This is a beautiful home 2 blocks from downtown and the beach! Everything you may need is within walking distance from CVS to restaurants.

Great property. Plenty of room. Perfect location for a short walk to the shops and restaurants on Main Street and to the beach.

We truly enjoyed our stay in Huntington Beach and couldn't have been happier. The property was spacious, clean and perfectly located just a few steps from the beach. Shopping, dining...it's all just a block away. We had access to bikes, beach chairs and beach towels etc. Soooo convenient! This won't be the last time we've stayed here. Thank you, Walli

Walli was very patient with me. I had booked more than one due to my lack of knowledge or tech ability. She was very understanding and helpful.

My husband and I flew halfway across the country to Huntington Beach to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We believed we selected a good rental for our celebration trip, unfortunately we were mistaken. Although the rental is centrally located, given the choice I would not rent here again. Here's why. 1. The home was not cleaned properly. Counters were dusty, the bathrooms appeared like someone just did a simple wipe down and simply folded the towels. The rooms smelled a little dingy. The floors were dirty. Note that guests are not allowed to wear shoes inside the home. Mind you there is a $350 cleaning fee built into the rental fees. 2. Our check in process was very long and tedious (nearly 1 hour). The manager Walli met us at the rental and walked us through a very long explanation of the nuances of this particular home. There are various light switches that should not touched, outlets that do not work properly and doors with complicated locking procedures. There was an extensive list of "what not to do" while you are in this home. 3. The television/cable did not work, so our visitors/family missed out on Sunday Football (a long time ritual at our household).4. There is an apartment community directly across the street from the home and we found the tenants were a bit noisy.5. The property manager Walli, was very unprofessional, intrusive and rude. 6. Bring your own hand soap, paper towels, dish soap and toilet paper. Fortunately, there is a CVS down the street.I will spare everyone the rest of the details. If you have other options, look for another rental....I wish I had.

Great house, location, amenities. You can see the beach from the front sidewalk -it's right there! Everything you need for the beach including a wagon to carry it all. 8 cruiser bikes to ride the bike path along the beach for miles. We will be back!

House was immaculate and garage was well stocked with beach gear and toys. Walli was very kind and hospitable, but at times it was too much; I prefer less contact with the owner. I felt pressure to check in on her schedule and she finally agreed to let us use the keyless entry. Also, I don’t want a call from the owner on my vacation when everything is working well and I have not reached out with complaints. I appreciate her kind gestures but next time I may opt to go through a property management company instead.

Short walk to the beach or to Main Street restaurants. Great patio and loved that they had bikes you could use, we rode along the beach everyday.

GREAT BEACH HOUSE WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE TO EVERYTHING.THE HOME WAS VERY CLEAN, EVERYTHING WE NEEDED.WILL BE RETURN GUESTS FOR SURE!
