It was great plenty of room and things to do the property was amazing and the fruit trees were so good

What a gem this house is. We spent four days in mid March for a 50th birthday party. There were so many different seating areas and fire pit areas in an area that was full of hammocks. We enjoyed the large gazebo with the fire pit in the middle and a large TV inside every night. The spa goes from cold to hot in about 15 minutes and was perfect for the cooler evenings. Everything was very picturesque. All the rooms were very nice. The hosts were very attentive and easily accessible. Most impressive as far as the house goes was the kitchen which was very well stocked with cooking utensils, pots, and pans all kind of serving dishes. And even lots of options for spices for cooking if you forgot some thing. We had no children with us, but this would be a very ideal place to bring kids, especially teenagers. They had so many games outside and full size, air, hockey table, and foosball table, and pool table, and basketball basketball and so much more. There’s a huge outside bar area as well. We’re already talking about organizing a family reunion in the summer when we could take advantage of the pool. There weren’t really any downsides to the property. I could mention a couple minor things like it would be nice if they had beach towels, and we did not have to bring our own. The inside table only fits six. It’s not really an option for seating more around a table, but there is extra seating at the Kitchen bar if needed. Also, the kitchen could use a rubber spatula :) we loved it

My husband and I were visiting from Texas and stayed here with our family. We got married at a Lutheran church not to far from the rental. Communication with the owners was great, and they are an awesome family. They have a wonderful rental home. The house and backyard are breathtaking. I only wish we could have stayed longer. I will most likely stay here again with friends so I have more time to enjoy all the games on the property.

Earlier this month my husband and I observed our 40th anniversary. Earlier this year we started looking at our options of how to celebrate. We both decided that we wanted to spend the time with our children and grand children. We found this property, a little slice of heaven in Fallbrook, CA. The amenities offered here were amazing, there were so many. With four grandchildren we needed more than just a pool or hot tub. We enjoyed every corner of this property. We would go back in a heartbeat. It was a great way to remember our 40 years together.

I wished we could have met when we first came then we would have avoided a lot of anxiety of course I am to blame too. I e mailed in the morning to ask for the phone number to get in touch but did not check the reply because I was on my way already when we got to the property the WiFi was different then was given and so could not open my I pad a lot of frustration later I did get it. Otherwise everything went well and we really enjoyed our stay it had everything we wanted and needed . Thank you

We used this property while in the area for our daughters wedding. The house was gorgeous and the backyard was an absolute dream. It was so tranquil with a breath taking view of the hills. This house has everything to have fun or just relax. The management really made sure we were comfortable and their communication was A++. Would stay again and again. Thanks for an awesome weekend!

So impressive! We had a party of ten and everyone was extremely happy and loved the site. Couldn't ask for a better time. Will definitely return.

Property is maintained by the son which was super helpful and attentive. Provided great restaurants for catering, batteries for last minute issues, you name it he quickly responded. Even came out to assist with rv parking. Great place. Really quiet neighborhood.

We are fortunate that our family willingly spends precious vacation time to be together. We are retired, have three daughters and three son in laws, one granddaughter and grand son in law, and two great grandsons, almost 2 and 3 1/2 years old. What an incredible time we had!!! Plenty of pool toys were provided, and we did spend many hours around the pool and hot tub. It was unusually hot during our week. Played lots of outdoor games, especially the mini golf that the 3 1/2 year old excelled at! The outdoor areas are exceptional, beautifully landscaped with interesting and exotic desert plants. Beautiful mature sago palms everywhere. Views are stunning. Ate most of our meals at the picnic table area… perfect! Bonus points for abundance of silverware and dishes… we never ran out between dishwasher loads. All the bedrooms had super comfy beds, plenty of privacy. On the negative side… the home was probably built in the late 90s or early 2000, with an Italian/Tuscan theme. It’s absolutely beautiful! But, a little aged and in a bit of disrepair. The kitchen sink water dispenser flopped around, not secured to the sink. The tile at the back of the sink needs to be replaced, as it is chipping and rotting. Given how booked the property is, I can understand why these minor repairs aren’t dealt with immediately. Bottom line, we had an absolutely fantastic week, and I would heartily recommend booking this unique location if your family/friends enjoy time together.

This property is exactly as described. Beautiful! If you plan on going on vacation in Southern California, this should be home base. The ammenties are awesome! We played games and went swimming every day. The pool, hot tub and spa are fantastic. The grounds of the property are very well maintained and had multiple areas that we enjoyed dining and quality time with our family. This property also had A/C. I am from Texas and this made the evenings inside the home extremely comfortable. The home is fully stocked for cooking and dining. Just remember to bring your own toiletries and beach towels. We had an amazing time!

