Great unit, perfect location!

This is our 3rd time at this particular property but we are well into the double digits in the overall condo building. Love having the higher floor condo over the 4th of July to be able to see all of the fireworks. This unit never disappoints with everything available and how clean it is.

We had a great time staying here. I’m afraid of heights but staying on the 11th floor wasn’t so bad. The elevator worked amazing. Great views. Don answered questions prior to the stay promptly. Daytona Beach Shores is home away from home for us.

I have been vacationing in Daytona Beach for my entire life. This condo has taken over as our favorite! We will be a return customer for sure.

We stayed here for my son’s graduation from ERAU. The unit was very clean and spacious with beautiful ocean views in a great location The owner is very quick to respond to questions.

There aren’t enough words to express how wonderful our stay was! The condo is amazing!! Extremely comfortable and opulent! I had never stayed that high up before and the 11th floor location was the key to what made our experience so enjoyable! The view is incredible! We really enjoyed watching the Pelicans soar past our balcony so close you could almost touch them. And watching the Osprey catch fish! We had no issues with the elevators and being on the 11th floor! They were fast and available. The condo is well stocked and has everything you could possibly need including beach chairs, umbrella’s, toys, beach towels, etc. The bedrooms are spacious with comfortable beds and pillows. Having the two master suites is a nice plus. All three bathrooms are large and all have walk-in showers. The condo complex itself is very clean and laid out well! They even have grills available for you to use! There is a nice ramp down to the beach or you have the option of taking the stairs. We had the pleasure of meeting Don and Wendy in person as they just happened to be there a few days while we were there!! They are the nicest, most accommodating people to work with! When you reach out to them they respond promptly! If there is an issue they will take care of it right away! You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay in 1101! And a bonus is a parking spot in the garage with grocery carts to carry all of the groceries in that you buy for your stay! I can assure you I will be back!!

Condo had great views from every room and was well stocked with kitchen appliances, utensils, seating for our group, etc. Elevators were quick and areas around the building and inside the condo were always clean. Beds were nice and comfortable. The only negative I had for the condo complex was if you did not bring your own pool chairs it is hard to find one unless you are up around 6 am and put your towels down on them. We brought our own chairs so it ended up being fine for us. Very safe area and quiet. I liked that you had to use a code to access the building and beach area. I would definitely stay here again.
