The location was convenient. The room was spacious, and had a fridge, microwave and coffeemaker. The bed was comfortable, and so was the pillow.
I could hear some traffic noise, and forgot my ear plugs. There were very some loud voices late at night, but a call to the staff stopped that.

Not much
No elevator. When asked for a 1st floor room the clerk rolled her eyes and said, ‘Nope, none available.’ No one around to help with baggage up the stairs.
Booking.com said that there would be a continental breakfast and there wasn’t any. Main reason we booked there. EXTREMELY overpriced.

The bed was really comfortable and pillows were nice
Little couch was cute and manager upgraded our room to a balcony room for free.
They offer a late check out @3:00 for $50 so that made it a really relaxing morning

It was no frills the way I like it! The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean and well maintained. The shower was great! It was perfect for what we needed. More importantly, my wife was happy with our stay! :) We were there for four nights and the location was great for us (close to everything in downtown Fallbrook.) It had a nice clean vintage decor/design that my wife and I really enjoyed.

It was right next to our venue.
There were other people staying there that were rather rude.

this motel does not have elevators to get to units on the second floor
only a long flight of stairs
older folks staying might have difficulties with their knees and legs
if you tripped or fell , the long flight of stairs would injure you severely

The microwave decided it didn't want to work at midnight, i didn't want to wake anyone. A minor inconvenience that when told about in the morning they said they'd take care of it. I trust they will

The room was very clean & nice size , the Staff was friendly, polite always ready to help customers stay there even more comfortable. I will be telling family,& friend of the Kindness shown to us there to let them know them give good service there

Location was great for me, close to where my visit was.
Some unsavory characters hanging around parking lot. Not much to be done about that I guess.

Very clean, quiet, covered parking right outside our room. Coffee, fridge and microwave all worked well.
Beds were comfortable. Young lady at the check-in counter was very nice and helpful.
Bathroom light was not real bright for my husband to shave. TV did not have the clearest picture.
Cost of a room is so expensive now. We would have liked to stay longer.

Very friendly staff at check in. This is where the good ends.
The room is outdated, very dark, with an uncomfortable bed, insects in the shower and bed bugs.
It is clean, but the carpet and furniture are already heavily soiled, either dry cleaning or dry cleaning is needed. replacement;
Lots of drinking and screaming people at night.
As a conclusion, I understand that scores of 10 are not true.
I do not recommend anyone to look at the ratings and stay here
