As a family we had a wonderful visit to London. The information provided by Katie was invaluable. It is convenient to explore the city from here as buses and the underground are both in easy walking distance from the house. Local stores make it easy to pick up groceries on the way home. Katie's neighbors are friendly and helpful. We would not hesitate to recommend Katie's home for your London holiday.

Katie's house was perfect for our stay with adult children and grandchildren. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to buses and tube. We will stay here again if we return to London with the family.

We had four adults and five children ages 4-12 for a week, and absolutely loved the home and neighborhood. House is just as advertised, perfect location a short walk from tons of amenities and public transport. Katie is a wonderful host—super responsive and experienced, and she ensures you’re well set up for your stay. Would definitely stay again!

Our family of 6 (ages 75 down to 8) had an extraordinarily excellent time at the house. Katie was awesome and met us at the home when we arrived. The amenities were excellent, the location perfect for getting on the tube and traveling to wherever you need to get to (and we went everywhere in the city and outside the city, such as Guildford and Bath), and the neighborhood was great (awesome food nearby—Katie’s recommendations were perfect—we had Indian, Thai, Italian, and so on). The property was clean and completely impressed us. We will definitely come back here the next time we visit!

This home is extremely well situated for your London adventure. The home has all the comforts you could wish for and the Host is very helpful. The host will greet you and walk you through the property and is readily available for anything that may come up.

We had a wonderful vacation at this property! Transit was very convenient to the house. Katie was very kind and accommodating. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. It was really nice for everyone to have their own space and to have the use of a washer and dryer.

This spacious, unique house was perfect for our family comprising 5 adults and two children. The living room was very comfortable for relaxing and the kitchen was very well equipped. Close to the underground and buses and local shops. Katie and her family were very welcoming and we really enjoyed our stay.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying in this beautiful home. We were myself, my husband, and my three daughters, age 23, 17, and 11. Everything was beautifully appointed and serene. We enjoyed getting lattes, espresso and croissants from a nearby cafe and eating outside in the mews. Afterwards, we would take a taxi to our destination or take the tube. We easily visited Hampton Court Palace, The Tower of London, the Globe Theater, and many more sights. We enjoyed the West End, and dinner in Notting Hill. We wish we had a little more time, because we lost a day or two as my youngest caught a bad virus and we spent time looking for doctor for her. The owner was very helpful to us in that situation. We did miss out tour of Buckingham Palace due to her illness. C'est la vie! I cannot recommend the house more highly. Truly a special place and a lovely owner. Everything is exactly as pictured, if not better! My children absolutely loved it; it is a gorgeous home. We also enjoyed her travel books on London; super helpful!

The property is exactly as described. Our family of 5 was very much at home. Katie and her team were very easy to work with. The home is located near the Portobello market and easy train access to various parts of London.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this special home. This is not your typical VRBO. It is well appointed with high end decor, linens and appliances and is stocked with everything you could possibly need. The location is delightful and Katie provides a local’s insight into all of the amazing pubs, restaurants and attractions nearby. We hope to come back again very soon!

The house was in a good location very close to the tube station. Also, convenient to grocery, restaurants, and shopping. The owner was very helpful offering lots of suggestions for restaurants and activities. The home was large and easily accommodated our family of 7. The home was well maintained and clean.

Beautiful townhouse in Notting Hill. Everything was very comfortable with nice beds, nice linens, AC in the third floor bedrooms, spectacular bathrooms and really cool kitchen

We were delighted to discover this beautiful three-story house just a short walk from Portobello Road in Notting Hill. Beautifully appointed with thoughtful touches everywhere, this truly is a home away from home. We hope to stay here again next time we're in London.

We stayed in a family party of 10 and had a fantastic stay at this property. Katie, the owner, couldn't have been more helpful. The property was spotless and was equipped with everything we could have needed throughout our stay. Location is perfect just minutes away from 2 tube stations, Portabello Road Market and restaurants. Adults and children throughly enjoyed it. An amazing find!

What a great space for a London family base - the house worked really well for the 9 of us, a great area with a few other kids in the mews too which was fab. So handy for the tube too. The house had everything we needed and Katie gave us a great intro to the house when we arrived. We'll definitely be back.

Our host, Katie, was a pleasure to work with….both before we arrived and afterwards. She was very accommodating and responsive to our requests related to our party of ten. The location was great; the house had everything we needed and more; it was close to Portobello Road and two different tube stations. We’ve stayed in many VRBO properties and can recommend Katie’s house without hesitation. You won’t be disappointed.

We loved this home. Not your typical rental. High end home with fun decor. A real home. We had everything we needed and host made us feel welcome and we felt like a part of the neighborhood. Great restaurants and close to tube. Would absolutely stay there again!

We loved our stay here. The house is so comfortable and there's everything you could possibly need, plus the layout is perfect for a large group as we were all able to be together without ever feeling like we were on top of each other. Already planning our next visit!

We were a group of six, comprising mum, dad and four kids in age ranging from 12 to 16. The house itself is every bit as good as as the pictures suggest and is a very cool place to hang out. We were there for a week and it was a fantastic base from which to explore both the local and central London scenes. We would absolutely recommend it to anyone seeking to do the same. You can be certain that Katie will be super accommodating and super friendly.

This house is close to cheap car parking, transport links and Portobello market. We enjoyed a friends 30th birthday party with people of all ages. This house have every modern appliances you could wish for, and if you want to stay in has has a fantastic surround sound system and TV. The comfort in the house was amazing, very stylish yet functional and comfortable. I would recommend this house to everyone looking at it. Katie and David who we rented the house from have a fantastic pack to give you on email with local restaurants, shops and more. I would thoroughly recommend this property.

Our family of 10, ranging in age from 4 to 86, really enjoyed Katie’s lovely home. It was extremely clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location, within 5 minutes of 2 different tube stations, was ideal. Katie was extremely responsive and helpful both before and during the trip. She also gave us lots of ideas and resources for things to do while in London, and information about the neighborhood. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

My family and I just got back from a fantastic stay at this beautiful home! We were 9 people - 4 children and 5 adults. The house worked perfectly for us - 2 families plus, me, Grandma! The setup worked beautifully! But...aside from the perfect house, Katie, went out of her way to make this a great time. She provided lots of information before our arrival about the area and about the house. She promptly answered my many emails. On the day of our check in she was very accommodating in allowing us to drop off our luggage early and was helpful in giving us info about the house. And...she truly went above and beyond in taking my son, upon his arrival, to the Post Office to pick up our soccer(football) tickets! The location worked well also - both buses and the Tube are close by. We would love to stay here again in the future. It really is hard to express how nice it was to work with Katie! Our whole family grandparents, parents, and children (6, 3, and 2) had a wonderful time staying at Katie's house. It's large and gracious, filled with comfort (wonderful bedding and towels and bathrooms, very well equipped kitchen), toys, books - it's clearly a family home but so well designed. Before we arrived I was a little puzzled about transport, so want to write here that Latimer Road and Ladbrooke Grove tube stations are both easy walking (5 minutes). There are little convenience shops, real grocery stores, playgrounds (the six year old said "Best ever"), and restaurants in easy walking. We loved being in the Mews, spending days seeing London and then returning to our little world with nice neighbors and interesting neighborhood - and a really nice owner. Katie left us food, and was always helpful and prompt, answered all queries (both before we arrived and during our stay). She recommended Addison Lee as a car service, and they were terrific. She was out of town when we arrived but her friend was right there to show us around. We feel lucky to have had this house as home base for a week.