The home is beautiful and in a nice neighborhood. Wonderful for all ages including small children.

The property is even more spectacular than the pictures. There were 9 of us and dog. Host was accommodating and available if needed. Lots of activities for all ages. I wish there were railings to get in and out of the jacuzzi and pool. I didn’t use either because of that. Everyone else did though! I’m old and have bad knees! Lots of room for privacy and partying. We all wanted to stay longer!

The pictures seemed too good to be true but the property was everything we hoped it would be. The owners were very quick to respond to all our questions and my family had an amazing week with things to entertain all ages.

Posada Del Norte met and surpassed our expectations! Your home is beautiful! Our family of 12 especially enjoyed the ALL the outdoor amenities! They kept everyone entertained and we enjoyed them all! We played shuffleboard, skeeball, basketball, ping pong, air hockey, golf, bocce, giant Connect 4 and Jenga besides enjoying the beautiful pool and jacuzzi. The gazebo, pizza oven, full gym and steam room were fun extras. My wife really the outdoor dining table that seated our entire family. Out of all the VRBOs we have stayed in, Posada Del Norte is by far our favorite!! ** Thank you Marino and Kiani!

This property is amazing! Our son got married at Los Willows estate venue (5 miles away) so it was perfect for family and friends to come say hi when they got into town. The owner Marino & Kaini are awesome never seen them but always immediately text back when we had a question. We will be staying here again!

Such an amazing property for a family gathering! So much for everyone to do and so many wonderful places to hang out. Our host was very responsive and helpful. We had the best time!

We stayed 4 nights with 6 adults and 4 children, ages 3 thru 10, just this past week. The kids absolutely loved all that this property had to offer... especially the sports area, swinging in the hammocks, making little sand castles in the sand area, mini golf, games galore, the piano and the beautiful pool of course. They were constantly roaming and exploring. And the inside of the house had everything you could possibly need. We have stayed in many rental homes before but never have they had the amount and quality of kitchenware that this house had. The home had plenty of space for everyone to stretch out and enjoy yet it was also very cozy. I think the best part of our stay was the fact that the house rules were very reasonable and we had such privacy. We never felt that the owner, being on the property, kept us from enjoying every bit of our stay. We had our music by the pool in the daytime and the kiddos could play (loudly at times) outdoors. After the initial tour by Kiani, which pointed out everything we needed to know, we did not see anyone. They did answer any questions we had via text and helped us by opening the gate a couple of times as we were exiting the property. All of our kids and grandkids thought this was by far the best vacation home we've ever stayed in and would love to go back again. One of the best family vacations ever. Fallbrook is a fantastic location for vacationing in SD, Oceanside, Orange County and wine country. We loved hanging at the property and enjoying all the great amenities too. The pool and grounds are perfect for enjoying the great fallbrook weather. Marino and Kiani were very responsive and helpful with local recommendations. The home was great and has everything you could want. Can’t wait to come back.

PDN met all my expectations, and those of my guests. It was easy to find. The owner was responsive & easy to communicate with. He had suggestions for any questions I had, including a private chef dinner. The kitchen is well-stocked with appliances. The living room is comfortable and easily seats several people. The outdoor areas are gorgeous and well done. There are many seating areas, eating areas, places to watch tv, nap, sunbathe, etc. Overall, it’s more than enjoyable. I only wish we could have stayed longer! We will definitely return.

Posada Del Norte is such a beautiful place. Truly a little piece of Heaven. You will not want to leave. My family and I are from Boston MA we were in the area for my Niece's wedding (Forgotten Barell Winery in Escondido) Our stay at PDN was so perfect. The owner thought of everything inside and out. It was spacious, clean, relaxing and comfortable. You will not be disappointed in staying at the PDN. I would go back in a minute and stay forever if I could.

We recently celebrated my wife's 40th birthday at PDN and it was fantastic. I wish we could have stayed longer! Hot tub and pool were great, pizza oven was a hit and a great peaceful outdoor dinner on her birthday made the whole weekend perfect. Would recommend this house 100% and will definitely look to stay again if our travels take us here.

PDN and Marino deserve all the accolades in previous reviews. This was an amazing space for all ages to be together - something to do and so many areas to hang out for everyone. This place exceeded our expectations. We had the best experience. We’re definitely coming back.
