Our family enjoyed the stay in Fountain Hills. The house was well suited for 6 of us with the three bedrooms and casita. Location was fabulous. We thoroughly enjoyed Fountain Hills. House was close to the six golf courses we played. Pool and spa were great. House was very comfortable, including the beds, for all of us. Felt like a resort. Would recommend this home for a group stay. Owner very responsive and check in/check out easy.

This house exceeds expectations! Enough room for our family and great outdoor space for swimming and relaxing. We absolutely loved our time here and will be coming back! The owners are wonderful and easy to communicate with. You’ll find all the creature comforts you need in this house.

This property was perfect for us - 2 couples and with 2 adult children. The house was so beautiful -- big enough that we could enjoy cooking together, playing games, relaxing in the beautiful hot tub/pool, celebrating family and the new year and everyone had their own bathroom!! The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked, the bedding so comfortable and amenities were perfect. The location was ideal -- close to golf, hiking, dining. shopping and an easy drive to Sodona - which is not to be missed. Finally, Stephanie was very responsive and easy to work with! We all agreed we would rent this house again -- and we are extensive VRBO users with a high bar!

My wife and I came out to this wonderful property for some peace and quiet. It surely didn’t disappoint. The backyard pool and spa were exactly what we needed. It was quiet, peaceful, and definitely private. The home was very spacious. We would definitely come back here numerous times.

Perfect spring vacation getaway for two families. The house was beautiful with plenty of space. Great kitchen area. All bedrooms have private baths. Wonderful and very private back patio with great pool, spa, lounge, and eating areas. Located in a quiet and very walkable neighborhood. Easy walk down to the bar and grill at the golf course for a bite to eat. We loved our stay!

The property is in a gorgeous setting, very private back yard, great neighborhood. There is a pool with a hot tub and waterfall. The house is large and has all the supplies needed. The decor is rather outdated, but adequate. The owner was communicative and responsive when we had questions. Overall, it was a very nice stay. However, some things need improved: 1. There were 20+ bees swarming around the ledge of the hot tub where the water spilled into the pool. For those with allergies or fear of bees, this made the pool and hot tub unusable. When owner was contacted about this problem, she said the bees were just “collecting water” and it was part of living “out west” and declined to do anything about it. This was extremely disappointing, as the outdoor pool area was the main reason we chose this property. 2. Also related to the pool: there was a lot of debris in the pool and a white film on all the tile. When I asked about having the pool cleaned, the owner declined, saying “the pool guy comes on Tuesday”, which was the day we were leaving. 3. This home can sleep at least 10 people. However, there were only two loungers at the pool. If more than 2 people wanted to sunbathe, you had to sit in a regular chair or lay on the concrete. Not ideal for people coming from a cold climate and very much wanting to soak up some sun!! 4. The linens in all the bedrooms were not clean - including finding hairs not belonging to us. The sheets didn’t fit well and were constantly coming off. The mattress “topper” in the master was completely crooked and only covered a portion of the actual bed. The only way to fix it was to strip the entire bed and remake it. Not how you want to start your first night after a long flight. 5. Owner requires all linens to be laundered by the guest before leaving. This seems like a big ask, as many of us had an 8:00am flight and needed to leave for the airport by 5:15am. Is it reasonable to request guests to wake up at 2;00am to do several loads of laundry prior to leaving? Maybe this is why all the sheets were dirty?? Perhaps the previous guests were not able to complete all of their laundry chores before they left? The owner has cleaners come in between rentals - why would laundry not be part of that service? 6. Bathroom sink in the casita was clogged upon arrival. Owner said “use Drano”, when notified, but this did not work. Several disappointing things but we made do and enjoyed.

Lovely Canyon setting, with an “old world” opulent decor. LOTS of stairs inside and outside. Not great for children, especially kids under 5? Also tough on “old knees and hips”!
