The Citrus House was fabulous, perfect for an extended weekend for our family of 6. Conveniently located to some of the best shops and restaurants in the desert. We enjoyed the beautiful tiled pool and comfortable lounge chairs, bocce ball, we biked, played tennis nearby, hiked to waterfalls, enjoyed outdoor meals in the garden and all watched MBA playoffs in the comfortable living room. The house was clean and comfortable, and so well equipped. The fresh citrus everyday was a real treat. We can’t wait to return.

Pictures online can’t accurately depict the beauty of the outdoor area of this home. It is stunning and we enjoyed as much time outdoors as possible. Despite temps in the 100’s, there are many covered areas that stayed cool and the pool is lovely. Hot tub wonderful as well. Property owner was incredibly responsive to questions or needs while we were there. The home is lovely as well-each bedroom has everything the guest would need and the kitchen is perfectly equipped. Our group of 6 friends could not have been happier. Proximity to downtown is a few minutes but still a quiet neighborhood. Beautiful park within a quarter mile that we all enjoyed as well.

Great spot for up to 6 adults. Clean, many outside areas to gather. Fire pit, hot tub, pool, bocci court and patio dining. Kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary supplies. Right of main street downtown Palm Springs. Many restaurants and bars nearby.

This was the perfect spot for our group of 9 women on our annual girls weekend trip (new city every year). The property was as described (no surprises). The location was excellent! Close and convenient to everything. The pool and jacuzzi were inviting. More than enough space to hang out and have fun but also have some private time if need be. I would highly recommend!!

We love staying at this beautiful property. It is a gorgeous home with well appointed rooms and a full stocked kitchen. It really is like staying at your own private resort; beautiful grounds, citrus trees, the large private pool, hot tub, bikes, bocce ball court, fire pit, outdoor pizza oven. Plenty of room to spread out and close to downtown. Owners and house manager are great with communication. Booking soon for next year. Thanks again for an amazing stay.

We stayed here for a bachelorette weekend to relax and restore ourselves. Everything on the property was stunning and thoughtful. It is the perfect place to stay in Palm Springs where you can have privacy, relax, cook in and have a truly memorable time. The home itself has aged very well and has incredible character, the kitchen is well stocked, and every corner of the yard is beautiful. The beds were all very comfortable and we stayed cool despite 100+ temps that weekend. The one single downside was that Gardeners came very early on Friday morning, which we weren’t notified of. It startled us, but we got over it :) the check in process was so easy and everyone involved was easy to communicate with. It would be a dream to stay here again, I had the best time. Don’t think twice!

Very nice property with three casitas. It's located on a Main Street so you get a lot of street noise while outside in the pool. House was not very clean upon arrival and had issues with the air conditioning all weekend not cooling the house down. Making it very difficult to cook meals inside since it would be unbearable. Was charged extra fees from management for cleaning out a fire pit and " extra cleaning fees" when the house it self wasn't clean ie (bugs and dust in rooms)on arrival and no instructions to not use a Fire pit to burn wood at night. Don't think it was worth the money for sure

My girlfriends and I stayed here for a long weekend and did not want to leave this gorgeous house. The photos do not do this property justice. The pool was perfect, the kitchen was perfect, and it felt like a dream staying here. We are already talking about another trip to Palm Springs. Highly highly recommend booking this perfect property.

The pool, hot tub, lawn bowling and many chaise loungers were all utilized. A quick walk to shops/restaurants and close drive to the tram and hiking trails. The noise from the street did not bother us- actually made it less stressful to be quiet outside with PS noise rules. Took a day trip to Simi Valley to Reagan Pres. Library- a trip well worth the drive. Would highly recommend this home to others. Very easy check-in with excellent communication.

Once again we truly enjoyed our stay at the Citrus House in Palm Springs. This is a beautiful property with a lot of space, comfortable rooms, and great amenities. The property is even more beautiful than the pictures convey. The location is ideal, close walking distance to many restaurants and shops. It's the perfect vacation spot to gather a group of friends or family. We are already planning another repeat visit for 2023. The owner and manager are awesome to work with, great communication. Thanks again for sharing this spectacular home with us!

There was a serious plumbing issue while we were there and the owners and house managers handled it very quickly and efficiently. We would happily come back again!!

Citrus House was a perfect location to host my friends for my 50+1 birthday. The property has many vignettes for small or group conversation. The rooms were comfortable and well appointed. The location was perfectly situated close to wonderful shops and restaurants. Freshly picked lemons and grapefruit were a perfect addition to our cocktails.

Wow! This property is even better than what we were expecting. The house and the grounds are gorgeous. Dealing with the property manager was a breeze. Everything was clean and we had all the things we needed. It's right off the main road so there are a lot of restaurants and cute coffee shops. We love it and would highly recommend staying here.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Cirtus Hosue for our group of 8. THe property, more like a compound, is breathtakingly beautiful. The interior is decorated with the mostly beautifully curated items from around the world, with comfy beds and great linens and fluffy towels. The outdoor living is the best I have ever seen in a rental home - complete with amazing pool, 12 luxury loungers, gorgeous long table for meals on the veranda, and a pizza oven! The owners were incredibly responsive and answered any questions within minutes. The only constructive criticism I have is that the ice situation is a bit dismal. The fridge does not produce enough for a house that large and was almost empty upon arrival. I suggest putting a 20 lb bag in the freezer to get guests started and then let them buy more. This is so minor though, the hosue is luxury in every way and walkable to everywhere in downtown Palm Springs, if you ever want to leave. Thank you for the hospitality!!!!

One thing that is concerning about renting in PS is the noise ordinance, which is very strict. I felt less constrained by that because the front side, which is where the pool is, faces Indian Canyon Blvd, so there is some traffic noise. But it made it so we weren't paranoid about disturbing the neighbors, so it was actually a good thing. The traffic noise was not too noticeable, and the pool still very private with well established hedges. We made use of the pizza oven with great results! There are plenty of spices and some staples, which not all rentals have, we appreciated that. Owners were responsive and communicative before check-in, and provided a nice welcoming gift for my birthday weekend. It was really wonderful! The pictures really undersell this property. You will be pleasantly surprised at the grounds and house. There were a few minor issues, some just go with an older house - squeaky doors, broken doorknob, etc., a little oil and elbow grease would fix. We were told not to use one of the ovens, but the one we could use didn't get up to temperature. One minor mistake in the listing - there are not three separate "casitas". There is an outbuilding with 3 private rooms, each with its own entrance and full bath, but they are all in one building in the back yard of the main house, sort of like a motel setup. They are nonetheless also well appointed and totally private. It worked well for our group, and we had a great 4 days here! Highly recommend!
