Exactly as pictured and described. Loved the spacious corner unit, 2 balconies, large bedrooms and bathrooms. Comfortable, beautiful furnishings and decor. Very beachy. Very welcoming upon arrival, fans and music on. Very clean. Well stocked. Great communication/instructions. It is not on the beach so you will have the expected roadway noise, sirens, horns, etc. but the view from the 17th floor balcony is awesome. Short walk to the beach. Elevators a bit slow but to be expected during peak summer times. There were no instructions for the bedroom tv but living room tv simple to operate. Could not figure out the master rain head shower. Only small issue encountered was the jackhammering for several hours during day 2 and a couple hours on day 3 that prevented me from working (owners were not aware of the work but responded promptly when I inquired about the noise) but otherwise all was wonderful and I’d rent again.

Will definitely consider staying here again when in the area.

The property is fantastic. The air freshner in the lobby is a little overwhelming, however. The Condo was beautiful and the views from the balcony were amazing!

The property is nicely decorated. Linens were nice quality and plenty bath towels and washcloths. All the seating at table, counter, and deck were tall chairs so not the best for short folks. Beds very firm. Adequate utensils and kitchen ware. Bought a small Mr. Coffee machine so I didn’t just have Keurig as my only coffee making choice. View from condo is lovely. Nice morning sun. Back porch is nice to get out of the wind. Had a question about the ice maker upon arrival and the owners called me promptly and answered my question. The unit was spotless upon our arrival with a few lights turned on and pleasant music playing to welcome us. Nice touch! Owners were very quick to answer my emails prior to arrival and thoroughly answered all my questions. Thank you! We enjoyed living in your nicely appointed home.

We've been coming to Gulf Shores for 25+ years but this was our first stay in this building/unit. Everything was great. The apartment was spotless and the view was incredible. The building itself was clean and convenient - multiple pools, a nice gathering room, enclosed, air-conditioned walkway above the street, efficient elevators, and all of it so well maintained. We would definitely book again!

The property was on the corner with beautiful views from patios. Great to hear the ocean when enjoying the out of doors. Sad the heated pool was not working. Host responded to our needs quickly. Great location. Thanks for a week of relaxation!

This property was immaculate and property managers Dave and Angie were on top of everything. You cannot go wrong renting this property. Restaurants are close to drive to and you can walk to some. Many things to do. The pools are awesome. Yeah there are four pools one is inside and heated. There is also a hot tub. The covered walk to the beach is awesome as you never have to walk across the road. As far as the views they are incredible as you can see around the building on the two decks. See the gulf on one side and the bay on the other. The beds sleep wonderfully as well. The place looks brand new is sanitized and you are ready to kick back and enjoy. 5*++++

The condo is absolutely beautiful! Although the condo is across the street from the beach, it is very easy to get to. Two pools, one on the condo side and a huge beautiful pool beachside. Quiet corner unit with easy accesd to the the elevator. Can't wait to stay here again!

This condo is so nicely decorated. We had bad weather so the indoor pool and the whirlpool were a great blessing. 10 out 10!

As we live only 5 hours away, over the years we've stayed at over 20 different locations from Destin to Fort Morgan. This rental is by far the cleanest and most tastefully decorated we've ever stayed in.

The condo was absolutely beautiful and everything it was said to be. I went on a short trip alone just to relax and this was just what I needed. The property itself was very clean and we'll kept . I definitely will be back .

This is the best of everything. It is the best unit in the whole building, and the best complex place on the Gulf Shores coast. What I really loved is that it really felt like home and not just another cheesy resort on the beach. Loved the towels they offer, the sizes of the tv's, it has everything you need for a convenient kitchen and more, the furniture and the beds are actually comfortable and not just room fillers that look nice and the views, oh the views...are incredible. We really enjoyed the pools and hot tubs, (that is plural) and my husband appreciated having access to the sauna. We made the mistake of going to one of the recommended public beaches for a day out. After 15 minutes we packed up and went back to the beach at the condo because it is the BEST. Every morning I was able to watch dolphins off in the distance and the sunrises are spectacular because of this unit being on the end. We hope to be back again next year.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. This condo was absolutely beautiful. The furnishings were top of the line!! So clean and beautifully decorated throughout the whole condo. The large balcony was great and the view was awesome!!! The air conditioned skywalk to the pool/beach was very nice and convenient. The owners were also very responsive and helpful. We loved it and will definitely be back!!

This property is wonderful. We enjoyed our stay. The condo is gorgeous and relaxing. ( I would love to know the paint color of the walls. LOL). The rooms were comfortable and we had everything we needed. The check in instruction and what is provided was very clear. We didn't cook so we didn't need items in the kitchen but supplies were available if needed. I really liked that bathrooms had enough towels for our entire stay. David texted and was available if needed. I would stay at this property again.

The choice we made to reserve this unit was "the best." The decor, comfort, location, and amenities could not have been more pleasing. The hosts were immediately responsive when contacted. It is a corner unit which has two great balconies....one facing the bay and one facing the gulf. The crosswalk made getting to the beach easy and the 17th floor unit had no obstructed view of the gulf. We were 3 ladies 70ish in age and truly enjoyed our stay.

Our stay at Crystal Towers 1701 was nothing short of amazing! The views are absolutely incredible and convenient to beach and great attraction. Our host was fantastic and communicated very well. I will most definitely stay here again in the future and highly recommend it to anyone! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ James

The place was top notch, incredible views, comfy beds and couch, big pool. We loved having 2 balconies and the AC walkway over to the pool/beach. Hosts were very accommodating, would return!

This unit allowed us to unwind with nothing to worry about. We were blessed with beautiful weather, but when we were not outside, we felt like we weee at home. We plan to stay here again!

Simply beautiful with a balcony off of each bedroom and main living area. The decor flows throughout the unit and is very welcoming. Loved the location and everyone in the Tower was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely book again!
