The house was just like in the description on Vrbo. It had everything I needed and was clean and comfortable.

Nice place to stay - convenient and close to everything. A little bit of noise from the close proximity to the highway but it quiets down in the evening and we were out out all day anyway so it wasn't a negative. Jeff is easy to reach for any questions or problems and quickly responds to anything we had to contact him for. We would definitely stay there again.

Jeff is a fantastic host! I rented out this property an a couple of his others close by for family and friends and it was so easy and fun being so close! Having a big yard on the water was so much fun and everything is very well maintained.

Everything in the house was neat and clean. Having all of the comforts of home made things very easy for dining, etc. The walk to the lake is quite lovely and serene. Our girls had a nice row around the lake itself. Sitting outside in the gazebo was very calming and quiet by the water. However, The house backs up to a very busy street and you can hear cars all the time when you’re directly outside the house enjoying the fire pit. Beyond that everything was spectacular.

We didn't arrive until just before dark but was able to walk to the pond and gather fallen sticks for a fire. Quaint property provides a nice variety of things to do onsite. Very close to Sleeping Bear Dunes which is what attracted us. Suggestions for pizza and breakfast were on point. We had great food in the area.

This is a nice, clean, well-appointed little 2 bedroom with a small lake at the back of the property. We saw lots of deer and birds and there is a great place for breakfast, Dilbert's, just down the road. It was just an overnight stop for us, but it would be nice to stay longer and fish or just hangout at the water.

Perfect location for our family. Easy check-in/check-out process. Would definitely stay here again!

I’m no psychologist, but the owner(s) of this awesome little property definitely have perfectionist tendencies. This home is immaculate. Neat, clean, everything in its place. The property is a 1/2 hour from Traverse City and Sleeping Bear Dunes. Just a wonderful little getaway. I wished we had stayed longer.

We really enjoyed our stay. Its a small little house but gorgeous view. It was perfect for our group. I would highly recommended staying there.

This property was clean and had a great location. Our dog enjoyed walking down to the dock and enjoying the firepit area as well as the woods on the way to the dock. Would highly recommend as a great alternative to staying in TC. It is in the perfect location to go to TC or toward Lake Michigan and Sleeping Bear.

Great rental with A+ owner communication. Grocery and restaurants were close and easy to get access. Perfect for groups of four! The only downfalls I noticed were the proximity to US31 (literally 30 feet), and only the main living room had AC. With bedroom doors shut at night, the rooms get VERY hot. The pros far outweighed the cons, no complaints!

Wonderful property with everything we needed!

We stayed here one night passing through to our vacation destination. Finding the house was a bit tricky in the dark, but Jeff gave great, specific directions of where to go. Everything was very clean. We enjoyed our stay!

My husband, my mom and myself stayed here while attending a wedding at the Blue Bridge event center. The house was immaculate and had everything you needed. It was just 2 miles from the wedding which was very convenient. The house seemed brand new, hard to find something nice that isn’t outrageously priced in that area. There are 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a pullout queen couch. The bathroom was spacious as well. The owner was in communication throughout the process. I highly recommend this property.

The location was perfect for us. Very private, yet close to everything we needed. Everything was very nicely kept. VERY clean. The traffic on US 31 did not bother us one bit. Great communication and quick responses to my questions.

We had one night short trip drop my daughter to summer camp. House is clean and nice. My daughter left her phone charger in the room. Thanks Jeff (host) helped picked up and drop to her summer camp. He is so nice and.helpful. If we have chance come again, we will book this house for sure. Highly recommend.

Close to traverse city, nice secluded pet friendly home perfect for 2-4 guests. Very clean and had everything we needed! It was quiet and such a nice place to get away too

We really enjoyed our stay. We were in the area because our daughter-in-law was having a baby. We enjoyed being able to fish! Took the boat out also. We loved that we could have our dogs with us. ABSOLUTELY- NO PROBLEMS The coffee pot was an issue & it was immediately handled & they had a new one for us in no time. We will go back this summer.

Overall nice weekend. Closer to busy road than expected. Shared driveway right off your deck. Pier to lake unsafe and needs to be rebuilt to be useable. Remote battery to unreachable ceiling fan was dead. And when the heater kicked on it was extremely loud knocking almost like loud dripping water and it smelled very hot so we turned it completely off for safety and quiet. But that being said, we never did get cold. So house must be well insulated. Also road noise was not too noticeable once in the house. Not much yard space connected to house for pets but we made do. Directions to house I’m and out was very clear and understandable.

This cabin and just what you need for a quick overnight. It was clean, especially clean for a pets allowed location. Except the shower, which I mentioned to owner and he promptly responded to my comment. The place was warm (we visited during the winter months) and was really easy to get to. The road noise was pretty loud, and I live in the city so I thought I wouldn’t even notice it…I did. The heating unit also is loud. There isn’t much comfy furniture to socialize and stay indoors for a long period of time. All in all it was a good basic place to stay, especially if you are looking a quick overnight. The owners were friendly in our limited communication.

We had an amazing time in Michigan, this house was right down the road from Traverse City. Everything we needed was with in 15 minutes. The house was adorable and view to the lake was amazing. We definitely are coming back, this time in the summer.

Great house and pretty property. The house is comfortable, well-maintained, all utilities and amenities function properly. It’s very hard to find after dark. Better signage would help. Would definitely rent again.

This place is clean and has all the basics you need to cook, toiletries, extra blankets, a place to sit near the lake, outside dining & a cute fire pit area with everything you need! This place really is charming! Unfortunately two big cons for us that ultimately means we won’t be back even though the price compensates for the cons. Cons: It is directly on US-31 highway so the traffic is loud, even inside. We thought it wouldn’t be busy at night or a lot of traffic in general because it’s up north but it’s a busy road. We actually felt a little unsafe at night with our bedrooms being next to the road. The place should come with disposable earplugs (jk, but really you should pack some if you book this place). Also, the mattresses are uncomfortable; especially the one in the middle bedroom. My husband had to sleep on the couch and I barely got any sleep between the traffic noise & the stiff mattress. However, if they upgrade the mattresses & I packed earplugs - it was a great place. Good location to TC and right near a grocery store & an awesome drive thru coffee shop!

We loved this place, very clean and in a convenient area. The lake was very peaceful. Easy check in and the property manager was very helpful. Will stay here again.
