Gorgeous house with everything you need in a great location!

We had the perfect stay in St Maxime. The location of the villa is simply unbeatable - literally on the beach. The views over the Med from the living room, bedrooms and pool are absolutely stunning and the villa itself is beautifully appointed and really luxurious. We felt completely at home straight away! We are a family of four with two teenage children, who had plenty to keep them happily occupied throughout. The warm welcome provided by our hosts also made us feel really special. This place really is a little piece of paradise!

Our stay at the Villa Paradou was super - we loved the openness and space in the house, great kitchen, wonderful verandas on several levels, perfect location, fantastic views and a pool that warmed up considerably in the second week. We had only a few issues with the pool draining/leaking which were handled by the company daily, and with the lounge chairs on the terrace, some of which were old and fraying, and these were handled promptly and professionally by the property manager. We would be delighted to return to Villa Paradou, and wish you a great stay.

This Villa is amazing. 25 minute walk along the beach to town. Fantastic restaurants in town, and in nearby towns. Kitchen very well equipped. And big, everything is big, the views and the space. We used the gym downstairs everyday, and very nice for everyone to have their own full bath. 20 minute drive to Saint Tropez.. Marie was a perfect host. I would stay here again and again.

We booked this house for a family vacation and it surpassed our expectations. The house is actually a bit larger and more spacious and airy than the pictures make it seem. The living room/dining room area has high ceilings and we really enjoyed hanging out there together. There are many patios and outdoor spaces, and we made great use of the ping-pong table! The main road in Sainte Maxime does run in front of the house, but the house is totally quiet, cool and comfortable. We all slept well and the bathrooms were also a little nicer than the pictures (though the showers are small) but plenty of hot water. Best surprise was how nice the beach right at the bottom of the driveway was! We booked chairs at some local beach clubs (we loved Mario Plage!) but we also loved swimming right across the street from the house—it was awesome being that close to the sea! Overall we were thrilled with the house and the location. We were also able to walk into town (about a mile) which we did often. Our only comments for improvement are that the house could be better stocked for guests (we had to buy toilet paper, soap, sponges etc.) and there were no beach towels so we had to buy those as well. But the kitchen was well stocked with plates, mugs and utensils, and the fridge is large. We had an AMAZING stay and we absolutely recommend this house and Sainte Maxime!!

What a great vacation and well could return. Helpful hint is that the official address is not the way to find the home. The house and driveway front on the sea road not on the official address which apparently is in a gated community at the rear of the home.

Very easy to book. Meet and greet fab. Well equipt kitchen. Terrace very hot could do with a fan, though has canopy providing shade. Perfect if you are bringing a nanny or au pair ! Fresh fruit left not that fresh. Lots of other basics though available in the kitchen to use which was excellent. Rooms and bathrooms all clean and very comfortable. Easy to walk in to town. Thku for a lovely week. We will recommend your house to others.

The property was really good and really ideal for the group of 8 people we had staying The location is fantastic, the veranda and pool are fabulous for spending time with outdtanding views. Very easy to walk into Sainte Maxime for morning coffee, shopping or to grab a water taxi to Saimnt Tropez. Its well equipped and very spacious and airy inside and the air con enabled us to sleep well in a cool building at night. Its easy to drive to the local supermarket for provisions as well. Bikes, lilos, and table tennis were a useful feauture as was the gym which we couldn't really use due to the heatwave. Can't really fault it and would love to return.

Vi var 11 personer , noe som gikk veldig bra takket være et stort og romslig hus som også har et lite gjestehus. Madrassene var gode og alle sov godt. Vinduene er godt lydisolert så man forstyrres ikke av veien like nedenfor. Beliggenheten er fantastisk! Ca 50 meter til stranden og stort, flott basseng i hagen. Det var ca 800 meter å gå eller sykle til et bakeri med deilige bakervarer. Like over brua er det også en Sparbutikk. Carrefour med kjempeutvalg er heller ikke så langt unna. Kommunikasjonen med den svenske eieren var utmerket . Vi anbefaler stedet på det varmeste!! Det er lurt å planlegge transporten til og fra flyplassen hvis man ikke leier bil. Vi tok buss 3003 fra flyplassen til St. Raphael og byttet til buss 7601 der til St. Maxime. På vei tilbake bestilte vi transport med Shuttle Direct, litt dyrere , men utmerket service.

A group of 4 couples shared Villa Paradou for 8 nights at the end of May. The photos on the web site were amazing and we worried that the reality could match. The villa was even better than the photos. Saint Maxime is a charming Cote d'Azur village with excellent restaurants, decent shopping and a great food market. It was a 10-15 minute walk to town along the beautiful Mediterranean. The villa was equipped with a fantastic kitchen, outdoor grill and a great, simple to use coffee maker that used espresso pods. The views from everywhere were beautiful. Just above the pool was a covered area with a ping pong table that got plenty of use. It was a 25 minute drive to St. Tropez for upscale shopping and one night at a high end restaurant. Two days we ventured into the hills to find the wonderfully charming towns of Tour Tour and La Garde Freinet. Lunch in both towns was great. The restaurant in Tour Tour was on a veranda perched high above a majestic valley. I would recommend Villa Paradou to anyone who wants the experience of the Cote d'Azur without the hustle and bustle of the avant garde cities.

We stayed for 2 wonderful weeks at this villa during May 2018. Had a marvellous time. The villa is very spacious and well equipped. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were fabulous. Even better than the photos suggested. Lovely views from the large balcony overlooking St Tropez Bay. There is about a 20 minute walk to the town of Ste Maxime which has lovely restaurants and shops. You can also catch a ferry over the bay to St Tropez from the town marina. There is a reasonable size pool and a number of seating areas around it, which proved popular. We will be returning here.! .

With such a great view it's hard not to fully love the villa. The house is large and all rooms are spacious with many toilets, showers and lovely balconies. The area with all its beautiful colors is amazing to explore. Nearby are tennis courts, hiking areas and plenty of nice restaurants. It's definitely not the last time we visit Sainte Maxime and we are looking forward to staying in Villa Paradou again.

Me and my boyfriend stayed at Villa Paradou for Easter, though it was early season the weather was great and it was warm. The villa is at walking distance from Sainte Maxime which is a really cosy village with a lot of nice restaurants, shops and a casino. We biked to Port de Grimaud for a day which was really cool with its little canals and nice setting. We like to be active so we especially enjoyed the villa's gym, bicycles, table tennis and pool :) one day we also played tennis at the local tennis club which is located two minutes away from the villa. The villa itself is great and modern with everything you might need. But most of all we loved the view from the villa, overlooking the sea with the most amazing sunrises. We'd definitely go back!

We spent a relaxing yet activity filled weekend in Saint Maxime, thats' location allowed us to enjoy a mix of beautiful scenery and nature walks, biking distance to the picturesque Port de Grimaud and an easy drive to the sunny seaside town of Antibes. The villa is situated right on the coastline with a spectacular sea view, and the perfect vantage point for fantastic sunrises. It is furbished with all the amenities we could wish for for a weekend get away, and the great cooking facilities meant we were as happy to dine in as out.
