The staff communicated the check in process and all required information in advance of the stay. They let us check in early as the unit was ready in advance of the check in time. Highly recommend this property!

Spent 4400 to rent. No smart tv……after a day on the slopes. Its what we do. Come on guys. Wont book here again

Great sized property enough for our 2 families to enjoy. Fully stocked kitchen with more than what you would need to cook at the property and plenty of supplies My only negative was the overall cleanliness. Dog hair was on just about everything and we spent an hour unclogging the vacuum in order to clean the floors. We had no broom to keep up with our mess for the week. Overall it was a great stay and we will definitely rent again.

I always try to manage expectations with Vrbo because sometimes a property is oversold versus what you get. Not in this case! Awesome location right in the heart of Winter Park Village. Super convenient with location and parking. The condo was perfect for us. Better and bigger than expected. Kitchen was full of everything we needed and everything was super clean. We had a little issue with the door when we checked in but the property management was so responsive and everything worked out great. I would highly recommend staying in this property.

This condo was an excellent base for our late-season (April) ski trip in Winter Park. The condo is well stocked and the layout was perfect for our family of five to relax after a long day on the slopes. The walk to the Gondola (with skis in the Winter Park wagons) through the Village was easy even with small children, and access to the slopeside hot tubs was an added benefit. Beyond the condo, Winter Park Lodging was an excellent host--their communication throughout the booking process and our stay was terrific, and they were flexible and responsive in ways that helped smooth our travel into Winter Park and then back home. Would highly recommend both the unit and the host.

A wonderful stay for myself and my daughter. Easy access to the ski resort, great communication with management, well appointed, well stocked. Everything you could ask for in a quick ski getaway. This place is ski in, and a short walk with wagons right outside to the gondola.

The location of Perry Peaks loft is directly above the North Face store in Winter Park Village. The condo was perfect. Looks even better than the pictures…very clean, and well stocked with everything we needed/wanted. Skiing, shopping, dining are all in easy walking distance. We never needed to leave winter park village for anything. And the skiing conditions were perfect! Property management was super accommodating and their response rate was lightening fast. Highly recommend this condo! Traveler tip.. if you are coming to Winter Park from Denver and don’t want to take a shuttle bus or rent a car, consider taking the Winter Park Express Amtrak train. It is so affordable..$29 for a 2 hour scenic route from Denver directly to the steps of the resort. Doesn’t get any better! Can’t wait to go back!

We were able to meet the kids' ski instructor mid-day, run them to the condo for lunch, and get back out on the hill to continue skiing. The kitchen was well-appointed and the living spaces and bedrooms were very comfortable. The management company had great communication and checked on us several times to make sure we had everything we needed.

I cannot say enough great things about our stay in this condo! It was SO convenient with the slopes,shops, and dining! The condo itself was so cozy and adorable! I had concerns about the dementions of the garage being too small for my suburban, but when we got there it fit no problem. Our next visit I hope to stay in this same unit.

My wife and I wanted to get a quick getaway and wanted to explore the Winter Park area. This loft was outstanding. It sits overlooking the village at the WP Resort. It is close to the retail in the village. The loft itself is stands alone from other lofts. It feels like your own private getaway in the middle of the village. It had everything we needed.

Modern, Clean, Convenient, and reasonably priced. We were overly pleased with our stay. Communication was timely and effective. I highly recommend.

Great place to stay. Easy access to the gondola. The Winter Park Lodging Company and Resort staff were A+!! Anything we needed they were on it! We had to make an unfortunate visit to the medical clinic. We were so grateful to have that right there at the resort. Nurses and doctors were exceptional. This property was lovely and well represented by the photos. At this price point, we expected the kitchen to be a little more stocked with basics. The bedrooms are very spacious and well-decorated but the beds were a little stiff for our tastes. We enjoyed the property and during ski season it would be ideal for a small family.

Everything was great but not having AC when it is hot is a bummer and you have to open all the windows at night to allow the air to move and then starting at 10:30 pm workers are downstairs cleaning the bathrooms and emptying trash makes it hard to sleep. Also, having a BBQ grill would have been nice.

We came all the way from deep south Texas. We were very impressed with the Loft 113 we stayed in. Fit all of us perfectly. Very nice decor and modern. We loved the fact that we were right in the middle of the Winter Park Resort events. Thank you for making our summer vacation a wonderful experience. I really appreciate the wonderful customer service I received every time I would call. Manager Comment: You can't beat the lofts for convenience in both summer and winter. We have been to CO numerous times for summer getaways with family and friends. Our best experiences have been at Winter Park resort and base camp. The lofts are clean, well maintained, modern with full amenities, washers, dryers, full kitchens, etc. The booking staff are great and in the event something arises during your stay they respond timely. I would highly recommend booking in the Winter Park Resort base camp area. Manager Comment: Thanks for that review. We highly recommend you come back to see us again real soon.

This property is absolutely superb. The location is unmatched as it is right in the newest part of the WP base with a lot of shops and places to eat just downstairs. It’s in walking distance from the gondola. My family loved this place and we plan to come back again.

We loved this rental. The location was great, an easy walk to the gondola, and lots of restaurants to walk to. The loft had three good sized bedrooms and baths and had beautiful updated finishes.

Stayed in 113 for a week. Great unit. Clean and neat upon arrival. All beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well supplied with needed appliances and dishes. Instructions about the unit were clearly and thoroughly stated. Location of unit is ideal being located on the walkway to restaurants and the Gondola. No place is perfect. Knives need sharpening and the toaster oven is a poor substitute for a regular toaster. MANAGER COMMENTS: Got it! We are getting those knives sharpened up and will replace that toaster.
