No handicap access

All of the staff was very friendly. I loved the pool and how close the beach was! We honestly didn’t even go to boardwalk we just enjoyed our stay and had the best family time!

Staff. I asked for a broom to clean the sand, and they gave me it. Pool. Big room with kitchen and balcony.

The coffee machine didn't work 2 times. It was noisy at night.

There is nothing that I didn’t like everything was good

I mean I didn’t expect much since it was the cheapest hotel available for the time of our stay. I have family that lives in ocean city so I ended up not staying in the hotel once I saw how dirty it was. The floors were sooooooo sandy and gross in October time and the room smelt like mold. I was with young children so I couldn’t stay there.

The room was *disgustingly* dirty. The pillows, silverware, cups, plates, bathroom floor, bed box springs, sand all over the floors…not a corner of the room had been cleaned prior to our arrival. When I asked for extra towels to clean the room myself, it took housekeeping over an hour to get them to us, delaying us going to dinner. The smell of weed everywhere was overwhelming. The smell was especially strong coming from maintenance office around the corner from our room. He had to have been lit all day Friday and Saturday. It was really an experience like no other… a complete circus. We would’ve changed hotels, but everything else was booked up for the weekend already..

The rooms were brightly painted

Beach view is a joke- my beach view was 2 dumpsters. The bathrooms need to be updated. The air conditioning was sub par. The floor was filthy. The whole room smelled like marijuana
