My family and I loved our time at this gorgeous and well-equipped home. It seems every little thing has been well-considered and provided for guests staying at the house. The location is fantastic for visiting Avon, Vail and other close communities and we had a wonderful time exploring the neighborhood and the surrounding cities. I can't recommend it enough for your next stay in the area!

We had a wonderful experience! The hosts communicated well and ensured everything was perfect for our stay. The hot tub was a fantastic feature, especially after a day in Vail. The property is located in a residential area and close to grocery stores and shopping but still feels somewhat secluded, offering a great balance of convenience and privacy.
The grill and fire pit on the deck were perfect for evenings, and the deck itself was a lovely spot for morning coffee and bird watching. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Wow! That summarizes the experience staying at this house. No surprises - the description matches well with the house. The communication with the hostess was pro-active and provided everything we needed for an enjoyable experience. The amenities with the house were incredible. From awesome cookware, to bicycles, baby gates, playpens, amazing shower, comfortable beds, I could just go on and on. Very impressed with the house! And then the location was perfect - wonderful quiet neighborhood, with convenience to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Thank you for creating a space that allowed us to have a fantastic vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay in Vail. The house was very nice and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed evenings spent in the hot tub. We loved the neighborhood amenities (tennis, pickleball, the playground) we also did the near by par 3 course. It was really nice to have all the equipment needed in the garage to play sports (rackets, balls, bikes, helmets, golf clubs). The neighborhood was beautiful to bike through! I would definitely recommend staying here!

Super fantastic accommodations. Truly thought of everything you could need when needing a home away from home for vacation.
Location was great- we did have a rental car but it was very conveniently located.
Layout was just perfect with 3 bedrooms on entry level and family gathering spaces, master bedroom and an extra powder room upstairs.
Thank you for letting us enjoy this amazing home away from home!

Very nice home with great location. Recent renovations and gourmet kitchen made our visit.
Kitchen finely appointed made cooking a breeze.
The unit was clean, the beds were comfortable and very spacious layout made for relaxing stay.
Hot tub, gas grill and boot/ glove heater in garage are nice touches.
Very good communication with the hosts made everything easy. Overall great value for a unit that can accommodate 6-8 comfortably.

Our group had a wonderful time in this well appointed, very comfortable home with all amenities! It was convenient to Beaver Creek slopes and local stores. We definitely recommend this for future stays.

I have never stayed in a house that was this well equipped. From cooking pans, storage containers, boot warmers, cocktail glasses, etc., everything you need is here. Great location and easy to get to. Thank you.

We had three families meet in Vail to go skiing for the long weekend. Our stay was fabulous. The house had everything you could want. Well stocked kitchen for making big dinners. They had everything from pots-pans, slow cooker, plenty of dishes, glasswear and silverware. Spice racks that came in handy. We did not have to buy shampoo/condition/ soap for showers and well stocked paper products. The house was perfect for our clan. Two perks were the hot tub and in the garage had boot warmers for the whole family, which was fabulous after a long day of skiing Owners were very pleasant and were quick to respond to our few questions when we arrived. I would recommend this house for a great stay in Eagle-Vail.

Right from walking in the place is clean and beautiful! The upstairs master is very nice and the shower and of course the heated floors! Kitchen is well stocked and easily accommodates a nice thanksgiving celebration. Neighborhood is very nice and quiet and beautiful views. Hot tub is pretty sweet too! Monica is very easy to communicate with and very responsive. Thank you for such a nice place to stay and visit with our family!

The property and location was perfect for us! The hosts were super responsive and we appreciated that they made sure we had what we needed for our 1 year old. Everyone had their own comfortable space as far as the bedrooms and then there was plenty of room for everyone at meals and when hanging out.

The condominium was in a great location! The kitchen was updated and was equipped with an abundance of dishes, utensils, appliances, spices and foil, sandwich baggies, etc.
The living and dining room were spacious enough for our family. The 3 and 1/2 bathrooms were clean, updated and had wonderful showers with shampoo, cream rinse and body wash.
There was outdoor seating on the deck and a hot tub (towels included!) and had lovely views.
We would definitely rent this property again!

This property was everything we could have hoped for. It's quality was excellent.
We were in the area for a family wedding at the Eagle Vail Pavillion and the proximity to that venue nade things easy for us. Communicating with the owner was easy and effective.

This beautiful home was perfect for our family of 8. We enjoyed nearby hikes, biking, golfing & the hot tub. Very comfortable home for everyone. Perfect location for visits to Vail & Beaver Creek & rafting in Glenwood Springs. Highly recommend this rental!

This townhouse unit is among the best places we have ever stayed in on vacation. Located just off I-70 between West Vail and Avon we were located in easy access to Vail, Avon and Beaver Creek villages without the crowds in a quiet neighborhood. We were close to multiple hiking trails, fly fishing in the Eagle River and multiple great restaurants and shopping in the villages.
The unit is well appointed with a comfortable living room with fireplace, a very modern well equipped kitchen and a luxurious master bedroom and bathroom. The downstairs three bedrooms and bathrooms were also well appointed with comfortable beds and well restored bathrooms. We used the hot tub and enjoyed morning coffee on the sunny outside deck. We ran out of time to use the 3 sets of golf clubs and two bicycles the owners made available stored in the garage.

The deck with seating and umbrellas were enjoyed by all.
The hot tub steps outside the door was awesome.

Home was very clean and orderly. Quiet peaceful area but short drive to all the tourist places. A lot of little extra touches put into the home… secret hidden face, rose shaped toiletries and more, board games, and more. The master bed was an amazing secret and had surprises of its own! Hosts were friendly and always available when we needed them. The teens had plenty of space to themselves but the dining room was big enough for us all to sit together and eat or play games. The home had a fun variety of unique games that were fun for everyone! The hot tub was clean and perfect. Only real con is the lack of ac downstairs. Highly recommend this place. Even the teens loved it!!! Next time we return to Colorado we will be staying here again.

Had a great stay here. The unit is well positioned between Beaver Creek and Vail. We skied both locations. The shuttle was close but we drove and used the Elk lot at BC. Super easy option and only 10$/day. The condo was exactly as shown plus it was tremendously well stocked. Monica really thought of everything and takes pride in this unit. We would definitely stay here again.

If you're looking for a great deal and a good location from the crowds. This is the perfect place for you. Close to two great skiing location. Room enough for everyone. Plus a good working hot tub. What more can you ask for. Host was always available during the entire stay. Kitchen well equipped. Had a great time.

The home has been our home away from home for the last two years and hopefully will continue to be from year to year! What a welcome relieve from the heat of Texas weather. The home and neighborhood is absolutely beautiful and well maintained. The owner Monica and Judd are always accommodating, available and welcoming to make our stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible.

We loved our time in EagleVail! It was so close to Vail without the crowds and so easy to drive all the places we wanted to visit. The home was perfect for our crowd of seven adults, one youngster and a baby. Great bedrooms, lovely family room and modern kitchen. We especially like the huge dining room table for game nights. We even tried out the pickle ball balls and paddles at the free courts in nearby Avon. And got a kick out of the fact that our resident toddler renamed the sport “Tickle Ball”. Thank you for providing such a great space!
