You'd have quick and easy access to swimming pool or BBQ areas. The garden area is maintained very well. 5 mins walk to the Kamaole beach. The unit had all needed kitchen utensils, towels , 2 beach chairs and umbrella. Boogie boards and kids toys could be rented next to the pool club. The only con that I can list here is that neighboring unit was under construction and there was some noise during the week days, but contractors were responsive enough to stop the noise when it was needed.

We brought along our 1 yr old, and it was nice to be on the ground floor and watch him run out onto the beautifully manicured pavilion every morning. This time we were in 2 suites and had to change rooms as we spent 5 nights in 2-105. Matt arranged for us to drop off our luggage in the next suite along with our refrigerated food supply as we weren’t sure how we were going to keep it cold while we waited for the new room to be cleaned. We dropped our stuff off and then were able to go out an enjoy our day to return to a clean room with all of our clothes and food supply.

It was the perfect location for couples and families with small children. With a beach right across the road and the pool and wading pools on the property the kids had a blast. The grounds were absolutely beautiful and obviously tended to with much T.L.C. The gardeners are doing a wonderful job of maintaining their piece of paradise. I would definitely recommend this property to everyone.

The location on the property was great with close access to the pool out the back door. There is a beautiful view from the patio out to the ocean where I could see boats going by and the sky was gorgeous behind the palm trees at sunset. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed. We didn't do a lot of cooking but the kitchen would have accommodated just about anything we wanted to make. If I had one recommendation it would be to free up a cupboard or two to store snacks, cereal, chips, etc as it seemed like there was nowhere to put anything except out on the counter. Either way I would definitely stay here again.

Several quiet gorgeous beaches are within short walking distance. Small stores, shops and restaurants also within walking distance. It was the perfect combination of feeling like we had our own private space away from everything and still be close to entertainment and amenities.

We loved our stay at this property. The ground floor access, large lawn space, and close proximity to the condo pool and Kamaole III beach was perfect for our stay with small children.

Great location across from Kam III beach. Nice walk to beach. Loved the ground floor walkout. View of gardens with ocean in the background. View of swimming pool the other way . Very well updated, maintained, fully stocked kitchen and beach toys. Highly recommend this unit . Only negative of complex is if you are an adult looking for a quiet pool to read a book or swim, the pool very full of young children, families and grandparents. Pool is a little small for the number of units. But a great place to meet wonderful people.

We had coffee on the lanai every morning to the sound of numerous types of birds melodiously greeting the rising sun. Our ground floor lanai had spectacular views of the resorts well manicured lawns, flowers, trees and pathways. We walked across the street daily to Kamaole Park III beach (maybe 100 yds from the condo) to picnic, snorkel (we saw many large sea turtles as well as tropical fish) and gaze at the awesome sunsets. The resort property is conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants, shopping centers and a short drive to golf courses. Also, it has very easy access to the highway for any day trips around the island. The condo was very clean and well kept with a comfortable bed, thoughtfully arranged living / dining area and georgeous kitchen that has all of the amenities required for a gormet meal. Matt with PMI Maui, our rental agent, was easy to contact & communicate with as well as being very helpful with ideas and suggestions. We will DEFINITLY return to Kamaole Sands Resort in the future and will recommend this location to family and friends.
