Great house. Amazing host. Wonderful stay!!

Our party of 8 (four adults, two teens, two kids) really enjoyed our weeklong stay! The home was immaculate when we arrived and we truly appreciated Grady's flexibility on timing for both check-in and check-out. The kitchen was well-stocked, nice pool towels were provided, and the bedrooms were spacious. The pool is great and easy to operate the heater / hot tub heater. Unfortunately it wasn't super warm during our stay, so we used the hot tub more than we normally would, and therefore appreciated how quickly it heated up and how easy it was to manage. The location is great for a quick drive into downtown Palm Springs, and easy to head out of town to Joshua Tree & other attractions. Would recommend!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is well stocked and in very good condition. Pool and hot tub were very nice. Only small complaint would be that the dish washer did not clean the dishes very well.

The highlight of our trip was definitely the pool/spa in the backyard. A generous space, with Mountain View’s, and a large home to accommodate multiple families, it was great. The home is not specifically set up for small kids, but we could adjust for that, and would definitely consider staying again.

Beautifully decorated, Palm Springs themed house design. Lovely patio/deck with ample seating and shade/umbrellas. Well supplied kitchen for cooking with lots of condiments and staples left for us to use, which was much appreciated. Hadn't been to Palm Springs proper for many years so was heartened to see that the commercial area has revived and the community is vibrant and welcoming.

We really loved how spread out we could be when we each needed our quite time. Very comfortable bedrooms. The kitchen was used for all of our meals except for 3 meals. Pool and hot were used everyday as well!

Wonderful base for visiting Palm Springs - awesome views of the mountains and sunsets from the living areas and generous master. Very clean and well setup for families and friends to enjoy the best that Palm Springs has to offer.

Very nice property, well maintained, everything you need on hand. Property manager was very attentive to concerns that I had. Photos are an accurate representation of the property.

I rented this home to celebrate my 70th with some good friends and rest and relax after a few grueling months of work. It was a perfect choice! The home is lovely, well stocked for guests and has all the bells and whistles anyone could want. My only regret is that it is already booked for Thanksgiving!

What a perfect spot to relax and celebrate a birthday with family and friends. Waking up to the mountains and the palm trees each morning was a memory that I will cherish. Thank you for making our stay so special.

Our family enjoyed staying here over spring break. The property was very nice, we loved the pool, and there were even baby hummingbirds we could watch in a tree in the courtyard! Grady was communicative and helpful, and made sure our stay was worry-free. Our family will fondly remember our stay here for many years.

6 cycling friends enjoyed the house immensely. We were there to ride 100 miles in the annual Tour du Palm Springs. Perfect location to start the ride, and for other activities such as the Tram and Joshua Tree. Enjoyed the pool, spa, barbecue and large kitchen.

We were a group of 6 women college friends, and the house was perfect for us. Great location, beautiful pool and outdoor area, lovely indoor spaces, and a very communicative host/manager who helped us when there were issues. We all agreed that we would return to this house in a heartbeat. Loved it!

Property was lovely. Had all amenities. Close to Downtown Palm Springs. Minutes from Hiking and Tram. 15 minutes from Airport. 8 people have plenty of room.

Stunning views., Comfortable beds, Clean.....and a Great location! Doesn't get any better.....And the heated pool/spa were hits with the kids!

The house is furnished beautifully with a gorgeous outdoor pool, hot tub and fire pit which we enjoyed. Kitchen is well appointed and Grady, was responsive and helpful.

It was exactly the vacation we had hoped for. Palm Springs is hot but the pool and view made for a relaxing few days for our family. The children swam non stop. It was well stocked for cooking and had everything we needed. The canyon area is beautiful and we took evening walks. Great, safe location as well. We would definitely rent again.

Grady was totally wonderful and the property is a dream. There is a casita for anyone wishing for a getaway from whatever is going on in the house. Everything was spotless.

You will not be disappointed with this pad. great living areas inside and out, and very clean. Came with everything we needed. one of those places that you will want to come back to.

This property was absolutely perfect to celebrate my 40th birthday with friends! The rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. The outdoor area is what really shines at this place! Beautiful pool...large hot tub...plenty of seating to gather around the fire or lay poolside! We felt completely secluded in our own private oasis despite the fact that we were in the middle of a neighborhood. Outstanding mountain views and beautifully landscaped! Grady was super accommodating and allowed us to check-in early...very personable throughout the entire experience. Would definitely return and recommend this property to all! Thank you for an awesome weekend getaway!

The owners were so responsive and nice!! The house is even better in person than the pictures. We came down for my daughters spring break and the house and backyard were ideal! The house is stocked with all you will need, the layout is great for multiple families (if needed) and the backyard felt like a retreat. Thank you!!
