We’ve stayed at this property many times. We love the location and proximity to everything in the village.
Some of the front desk staff needs improvement. Rugar shouldn’t be working in the hospitality industry. This is the first time we’ve experienced any issues with staff. It would also be nice to have a smart TV to access Netflix, prime etc. Having no microwave in a full kitchen is extremely inconvenient. These are simple inexpensive fixes.

Super Lage, geräumige Wohnung, schönes Pool, Whirlpool sehr warm, total coole Anlage mit vielen Palmen, einige mit geschnitzten Gesichtern, alles mit vielen Pflanzen und sehr gepflegt, abends Feuerstellen zum gemütlichen Sitzen. Wir haben Handtücher, Sonnenschirm, sehr gemütliche Strandsessel und sogar Sandspielzeug zum Ausleihen bekommen.
Etwas kalt, vor allem der Boden. Das Frühstück kann man als Europäer nicht Frühstück nennen - wobei der Kaffee war gut und es gab neben Müsliriegel, in Plastik verpackten Kuchen und Croissants und sehr süßen Joghurts auch frisches Obst.

The grounds were amazing and made for such a beautiful place to visit with people or read a book etc.
Really not much..... We had a couple maintenance things that we had to ask to be fixed a couple of times. Also, I'm glad we ended up not renting a car, because parking looked like it was impossible over the weekend.

I loved everything about it from its location, to the room, to the front desk staff who checked me in late afternoon.

The facilities met our needs and the kitchen was perfect. Location and view were both amazing. Free parking too!
The breakfast wasn't a continental breakfast - just an open snack bar that was more stocked in the morning. Bagels and a toaster, milk and cereal would have made a difference. The kitchen could have used some paper towel. The room floors could have been cleaner.

Next to ocean. I didn’t have to drive once while we stayed. Staff was very nice. We came for my sons 7th b day and they made him feel special. We love oceans palms. Our go to spot in Carlsbad.

Went with the family and had an amazing time. Staff was very polite .They provide you with beach chairs,umbrella ,surf boards,,beach toys and beach toys. Thats less things you need to carry from home

I love the landscaping the verandas the quaintness of the place. It’s very comfortable in the feeling of safety also. The torch is burning at night in the fire are a great addition. Their pool area is exotic and tropical.
It would be more convenient to have a outside bathroom at the pool area so you don’t have to run all the way back to your room if you need to use the bathroom.

I loved the kitchen and the restroom and the queitness.
I could not stand how hot it was in the bedrooms. There was no central ac but only an ac in the living room. I can not imagine stayinh there in a 85 and above degree weather.

We loved everything about this property; the location, the property, our room and especially the staff.
The coffee, fruit and snacks provided throughout the day was a bonus.

#225 Luxury Ocean Suite was beautiful and a great view of the ocean just steps from the beach. Location was great and walking distance to shops and restaurants. staff were so accommodating. i cant say enough about this property. We’ll return regularly!

We have been staying at this resort for over 20 years. I love this place. I enjoy the early check in, if it's available. I miss their bagels! Lol.
For the first time, I noticed that the sofa bed sheets were not very clean.

Great location within steps of the beach and shopping. Very well done hotel with a lot of amenities on site (even a putting green). Staff was friendly, room had everything you need and easy to walk to so many restaurants/bars. We will be back!

The location can't be beat. The staff was wonderful. It has a very kick back vibe, but the service is excellent. The property is exquisite, attractive, relaxing, and clean.I have referred Ocean Palms to several friends.
I can't think of anything we didn't like.
