Cannot beat the location! Short drive to all parks & attractions. Awesome on-site pool / waterslides / hot tub / sports courts. Very happy with house's amenities (kitchen tools, appliances, Smart TVs). Mattresses were SUPER comfy - will be asking homeowner for brand.

It suited us perfect except that painting of the outside of our particular building was in process and some windows were covered resulting in a cave like atmosphere. The lanai was dirty and unusable. I reached out to the owner and the situation was rectified. We were able open windows and use the lanai for the remaining days. Grateful for the response of the owner who didn't think the painting was to take place the week we were there. The amenities and employees of Fantasy World were A plus in our book.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It is in a very convenient location in Kissimmee and right across the street from the resort pool and amenities. The owner and property manager responded quickly to a question we had. It was a good value and just what we needed for this trip.

Condo is just ok. It's pretty banged up and needs some love, especially the paint/trim work, shower door barely closes and downstairs shower is useless (sprays all over and blows curtain outward). Not to mention there are no washcloths (odd) and the hand towels look as though they were used for painting prior. The condo has a ring doorbell/camera pretty much in your face as you walk in/out. And, the wifi thermostat kept automatically going up to 75 degrees (we had it set to 71) which is warm upstairs when kids have sunburns. It felt as though we were being observed so I unplugged the wifi. (Smaller things but when you have stayed at many VBROs in the past you expect better for a 4.7 overall rating.) Fantasy World resort was nice. It's geared more towards younger kids vs teenagers. The pool areas were clean and the staff was very nice. The slides were closed more often than open. The gym is functional and has the necessities. If we were to stay again, we would book through Fantasy World directly and save 20-25% for the exact same condo. Unfortunately, I didn't know this until we spoke to some people there.

We had a great time at this condo. Everything was clean and nice. The only downfall was that the water park was closed for maintenance, and we were not given any notification. After speaking with others, many had no idea the park was closed. Would stay here again. Very convenient to restaurants and parks.

We arrived at this location after a long day or travelling and we welcomed to no running water. Made attempts to contact the host via messenger and host stopped responding after mentioning no water. Proceeded to be on the phone with Vrbo customer service for 2 hours to try and resolve the issue, still no communication with the host. While on hold many times with Vrbo agents found out that the main pool and slide were closed for our stay, a pre-planned closure. No communication of closure was sent to us and the main reason we chose this property was for the slide. Immediately booked another place and wasted the first day of our vacation dealing with these issues. Will be fighting for a refund for this awful experience.

Located close to Discovery Cove. It was nice and relaxing on our day to just hang by the pool and drink

Family and I enjoyed a very comfortable and convenient stay. We enjoyed the water park, great neighborhood restaurants and quiet.

In town for a wedding and one day at Animal Kingdom. The location was convenient and had access to several restaurants and shopping options. Loved the amenities as well. It was overcast for our trip, but the pool and lazy river were heated so we were able to enjoy. Would book again.

I stayed with my 2 kids and the house was the perfect size to stay comfortably during our Disney trip. House was clean and check in/check out process was easy

My family stayed her for a week. The on-site pools and small water park was wonderful. And being close to Universal and Sea World was awesome. We would definitely stay here again.

Great condo. Nice to spread out. Great location.

Our stay at this place left much to be desired. First, there was no ventilation in the bathroom, which resulted in the bath towels having a persistent mildew odor, even after washing. The presence of the video camera at the door was unsettling, as it gave a sense of constant surveillance. The thermostat seemed to have a mind of its own, making the temperature changes unpredictable and at times uncomfortably hot, leading me to feel as though I was being watched. We would return home to find it at 78 degrees. On our last night I made a comment that this place is way too hot and then it plummeted to a freezing 50 degrees while we slept! I don’t like the feeling of being watched and listened to on my vacation. This place served its purpose but there is a lot of updating needed! The curtains were see through as people walked by the back of the house. This makes the living room unsecured with no privacy. Furthermore, the location was much farther from the water resort than anticipated. To add to the disappointment, the batting cages were non-functional and had apparently been in this state for a long time since the cords are under flooding water. Given these issues, we wouldn't consider staying here again.

Nice trip

The location of the property is excellent. It took us 15 to 20 minutes to get to Disney parks and 5 minutes from grocery stores. The unit had everything we needed and the kids really enjoyed the property's water park.

This is a nice little unit that is more than comfortable for a party of four. There is a pull out for five. The bonus is that the pool area is fun and there is an arcade, basketball courts and a pitching machine for much needed downtime from the park. And you can literally walk to an Olive Garden, one of many reasonably priced restos in the area. Last, the kitchen is very functional. Relatively easy ride to Disney.

Fantasy world resort was a joy to stay at. Super clean and amazing staff. The property itself we rented needs updates but was good for what we needed- it’s fantastic that the entire resort access comes with this rental!

This is our 2nd year coming back to Fantasy World and it is a great place for families. We have always used Vrbo to book our room and we have always been very happy This place had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. It’s a great location and very short walk to the pool. Probably 3 minutes we will definitely be booking this place again.

We had a great experience. Kids had plenty to do to stay entertained. Space was clean. Would only wish there was more space for sitting as it was not the most comfortable to sit at a dining table to watch television at times since limited sitting area.

Property has everything you need and anything extra is a very short drive (within 10 minutes). Parks are a short drive as well (~15 mins). Great spot.

We had a great family trip and really enjoyed the pool area. The staff at the resort were really friendly and there were always activities going on like cotton candy or snow cones. Everything about the facilities was good. The rental house was was nice and was comfortable. I only had a couple suggestions such as replacing the pans. They're in terrible condition and all scratched up so making and cleaning scrambled eggs was not fun. There was no cooking oil or even salt when we got there. You may want to bring an extra roll of TP if you have 3 girls in the home. We ran out. Besides those minor inconveniences and added costs I'd recommend this rental.

We took 3 grandchildren with us for a long weekend and they had the best time. We were very happy with our stay.

We had a blast staying at this location for our Winter break! Great location, with plenty to do, whether it’s venturing out into Orlando, or just staying at the resort, our family LOVED it!
