Clean quaint, fun. Short walk to beach and trolley stop. Great pool easy access to restaurants, stores, grocery etc. The staff was awesome!

The property is just as the listing states. My husband and two young boys thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Gulf Gardens! It is a great location, close to the beach and many excellent restaurants. John was quick to respond to emails and very accommodating. Would highly recommend and hope to return in the future!

This condo was a perfect fit for my twin nieces and I Very nice place Super clean Close to tons of restaurants and bars Right across the street from the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico Met soo many nice people here Pool is awesome, surrounded by beautiful foliage and flowers Will definitely be back!!!

Our stay was short and sweet. Perfect little pool for my daughter to enjoy. And perfect location right across from the beach. Loved the other guests staying there. Felt completely safe and would love to return. The only downside was the tv in the bedroom was a smart TV that required us to hook up to it to utilize the apps. Not a huge deal, but something to keep in mind. Overall though, we loved our stay

My family of four found this property to be perfect for a quick trip to the beach. We were pleasantly surprised at the the condition of the property as it appears to have had some upgrades that were not reflected in the online photos. Additionally, the unit was well stocked with soaps and paper products, we had a grocery delivery waiting for us upon our arrival and didn’t need some of the staples we had ordered. The atmosphere in the complex was very laid back, it seemed that most of the other guests were snowbirds from the north enjoying a long stay. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating and there was a beach access almost directly across the street. The unit had a nice view of the pool area and we enjoyed most meals outside on the porch. We found the unit complex to be a hidden gem and the owner to be very responsive. We would definitely return.

Quaint little bungalo that is located near many restaurants and a across from the beach. Only confusion we had was the property mgr listed on VRBO was incorrect and wrong phone number. Real mgr number listed on office door and responded immediately on access to the unit. No hair-dryer or iron. Had a great week!

Quiet with beautiful pool.

We hopped down for labor day weekend with our 13-year old son for a quick beach getaway. This place exceeded expectations! The bed was so comfortable, the location was absolutely perfect. The pool was clean and inviting and the beach just across the street was uncrowded and just perfect. Everyone was so nice. Just loved it.

We enjoyed our accommodations . The Villa was very clean and fully loaded. We spent a lot of time by the pool. Unfortunately we weren’t really able to enjoy the beach or fishing due to the red tide. This was our second time staying at Gulf Gardens.

Super clean beach with white, soft sand. This place has a pool with outdoor area with grills and patio. It’s a good spot.

Everything about this property was great! The property management is more than accommodating. Very close to a beach that isn't overcrowded. They really helped us to not focus on anything but vacation. Will definitely be back! 5 STARS!!!

It was confortable, cozy and had a good amount of space for 3 people.

We had a great stay! Unit had everything we needed . Loved that the fridge has an ice maker. Also very convenient parking., single level is great , no high rise or waiting for an elevator is a true plus ! I think only 2 things I can think of that could be helpful but definitely NOT a deal breaker is more kitchen linens , since there is not a dishwasher would be helpful. Also a better non stick pan. Wasn’t an issue , I have been doing VRBO for the last 12 years so pretty good at packing and bringing along extra necessities.. I am already planning my return trip !!!

Beautiful lush gardens surrounding a very peaceful and refreshing pool. The unit was spotless and everything provided that you would need apart from a hairdryer (no big deal). One of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. We stayed for 2 weeks and will definitely return to this place. The couple that manage the resort are a joy. Both very easy to talk to and it is obvious they take great pride in keeping everything up to par. Beach is directly across the street. Perfect location.

The property is full of foliage and kept immaculate by Emre and his wife. The unit was a dream with everything you need to cook. When I thought I might need something, i.e garlic press, colander, wine glasses, etc., they were there. Ample towels, beach items, very comfortable bed. The outside sitting area in front of the unit and by the pool was perfect. Thank you for offering such a gem. We will definitely return, hopefully for a longer time. Another plus is across the street access to the ocean and a close trolley stop.

My mom and I certainly enjoyed our stay. Everything was very clean and well kept. The beach was right across the street 👍🏼 We will certainly be back!

Thus condo was incredible! Very close to the beach and tons of shopping and great restaurants. I recommend this condo for a nice getaway.

My wife and I really enjoyed staying at this unit. The pictures are 100% accurate and the location is ideal for exploring in both directions on Gulf Blvd. The on site manager is awesome. Beach access is right across the street but the pool is so refreshing, we preferred it instead. We used the bar-b-q and enjoyed a great meal. The unit is clean and the bed was very comfortable. We plan on returning as much as possible. One side note: Be cautious of Screwie Lewies sign as "voted best breakfast on the beach". So not true. Read Yelp for more info.

My husband and I were visiting Florida for a family Memorial service. We decided to extend our stay into a vacation as well. The unit was comfortable for two people. The grounds and pool were beautiful and the location was close to the beach. This was truly a visit to old Florida. We would love to return.

My wife and I were looking to get away for a week, in particular a trip to Madeira Beach. We had stayed in Gulf Gardens before and always had a good experience...This time though it was great. This unit was bigger and more open to having the feeling of being comfortable while being away from home...Home away from home. The proximity of the beach to the unit was great, the pool was always in great shape for swimming, especially in the late afternoon or early evening . John was great to work with and the managers( Emre and Maria) attended to every need and made you feel welcome. We will be back most definitely, and I would encourage and recommend anyone to book this unit if it was available. Thank you John for the opportunity to stay in your unit...Emre and Maria thank you guys for the time spent with visiting you all and look forward to coming back.

My children and I stayed in apt 2 and had a wonderful time, the location is perfect, the pool and surround grounds kept in pristine condition and the resident managers were lovely people. The beach is close as are restaurants and John's pass. The apartment was extremely well stocked and clean. We would definitely come back again. The only negative comment was from my son who was a bit disappointed that the wi-fi was a bit weak to play online games, but that's probably for the best anyway! Would highly recommend this complex. This was my 4th trip to Gulf Gardens. The first time in this unit. This is an excellent unit, well kept and spotless inside and out. The whole compund is as well kept too. Beautiful pool area, used the gas grill for steaks...and just lay around the pool. The fresident managers Imre and Maria..just the best people ever...will return for sure...am returning to Gulf Gardens for the month of March. 2015

This is a lovely small apartment on Madeira Beach, just across the street from the beach. Spacious, comfortable, clean, and quiet, with a charming pool area. Possibly the best feature are the couple who manage the property, who live right next door. She maintains beautiful flowers all around the property, and he makes sure that all is done right. And they both are just a joy to chat with. This will be a place that we will return to!

The accommodations at Gulf Gardens Resort were excellent. The manager is friendly and helpful and the other guest we met were also friendly and interesting. Beach is a short walk and the pool looked inviting, although the weather did not cooperate.
