Very very nice house. We will definitely stay here again

This place is beautiful. When you walk in you feel at home. It is very well stocked with everything you need for your stay. We stayed here for two weeks and loved it. The neighborhood is very quiet. Sedona, Cottonwood, and other towns are close by and the golf course is a good course to play. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Outside furniture is equally high quality and ample. We loved soaking in the Sedona sun and wonderfully fresh mountain air.Answers to our text questions were immediate and friendly. Safeway, CVS, and restaurants are within 2 miles. It's difficult to find vacation rental homes in Sedona for weekly bookings, making this home an extra gem to us. Use of garage is a bonus. Gated community. The quail with curly crowns that came to eat birdseed twice a day were a delight! Luxury and plenty of nature, too!

Loved the stay here. Nice location outside the city of Sedona. Which, frankly was a short drive and a good respite from the energy of Sedona. The house was clean, spacious, easy to navigate. Had everything we needed for our stay. Would be happy to stay here again.

This is an amazing property. It felt just like being at home. There was absolutely nothing lacking in this home. It is the best home we have ever used for a vacation.

The pictures of the home do not do it justice, it was much nicer. We really enjoyed our stay and loved the accommodations. Would highly recommend this rental to anyone. We had two couples and everyone gave it a big thumbs up!

Very well maintained and stocked. Enjoyed the views and convince to shopping, golf, hiking, medical facilities, etc. Although the temperatures were below normal and set records as well as record snow fall during our stay it was beautiful seeing snow on the red rocks and we took some amazing photographs. We bought a golf package that we were unable to use because of the weather. Our only recommendation for improvement would be the addition of reading lamps. We are both enthusiastic readers and needed them this stay because of the inclement weather. Cottonwood is a delightful little town we enjoyed exploring and found the people friendly and accommodating.

We rented this property this Thanksgiving weekend, the house was super clean and very well organized. House also has spectacular view of Sedona hills from the back yard. Very conveniently located. Our family had a great time staying here. Highly recommend and would definitely rent this property again.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time in the Verde Valley - and especially enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was comfortable, warm, inviting & had so many "little" things that mean so much - including many kitchen items s.a. spices, condiments, lots of kitchen utensils, an outdoor grill, cooler(s); laundry items; lots of literature on places to explore; the list can go on and on. We loved coming home after a fun day of exploring, hiking, jeeping and having this incredible place to stay at. I went walking every morning and never tired of the views - and was very comfortable from a safety perspective in my surroundings. It was a great way to start the day! And then sitting outside and watching the hot air balloons in the morning sky & the star-filled sky in the evening. My husband and I both felt that the location of this particular condo was the best when compared to others. We had views of the golf course, the Red Rocks, Mingus Mountain and the lights of Jerome in the evening right outside our back door. It was so very quiet and peaceful. While there we rented a jeep thru Barlow's jeep rental & explored many trails. Our favorite was Broken Arrow. We ended up going on that trail 2x, with the 2nd time being first thing in the morning. We were the only jeepers at that time along with a handful of hikers. It was awesome! We also did some hiking - including the Devil's Bridge. Wow!! The end of that particular hike was somewhat "narly" with some steep steps and the bridge itself - but it was well worth it. We also went on many scenic drives including Red Rock Canyon Loop, Oak Canyon, Jerome & part way to Prescott, etc. Beautiful! Our trip out west was awesome to say the least. But what made it most enjoyable was staying at this condo. Thank you, Susie & Ed, for making this possible for us. We would return in a heartbeat!

A great week in a beautiful area! Hiking, biking, sightseeing and then a beautiful home to return to after a busy day! The place was clean and did not lack any of the conveniences of home! Two bedrooms and two baths allowed for privacy. The neighbourhood was lovely and it was a short drive to all the trails and shops. Would return again and would recommend!!

We really enjoyed the location and cleanliness of the house. The area was quiet and well maintained. The house was perfect size for two couples, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equiped with everything we needed. We loved it!

We loved the house, it was within driving distance of all the places we wanted to see. The pool area was very nice, everyone was friendly. We would return.

This property is well worth the money even though it is a little out of Sedona, especially since there are two private bedrooms and baths. The kitchen has everything you need, and has a wonderful bbq right outside. The Wifi worked perfectly and t.v. has lots of options. I had friends who stayed in Sedona and we met each day and did a jeep tour, went to Jerome, golfed twice, and went up to the Grand Canyon for one long day. And I still found the time and energy to go to the casino in Camp Verde which is only about a half hour away. Lots to do in the area, and this home made a comfortable, enjoyable home base!

