Great condo/unit - appears to be brand new in 2023. Nice location very close to Interlochen SP and Interlochen Arts Academy, and just 20 minutes from Traverse City. Easy access to great unit with all amenities. Nice sized rooms but still cozy overall. Good sized covered balcony for sitting if weather is nice. Very comfy kind bed and all modern amenities. Well done!

My wife and I went on our Wedding Anniversary trip to the Sleeping Bear Dunes N.P. region and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Bradford! Convenient to every place we wanted to visit, beautifully restored property, extremely affordable. We would definitely stay here again!

My extended family and friends stayed in this location for my son's wedding. This condo is part of a 12-unit place which is perfect for wedding accommodations near the Blue Bridge venue. They all raved about their places. Very clean, unique decor with all the details and accommodations thought through. Jeff was awesome to work with. I was in communication with him on several occasions before the wedding and he was always so responsive. Beautiful views on Tullers Lake.

This condo had everything we needed in the kitchen, bathroom/laundry and bedroom for a great stay. Wonderful décor with comfortable furniture and artwork. The location is perfect on a small, private lake. Easy to park out front and keyless entry is so nice. No keys to keep track of. Jeff was great with communication and left info out about the condo, TV, area restaurants, things to do nearby and check-out procedures. We would stay here again. Highly recommend!

This was a very nice place for two nights, with a great kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and small living room and large deck overlooking Tuller Lake. The only issue that I communicated to the owner was that the bathroom sink was backed up and drained very slowly. I’m sure he’ll have that resolved before the next guests.

Very clean we stayed for three days. Had a great time.

My husband and I came to the area for a wedding and found this property to be ideal. The host had great communication and the keyless entry made it easy to run errands without worrying which of us had the key. The unit was just as described with many extra touches to make our two nights comfortable. The host had laminated cards with check-in, check-out, TV instructions, and local suggestions for food and other needs. Temperature controls were easy and accurate. The large covered deck off the living room was a serene place to enjoy a morning coffee and watch the birds over the lake. This was our first trip to the area, but I am confident we will return and book this property again.

If I could give 10 stars I would.Loved this place very comfortable,it has all the amenities to cook,clean laundry and air system.You missing a great place if you’re in Interlochen and not rent it.

Overall, these remodeled condos are very well done. Clean and modern. Check in is as simple as unlocking your door with the provided code. Beds are firm. A bit too firm for us but that is preference. Otherwise room made for a very nice stay.

Comfortable, affordable and well-located. Convenient to areas of interest. Newly remodeled with all amenities a couple like us needs. We’ve stayed twice and plan on coming back again.

This property was clean, well maintained, and offered a great view. It came stocked with everything we needed. Close to downtown Traverse City, too. Highly recommend. We will stay here again.

Brand new furnishings are in great condition and are lovely. It’s a very comfortable place because it’s nice and clean. Well furnished and decorated. Quiet location. It was nice listening to the frogs at night in the pond area out back. There are chairs down by the water, which would be a nice place to read a book or to have a night cap, if the mosquitoes aren’t out. The towels weren’t fantastic, but overall the property was great. Would definitely return.

Just what we needed for the week to visit the area. We spent a lot of time in Traverse City, hiking in the area and visiting Great Bear Dunes. We even spent a day traveling to the Pictured Rocks (worth it!). Had a great time overall :) Would not recommend the hiking trail really close by, The Lost Lake, the deer flies are INSANE there. Also didn't have a good experience at the little bar down the road, Oakey's Tavern, wouldn't recommend. The only thing I would mention about our stay here was that the walls seem really thin and that was a bit of a bummer. As soon as we walked in I noticed I could hear our neighbors conversation very clearly and they were speaking at a normal volume. This made me feel extra nervous about normal activities in the condo and what our neighbors would hear. Other than that the view of the Lake was amazing and we enjoyed sitting out there, playing cards, and watching the little swan family each evening. Thank you for a great stay

Beautiful condo with a wonderful view of the lake. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Everything you could need was provided. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. Jeff was very easy to work with and left helpful suggestions of restaurants in the area.

This is ideally located for any one wanting to enjoy the area. It is located right off a main through-fair, near grocery and some good local restaurants if you don’t want to go far. It is clean, well furnished and has a nice useable kitchen.

Location was perfect for our family! 30minutes from each of our favorite spots to visit while in the area. Traverse City, Glen Arbor and Elk Rapids. Perfect spot for a couples getaway. Jeff was very quick at answering any questions we had and accommodating, during our stay. Oaky’s is a great little tavern just down the street!

Worked out great for a short getaway for me and my wife. Casual comfort with a good dose of modern chic. Spotless, shiny clean, & well equipped. Loved that we could park at our door, but then have complete privacy inside and on the deck/balcony. Peaceful lake view out back. Jeff was a great host. No complaints at all.

Just as pictured on the website. We loved getting up every morning and looking out over Tullers Lake, so peaceful. We never even heard the others that were there. It would have been nice to have a grab bar in the shower for safety. There were no hot pads for removing things from the oven and the only place to empty luggage was a shelf in the closet, perhaps some kind of a smaller dresser (that looked appropriate) under the tv in the living room would have been nice for those staying more than 1 or 2 nights. It was easy to get around the area, great location. We would not hesitate to come back and have made recommendations already to people who we know will be coming to the area this fall. This was a get-away we really needed and really enjoyed!
