We had a wonderful time and met so many amazing people who we now can call friends!! The place is clean and very quiet but not far from town which you can walk to in a short time

Loved our stay here. Beachside location with an incredible view of the ocean and distant islands. Unit was well cared for and supplied with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Fernando and Norma were great hosts. Would definitely stay here again.

Thanks Fernando! The condo was just as advertised! North tower afternoon sun and even sunsets! Definitely the right side of the building. Pool/restaurant was just the right pace. Nope it is not a party pool which was perfect! Located at the west end of Ixtapa by the marina. Perfect!! The walk on the beach in the am and before supper was what we wanted great Distance!! Can’t say enough my friend!

Fernando is easy to communicate with during your stay. But this condo needs some updates. The linens are have holes in them, the towels had what appeared to be blood stains. The toilet seat was held on by a huge nail, that broke the seat. The bed mattress was like a rock. Couldn’t sleep on it. The ceiling fan, sounded like it was going to take off on its own. All the cooking utensils, are so old stains don’t come off. Had to ask for containers to put food in. Sofa was dirty (was my bed) used one of the linens with holes in it. No blankets what so ever. Bought my own. Did get asked to not run the A/C if possible as his bill would be too high. When booking, one of the reasons we did choose was that it had a gym. After arriving, the RULES stated it’s ONLY for owners. False advertising, apparently when my husband was on a bender him and owner said they would “half” the 1,000 peso fee. In my mind, totally wrong. Which he asked for upon checkout! The pool area…ugh. So many rules! When you check in, you get a piece of paper of the RULES. Front AND back. (It’s like a Ross and Rachel episode) EVERYTHING is prohibited. So if you wanna have fun, like we did this isn’t the place. You can’t even carry your drink in the pool! The chairs at the pool-good luck. People are down there at like 5:30am, I swear they pay off the staff even though it’s in the RULES. The staff at the front desk, DON’T communication with each team member-we set up to have Dr come to condo for Covid testing day before leaving (US). Set it up with one gal, went to confirm and was a guy. He said didn’t know anything but he could schedule. It was a cluster. Next day came - we were NOT on Dr’s rotation but she did fit us in. The restaurant - sure you can order food from them. No you can NOT apply it to your room. You need to put $$ on a like debit card that they assign to your room #. Then and ONLY then can you order food/drinks from there. On the plus - the wait staff, work their butts off and they remember you. Was great to see our old friend Gilberto who recognized me from 3 years back. We had missed him. And to the others that waited on us…all great! This place is only 11 years old but needs updates. And all these RULES need to be thrown in the trash. We won’t be back here again for the price, I should be at the BVG not marina. Plus, this is to far away from center and just way to boring.

Condo is sooo comfortable and furnished with everything you need. Will definitely stay again!!

The condo was a perfect size for the two of us with a nice balcony and a stunning view of the ocean. We will definitely stay here again. All the staff at BVG Marina are amazing.

The BVGM condo was great, clean, comfortable and a beautiful view. The condo has everything you need and the staff at BVGM are kind, welcoming and all around great people. The beach is perfect for playing in the waves and the pool is a great way to cool off. The sea turtle rescue center added to our trip as we watched the baby sea turtle crawl into the sea each evening. Thanks!

I was able to rent a nice condo owned by Fernando and he treated us very good. The condo was on the 11th floor overlooking the ocean and swimming pools. Condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The prices for food and beer at restaurant and pool were very reasonable. The marina was walking distance and very nice restaurants to eat at. In the future I would rent this condo from Fernando again. Thanks Fernando.

3 week stay in 1103 North! Fernando was very good to work with! Answered all emails immediately! Condo was very nice, views wonderful would recommend condo and Fernando to anyone!

My wife and I stayed at this property for 1 month. Fernando met us and spent an hour to show us over the property. The only minor point was, that we did not get the apartment as shown on the web page, but were given a different unit in the building which had a similar view overlooking the pool and ocean. The apartment was clean and comfortable and more than adequate to our needs. The complex itself is outstanding with beautiful pools, a bar/restaurant which had very reasonable prices. The staff on the property were very helpful and attended to all our enquiries in a pleasant and courteous manner. The surrounding area has many restaurants to suit all tastes. I would certainly recommend this complex as most suitable for a pleasant stay away from home.

Last week my family and I stayed at Marina Bay. The suite is fully equipped, the bedroom has a beautiful mountain view, the livingroom has beautiful ocean view. The kitchen is fully equipped in case you feel like cooking.The personnel its very courteous.The owner its very courteous and helpful he booked us a snorkeling trip to a very nice rift and fishing trip, he knows where the locals dine at very good prices. I will definitely be returning.

Last month I went with a couple of friends to Ixtapa & stayed at bvg marina, best place ever with a great location! The condo is really comfortable, fully furnished, so we didn’t need anything at all. The condo have a infinity pool (which I loved it!), beach is right in front. Whenever I go back I’m definitely staying here! The condo has such a great vibe, really peaceful place to stay! Laura Brinson

The is not a hotel... this a condo complex where some owners rent out there condos. Condition of condos vary...so it's important to rent for owners like Sotelo who offer a nice condo. You can buy groceries at one of the two mini markets near the complex ( good pricing) or diagonally across the street at the OXXO markets ( like 7-11 stores in USA.). Bus stop is right in front of condo. In the evenings we relaxed at the condo and by the pool and looks nice walks down the beach "El Palmar" Marina restaurants was the perfect match for our vacation style and budget. Great value and great location. Will certainly stay again and recommend to friends. Pablo D.

Fantastic beach, pool and restaurant. Victor and staff were so wonderful. Unit was nice with fridge and balcony facing the water. Beach was so beautiful and the pool was fantastic. So great that there was a restaurant on site and beautiful restaurants just down the street. Fernando was so helpful regarding the unit , area, rental car, etc. wonderful time!!

We couldn't have been happier with our stay. The unit was lovely with a great view of the ocean and pool. The location is great as well. we walked to the beach at least twice a day and much preferred being at the pool all day! "Lovely and relaxing"

We were so impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of staff at BVG marina's and especially a huge thank you to Fernando. He was wonderful! The facilities were obviously cared for with pride - everything was clean and properly looked after. Having the pool, chairs, restaurant and beach all in such close proximity was truly delightful. Would definitely return to this lovely place next year!
