This property is in a prime location. 1 block to the beach. Plenty of space for 11 people. Tony was a great guy to communicate with. Quick responses and very caring

We had a great stay. Quick walk to the beach and other restaurants and attractions. Floors were pretty dirty (my babies hands and feet were very dirty from crawling around) but clean and inviting otherwise. Tony was very responsive and accommodating, even when we accidentally locked ourselves out. We’d definitely stay again!

The location of this property and its proximity to the beach and the board walk were absolutely great.

The location and environment were great. The only issue we had was the cleanliness of the rental. We spent the first hour sweeping and wiping down surfaces. We notified Tony and he was looking into his cleaning crew.

Our week here was great, location for us was perfect, literally a 2 minute walk to the water park, fantastic. The location is also about 3-4 blocks from the end of the boardwalk so you are able to relax and enjoy but easily get to the boardwalk anytime you want

A great condo with all the necessities in a great location. The living room and kitchen were very stocked; had everything we needed. The owner was very accommodating and easy to work with. Would definitely stay here again!

I came with a group of friends. Tony was awesome! Made everything very smooth and easy for us and even gave us tips on where to eat. Amazing location, amazing house, would definitely come back ! The beach is right there and all food places very close to the house. IDEAL place and his dog is cute too!

Extremely happy with this rental. The first thing you'll notice is how clean the place is. Immaculate!! Normal check in time is 3 pm, but we were able to get in at about 1 pm. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you may need. As advertised the apartment isn't huge, but it was spacious enough. At one point we were able to sleep 7 with room to spare. The entertainment system drawers are packed with games and books. You will need to bring your own beach chairs and boogie boards if you desire those things. The house is located about 4 blocks from the end of the Boardwalk and 1 block from the beach. Parking is a challenge in the vicinity of this house and probably everywhere else for that matter. A local gave us the tip to park on 32nd or 33rd on the bay side near the McDonalds and walk back through the amusement park lot. Tony contacted me a couple days into our stay to ensure all was well, and it totally was. I have no complaints. We were there on the 2 hottest days of the year. Temps reached 100 degrees with humidity. This house has a new central AC system that had no problem keeping our apartment cool all day. If I could give this apartment and owner 100 stars I certainly would. If I return to Ocean City someday I will stay here for sure.

My family rented this unit and another in the same building. Both units were well maintained, clean, and nicely decorated. Owner Tony and his maintenance staff were very responsive to all our needs and questions. It was a very short walk to the ocean, and there are several restaurants within walking distance.

We had such an amazing stay here. We come to ocean city yearly with this being our first condo rental. Tony was very accommodating and very friendly making our stay extra comfortable. Just a short distance to the beach and jolly rogers makes it perfect for families with children. We will definitely be back in the future!

Went down for Memorial Day weekend with a few friends. Place was perfect, right in the heart of ocean city, walking distance to most places. The inside is bigger than the pictures, full working kitchen and a great balcony. Tony was very accommodating. Highly recommended!

We loved staying in this house. The house was very well decorated and felt beachy the instant you walked in the door. The location was also wonderful, we could see the ocean from our deck. We really enjoyed hanging out on the deck people watching. The only downside was there was no parking guaranteed outside the house, but we normally found spots close by. Would definitely recommend this place!!

Very cute townhouse with a great location. Great restaurants and fun park all within a couple blocks. It was a very short walk to the beach. The townhouse is located just far enough away from the main boardwalk to feel private, but very easy to access via the Beach Bus. The townhouse was very clean and there was plenty of room for the six of us who stayed. Nice size living area for everyone to hang out together, as well as 3 seperate bedrooms for privacy. The owner was fantastic - very nice and genually concerned that our stay was comfortable. I would definitely return to this location again!

Arrived at the rental and instantly felt at home. The location is super convenient for a beach trip to Ocean City. It is close to the beach, boardwalk, a short walk to mini golf and other activities. I've stayed in Ocean City several times and this is by far my favorite spot. Looking forward to our next stay here.

Spent a week for my daughter's dance competition at the convention center. Fabulous location. Once you park, you don't need to get in your car again! The owner, Tony and his brother were very accommodating and Tony was great to work with. Looking forward to staying there again!

I spent a week here with friends and everything was great! Tony was very accommodating to our needs for an early check in and was very responsive to all communications. The unit was very clean, comfortable, and the location cannot be beat. It is walkable to many local attractions and only a few hundred feet from the beach, we were able to walk to local bars and restaurants and rarely (if ever) needed to use a vehicle to get around! Parking was more than adequate on the street right outside the unit, which was very convenient. Overall would highly recommend this unit and owner Tony. We will certainly be back again next near!

Having stayed all along the strip in Ocean City, this is a great place to spend your stay. Tony has been very flexible and amenities are perfect for a get away & family vacation. Only a 1 block walk to the beach and close vicinity to the boardwalk makes this place a 10. Looking forward to futures visits & stays here!

I am a person who reads a million reviews before deciding on a place/destination. I had read many great reviews on Tony's properties, and am so glad I went with this rental! We were a group of 9. The rental had enough room for everyone. There was a bunk room for the teens, two other bedrooms for the adults, and a couch-bed as well. The rental is close to the beach...literally across the street. Easy enough to schlep toddler, kids, beach gear etc. right down to the beach. We were also one short block across from the water park/amusement park and could walk to many restaurants. We also walked down to the Boardwalk several times. This place was literally close to everything that was on my list of places I wanted to get to while in OC. The rental itself was clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable. The balcony was awesome (it was Jeep week and we got to see the Jeep parade each day). I will be sure to rent from Tony again if we get back to OC.

Spent a week here in the second floor condo with my family. The location couldn't be better. One block to a beautiful beach, one block to an amusement park. Could see the ocean and feel the ocean breezes from the second floor balcony. Great restaurants within walking distance. Three blocks from the northern end of the boardwalk. Great public transportation. Condo was clean and comfortable with great amenities. Large windows allow for nice street views and lots of light. The owner was excellent to deal with and the neighbors were very welcoming. Can't wait to return!
