times and this was by far the nicest condo with the most accommodating hosts who checked in with us on arrival to make sure we had everything we needed and offered suggestions for local great eateries. We would definitely stay here again!
