We loved loved loved our stay in Oceanside. The house was roomy, clean, and so beautifully decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The grill was spotless. There was clean bedding, plenty of towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys. We loved lounging on the roof every night listening to the ocean. The location was amazing and Tim was very hospitable. We will definitely be back and recommend this house to anyone that is super picky about clean, beautiful living.

We loved our stay... a perfect spot for family... easy walk to the beach, great roof top deck, well equipped kitchen ... we hope to get back again!

This place was clean and perfect for my family of 5. We spent most of our time on the rooftop deck when we were at the condo. Sure we could hear the train but that’s part of the charm of staying in Oceanside and it didn’t bother us one bit even with all the windows open during our stay. The walk to the sand was just what my 5 yo could handle since there wasn’t any directly in front at this time, just rocks. But It wasn’t too far of a walk that we found great places to set up for the day with all the beach gear that is provided. Parking was easy for us using the garage and on the street for our visitors. Beds were great too!

The kitchen was great for cooking in and the location made is easy to get around. Plenty of beach toys and chairs if your group is not too large.

We had two families with small kids staying for a month. By all accounts this was one of the best vacations we had! The property is clean, spacious and modern. Kitchen and the high-end grill are fully set for gourmet cooking. Roof deck is spectacular for relaxing after day at the beach. Highly recommended!

We can't rave enough about this wonderful property -- from the location 1 block off the Strand, to the views from the rooftop patio, to the fully stocked kitchen and beach equipment, to the top quality furnishings and decor. This was absolutely perfect for our extended family of 7 and has been by far the best rental we have stayed at. Tim was a wonderful property manager. We will be back.

This is a lovely rental property. The property manager is super nice, very responsive, and accommodating. The property is easily the most equipped rental I have ever used. Everything you could need was there, from beach towels to blankets to kitchen equipment. The place was super clean and comfortable for the six of us!

Our family of six thoroughly enjoyed this gorgeous beach rental! Kitchen has everything you need. Bedrooms and bathrooms are comfy and clean with plenty of storage. We never bothered renting a car as we could walk to everything! Loved the access to the Coaster train. We will return!

What an awesome property. Open plan kitchen and living area with a view of the beach. We cooked, we played games... but the part is the crow’s nest. We watched the sunset at night and gazed at the moonlight reflecting off the water. We will book this again!

From selection to rental process to our stay everything was easy and perfect! Very walkable neighborhood, corner market right down the street, unit is beautiful. Beach just a few minutes walk away; enjoyed seeing and hearing the ocean from the property. Tim, the property manager, was super helpful.

The condo was a short walk to the beach, with direct access via a staircase. The kitchen was amazing - had all amenities/appliances/etc. that we needed and we loved the easy access to a BBQ. The property manager was great and accessible. The condo is also close to a train station so we were able to easily jump on a train to SD for a Padres game! (Only complaint is that proximity to the train means whistles in the early and late hours of the day.) Overall was an excellent stay and will keep this location on the list of future vacations!

The condo was a block away from the beach so was easily within walking distance. The home was bright and airy. The master bedroom opened up to the ocean so we could see the water, feel the breeze and watch dolphins swim by. The owners and property manager provided all that was needed for an enjoyable, relaxing stay. I’d highly recommend staying at this home and would do so the next time I visit.

Tim was easy to communicate with and the property was well kept, clean and comfortable. The only downside was train blowing horn late at night which we were told would soon change.

This home offered the perfect place to stay during the Celebration of Life for my mother. It is the perfect distance from the beach but a short walk to the shore as well as coffee shops, cafes and places to get a local beer. Tim was courteous in every way. The three bedrooms were comfortable and with queen and king beds. Most of all it was clean. Very clean. Although we cooked very little in fact only baked cookies once, the kitchen is equipped to prepare a nice gourmet meal. We will definitely be back

Great communication by host from reservation through stay. Great responsiveness when something didn’t work. Property in excellent condition with new top line appliances. Unbeatable roof top area with ocean view. 1 block from the beach. Street parking but had no issues getting a spot.

This spacious 3-bedroom townhome was the perfect place to spend Thanksgiving with our two college-age sons and my wife's sister, part of a larger family gathering to celebrate our son's return from deployment. We loved hearing the waves crash at night while sipping a glass of wine from Wisconsin Market (2-minute walk, great prices). The location could not be better, just a short walk to the beach, town center, the Top Gun house and the train station. The street is quiet, lined with mature trees, with a mix of beach bungalows and newer multifamily construction. The neighbors we met were laid-back and friendly. The large kitchen area has a full range of dishes and appliances. Our Thanksgiving assignment included mashed potatoes, so Tim, the property manager, made sure there was a brand new mixer waiting for us. There is a gas grill outside the front door. The master bedroom has an ensuite bath with two sinks; the other two bedrooms share a full bath. There are plenty of beach chairs and toys in the garage. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautifully decorated condo with an amazing ocean view from the rooftop deck! Ample room for 9 of us ladies. Great location within walking distance to downtown, the beach, pier and train station. We rode the bus and Coaster train to other beaches and cute little towns, we absolutely loved it (we did this two days in a row!). Property management was onsite to greet us and show us everything we needed for our stay, they were great and really accommodating! We'll definitely stay here again if we return to Oceanside.

Just be aware that the train runs one block away and horns blow frequently other than 2-6 am from our experience. This the reason for 4 out of 5 stars.
