The house was amazing! It had everything we needed from a coffee maker to beach chairs. The location was very convenient and within walking distance of many restaurants and the beach. The host, Tony, was available to answer any questions with an immediate response. I would highly recommend staying here!

We have been staying at this location every year for the last four years. We love the location—close to fun restaurants/downtown St. Augustine and close to the beach. We spend most of our time at the beach and relaxing in the house. This house is clean and comfortable and perfect for our needs as a small family of three. We hope to be back next year!

Tony was so accommodating and accessible. The home is beautiful, clean and well stocked. It is a short walk to the beach and dining. We made many wonderful memories in this home. We highly recommend and hope to be back next summer. If you are an early riser, take a quick walk to the beach and catch a breathtaking sunrise.

We really appreciate how many things were available in this house. It had everything that we needed to have a great time at the beach. Honestly, the pictures don't do the property justice. It's fantastic.

The house is excellent. Perfect location, short walk to the beach. The house is immaculate, kitchen stocked for familes who want to cook. There is also a zester. We always bring ours however Tony thought of everything for the kitchen, and through out the entire house for his guests. Great resturants are within short walking distances. Our time there was perfect.

This quaint beach neighborhood is preciously nostalgic. The house is clean, airy & nicely decorated. It’s such a quick walk to the beach, and it is breathtaking. The horizon is absolutely stunning. Walking distance to many great restaurants. Publix is just a mile & a half down the road. Island Donuts is a must. We had an excellent vacation!!

5th straight year, house is impeccable (new driveway looks great), perfect weather, perfect host in Tony, what else can I say.. Oh, time to book for next year!

We adore this beach house. It is beautifully kept, and is very close to the beach and great restaurants. It is the perfect place to fully relax, get in quality beach time, and decompress. It is very spacious with a wonderful breezy upstairs porch, and a back patio with a gorgeous outdoor shower. We can’t imagine staying anywhere else in St. Augustine after staying here (two years in a row now)!

This property is awesome! It looks exactly like the pictures. Extremely clean and comfortable. So many memories made in the large living and dining room area with great food and family games. Walk to the beach was absolutely nothing and once there the beach and ocean were amazing. So close to downtown and great donut shop a few walking blocks away and tasty breakfast at the A1A diner. Tony is a great host sharing his wonderful beach house.

We loved staying here. Most everything you need and want is within walking distance. The house is very clean and appointed nicely. We were able to walk just across the street to beach access and great restaurants and stores are just blocks away. We will definitely stay here again.

We have been coming to florida for years and have stayed in many homes and this one takes the cake! Perfect location, close to everything, food, beach etc... this home had all the amenties. We will definitely be back!

The locals are happy to stop for you to cross and encourage carrying orange flags to make pedestrians more visible. We had lots of waves and smiles. We really felt at home at this house. It had everything you could ever need and more. It is nicer and cuter than the pictures show and the 2nd floor balcony was perfect for evening relaxing. They have a ton of beach items to use including bikes. Would stay here again for sure.

Just bring your clothes.... seriously! This home had everything you could possibly need for a fun filled beach trip. Way beyond your average supply of a beach house or condo. There was also a good supply of beach equipment available for our use, chairs (very nice chairs!), bikes, even a cooler. Traveling with kids it is especially nice knowing you don't have to load as much in the car. Being a parent I always look for specific things in a vacation rental, to make sure they are safe and have a good time. They enjoyed it as much as we did. The walk to the beach was nothing. equivalent - if not easier, than the boardwalks at some of the condos ON the beach in that area (butler, crescent, etc.) Even with small children (2 and 4) We come to St. Augustine Beach every year and this is by far our favorite place to stay. Cant wait to come back next year.
