Everything was as it was advertised. We received information in a timely manner. The rules were reasonable. The rooms with two sets of bunks (queen size) were perfect for all of our teen girls. Overall, we had a really good experience.

We had a wonderful time staying here ohr only issues we ran into were the hot tubs that didn't want to work and the dryers handle being broke which we had to figure out how to open ourselves. Other then that the place was amazing and we would book again

We rented this cabin for our entire wedding group to stay in the mountains with us and attend our ceremony in Pigeon Forge. It was spacious, well equipped and furnished, and perfect for our purposes. Only downside is that you only have 4 small outdoor trash cans for the entire stay. They only pickup the trash during your stay if it is 7 days or longer.

This cabin is ideal for large families distributed on three levels, and has a spacious kitchen for group eating and activities.

The lodge is a beautiful and spacious facility. It was Im navigate on arrival / great housekeeping. The owners need to do some upgrading of furniture and kitchen cookware. Sofas were overworn and some kitchen cookware broken and of substandard quality which detracted from the quality this property couid be. Our family experience here was the best

We couldn't get the ice maker to work. One hot tub didn't get above 80 degrees but it was perfect for the little kids to "swim" in. We were very pleased with everything else. Had a WONDERFUL family gathering of 5 days together.

We had 35 adults and kids. Great for large groups.

We had a great time and the cabin met our needs. It could use a few updates or renovations but well worth the price and would stay again.

From the moment we drove up to the cabin, we fell in love with Pine Tree Lodge. I have 4 adult children, their spouses, 10 grandchildren, and their friends...totaling 22 in all. When I walked into the kitchen and saw the amazing dining table that we all could sit at, I was in awe. It was that way with everything. We had plenty of room to accommodate all 22 of us without feeling cramped at all. The queenside bunkbeds were perfect for the teenagers. The cabin was very clean, the air conditioner worked fine on the bottom floors but on the top floor it was a little warm, but that was not a problem because we would open the door to cool it off. We loved the 2 well-maintained hot tubs and the large wrap around porch! We will definitely be back to stay at Pine Tree Lodge!!!

Being from a big family that has moved to different states, this was the perfect middle ground with enough room for all 26 of us to stay together..siblings, significant others and nieces and nephews…. Wish there were more parking spots available, even if it was located somewhere else on the property…. This did put us in a bind, considering most everyone is from different states.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was the perfect size for our group. The location sucked. No views of anything. The hot tubs didn't heat up. One of the Refrigerators was raggedy. Floors need a good scrub.

Cabin was awesome and with 14 of us, two of everything in the kitchen was great. Close to everything but far enough away to relax. When we were not someplace in town, it was nice to sit a rock on the deck. Everything worked and was clean. The only thing we called management for was to pick up our trash and it was gone the next day.

Dirty floors, 3 electric can openers broke, ice maker didn’t work, no linens for sofa beds, not enough large trash bags, detergents. One of the hot tubs wasn’t working, but they did come fix it . Some of the pots and pans were dirty. Plenty of room for 19 of us to stay for 4 nights

All in all a very functional space for our group of 16 (3 kids, 13 adults). The downstairs bedrooms are extremely sensitive to the noise upstairs. So put the early risers in the basement bedrooms. The floor creaking is stupid loud.

We had a great time exploring the beautiful Smoky Mountains during our family reunion at this wonderful cabin. It easily accommodated the many family members we had.

The house was very roomy, but there were several things that were broken or dysfunctional. We read the reviews before we went, and we should have followed up with owners to see if they were fixed because they were NOT! 3 of the tvs didn't work, including the DVR on the theatre set. A bar stool fell apart when sit in, the bed frames in 2 of the rooms about fell down because they weren't even attached, pool sticks had no tips, golden tee had a button that didn't work, basketball game score didn't work, pan and knife handles fell off, no gas grill, and many other items, but to many to name. The owners must not have visited their property in a long time. I can't imagine them seeing the shape it is in. Lots of trash off the back decks made for a bad view also.

It was very easy process and the renters was very helpful!

To start with we had to wait outside for 1 hr after our check in time because they were not done cleaning. Next we rented this particular property because it had a theater which was to be used in our agenda. The theater projector never worked. Was told they would get the tech guys out but they never came. The DVD upstairs would not open. A vent with filter kept falling open from the ceiling in the living room. The upstairs baths (4) only 1 had hot water. I called the first night with no response so I called again the next morning. Finally someone came. They put the filter cover and filter back in but it fell down again before our stay was over. They promised to get the tech company out for the projection issue but they never came. They taped down some rugs that were a fall issue but not all of them. They worked on the hot water upstairs and said they would return later to check on it which they never came back, also still no hot water. They did manage to get a loaner DVD player for the upstairs. Upon checking out I informed the company of the issues again. They told they would send a message to their compensation department and they would get back with me by the end of the week. Still no response. Worst experience I have ever had.

We just finished a week here with our kids and their families. We had a wonderful time and this house accommodated us perfectly. It’s a great set up with plenty of room for large groups we loved the kitchen and the ability to have all 25 of us sitting at the same table. Plenty of room to prepare food and the double fridges gave us plenty of room to store it. Well stocked with two griddles two blenders multiple muffin pans a hand mixer - could use some measuring spoons and measuring cups but plenty of plates, bowls and cups. Bring extra toilet paper, soap, laundry detergent etc if you are staying more than a few days. We loved our stay and had a few crying kids this morning because they didn’t want to leave.

Our youth group rented this cabin for a Monday-Friday trip. The bedrooms are spacious and the upstairs rooms with 2 queen size bunk beds in each room was great! We cooked almost every meal on site and the kitchen was suitable for this. The only thing we had to do was buy our own ice as the two ice machines in the refrigerators couldn't keep up with the demand for 33 people. It's about a 30 minute drive to Pigeon Forge which isn't too bad of a drive. If you're a large group, you'll enjoy this cabin.

Overall it was good.

Loved the views. Not always sure about the sharp turn to get to the parking spots from the main entrance.

Cabin was great and served us well for large family gathering of 17 people. Plenty of room for everyone and the kids really enjoyed the downstairs game room. The place was as described and true to pictures Location was great as well. We had some minor issues that really didn’t greatly affect the vacation but did highlight the lack of a contact person. Tried to call the office and was routed to a person in Florida who clearly had no knowledge of the property. I could see this being a significant problem if there was a significant problem.

We will come again awesome.

Beautiful place, never got the blue ray to play a movie in the theater section but other than that it was a beautiful place and very clean, loved our stay there and would definitely book it again