Susie was wonderful to deal with from beginning to end. The house is just what you see in the pictures. It is very well decorated and very comfortable for 2 couples. Susie and Ed have thought of everything, down to a fanny pack with a Safeway card. The kitchen is wonderful! Although I love to cook and normally do on our vacations, we used the kitchen very little. Susie and Ed even equipped the kitchen with coffee! The location was perfect, close to Sedona and Jerome. We really enjoyed Cottonwood and Jerome. They are both very cute little towns. If we have the opportunity to travel to Sedona again, we will definitely stay here. Remember to look up at the stars! What a wonderful place. Thank you Susie and Ed for sharing your beautiful home.

The pictures tell it all. The location is perfect. 5 minutes from Cottonwood that has everything you need. About 20 minutes from Sedona, just far enough to experience the tourism but not have to live it! In the evening you can watch the thunderstorms roll across the mountains and the sunsets are spectacular, but the storms went around us every night. We have already told our friends and family about this place and will go back again. Susie and Ed, the owners, responded very promptly.

This rental was very nicely decorated, organized and clean. We had everything we needed for preparing meals and doing laundry. Food stores were near by. The club house had a very nice pool. Wish we had used it more. Would definitely stay here again.

The owners, Ed and Susie, were incredibly responsive, and even shared check-in information prior to receipt of my check! Close to Jerome and Cottonwood; we took the historic train ride in Clarkdale (which lent some good photographic opportunities). The first Sat. Art Gallery walk in Jerome was wonderful. Although it is a bit of a drive into Sedona, the price of this home makes it worth it. We only used the home to sleep in as we were busy hiking and sightseeing during the day and enjoying Sedona restaurants at night, but can highly recommend it. We will return!

We were here for three months this past winter and enjoyed our stay very much. This home was comfortable, spacious, quiet and well-equipped and the owners were very pleasant people to work with. Sedona and surrounding area are fascinating places to visit and since this home is located closer to Cottonwood, we enjoyed the opportunity to learn and see more of this area. Of particular interest to us were the many varied hiking trails in and near Sedona, and we managed to clock over 150 miles on them this year. The area also includes many interesting historical sites and a wide variety of excellent restaurants. This was our third visit (winter) to Sedona which is a place that can grow on one very quickly. Thank you Ed and Susie for allowing us to share your beautiful home.

We reluctantly returned home from our vacation to Sedona, Cottonwood, and the Verde Valley 8 days ago and we are still excited about our experiences and adventures. Susie's Cornville home was the perfect "Home Base". Very clean, very quiet, very comfortable, impeccably decorated. Spectacular views in the morning and evening. We enjoyed relaxing on the back patio with a cup of coffee as we planned our day and relaxed with a glass of wine as we watched the stars come out at the end of the day. So relaxing. The kitchen is well designed and well equipped with everything you might need to create a gourmet meal or a simple snack. A nice Weber gas grill is available if you are so inclined. A short 15 minute drive and you are in Sedona. 5 minutes drive to Cottonwood for all of your shopping. Don't miss "Old Cottonwood" . It is a real gem. Many nice restaurants in nearby Cottonwood and Old Cottonwood. We particularly enjoyed Manzanitas (steak, seafood, German, reasonable prices) on Cornville Rd, and Pillars( Greek) in Old Cottonwood. Susie was a pleasure to work with and she is very accommodating. We highly recommend this experience.

Very Nice, Clean, and Well Equipped, High End Home! These folks are great VRBO Owners. Great Little touches like a recirculation pump on the water heater for instant hot showers! Well stocked kitchen, great for foodies! It is only about a 10 minute drive into Sedona. Believe me, staying just outside of Sedona is just fine. You'll appreciate the drive into town and seeing the vista open up as you drive over the hill. Susie was great to deal with and responded very quickly to emails. All was perfect. Thank You!

Me and my husband stayed at Ed and Susie's place just outside of Sedona, AZ. The place is well equipped, secure, and in a great location. Dealing with Ed and Suzie was an absolute pleasure and we couldn't have asked for a better stay.

My daughters and I so enjoyed our recent stay at your home. The location couldn't be better. We were able to easily visit all of the sites in the surrounding areas of Cornville/Sedona/Cottonwood. We were close enough to everything, but far enough away as well. We found the house to be comfortable and clean, and we thoroughly enjoyed the time we spent there. We stayed at this home for the months of July & August to escape the summer heat of Scottsdale, AZ. Although we experienced more humidity in Cornville than back home it was a welcome relief to be in this home as the air conditioning was excellent. The home is very comfortable and equipped with everything that one would need. The location is also excellent if you wish to explore N. Arizona as places like the Grand Canyon and Flagstaff are within easy reach and the beautiful town of Sedona with its red rocks is only 20 minutes away. The description of the property listed is accurate and the owners are easy to deal with via email even though they reside in S. Ontario, Canada. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone wishing to vacation in N. Arizona. Richard & Mary King
