The location is great, less than 10 min walk to the beach. A wagon and beach chair were provided. Enough parking for 4 cars. Bring beach towels and toiletries. The house is nice and spacious. I think bedding and towels could use a refresher.

Hard to believe, but this house actually exceeded our expectations, especially regarding bedrooms and bathrooms. It easily sleeps 16 in 7 bedrooms—effectively 4 huge masters (3 kings and a queen each with its own bath), 2 with twin beds (each with its own bath) and a bunk room (with 2 sets of bunks and a bathroom right outside the door). The living/kitchen area is efficient and easily accommodates everyone. The beach is easily accessible by car, bike or walking (depending on how much stuff you’re hauling) and everything else you need or want to do is a short walk or drive away. The frosting on the cake was an elevator which made moving in and out of the house a breeze. An added. important plus is the helpful and attentive owner, who was consistently and instantly available to answer questions (example—she anticipated a balky coffee machine and a new one showed up at the door before we could complain!. If you’ve got a big group, this place will not disappoint.

Enjoyed our week get away. Was in a phenomenal location with close access to the beach as well as the town. Owner was responsive and very nice. Definitely recommend staying and will be back.

House was beautiful, large and very comfortable! Proximity to the beach was excellent! We cooked all meals at home. The kitchen and living spaces accommodated 9 adults and 3 kids very well. We will be back!

Excellent location!!!! Within walking distance to beach, restaurants and shops. The home was spacious and comfortable, very well kept. Definitely a great place to stay for large families or memorable get togethers. The rooftop is a positively a plus. To see a double rainbow and beautiful sunset was absolutely one of the highlights of our stay! You can choose to enjoy the local lifestyle or catch up on serenity , you would enjoy either one .Would definitely go again!

One of my absolute favorite rentals! Saint Simons is such a quaint, beautiful little island. This 5 story rental was so incredibly perfect for my family and friends. The house was in perfect condition. Super clean and very cute decor. Very kid friendly. Th rooftop patio has an amazing view and was a great spot to just relax. The neighborhood is very cute. I will DEFINITELY be staying at this rental again!

The owners communication was wonderful, the house was clean.. and beautiful! We loved our stay and can’t wait to come back! 10/10 recommend!!

Great kitchen for a large group!

House layout worked well for our group. Everyone had their own room and shower. Perfect. Plenty of room in the kitchen and patio was nice. Enjoyed the crows nest with sitting area the most. Walk to the beach isn't bad. Great part of the island to be on. Check in was seamless and owner was very communicative. Thanks for having us!

This was not my first time at this property and DEFINITLY not my last !! Great location. The owners have updated paint and decor and have done a fabulous job with the updates. ( not reflected in the current pictures on the site) 5 + stars

We loved our weekend trip to St. Simons and this house was perfect! The entire house was beautiful and extremely clean. It is a very short walk to the beach and great location for biking into town. We loved watching the sunsets on the rooftop deck. Will definitely stay here again!

We absolutely love staying at Mary’s property. We are repeat customers and this place is perfect for a large group. Always clean, easy communication, so close to the beach and downtown SSI. We are already planning our next trip!

House was amazingly big. Enough room for our 12 people. We hopefully left in as good of shape as we found it. Close to the beach, we walked to it in 3 minutes every morning. We didn't use the grill but checked it out and it was clean. Beds were comfortable and they had 3 kings 1 queen, 4 single twins, 2 sets of twin bunks. Elevator worked fine though it took us an hour to figure a couple things out on it, like monkeys discovering fire. Owner was great in communicating everything.

Although this was a work trip, our team really enjoyed the property. Accurate listing and unbelievable communication with the property owner made for a fantastic trip. This is an easy decision, should you be looking to rent in the area!

This house was perfect for our family group of 16! We were able to spread out, but also plenty of room on the main floor for hanging out together. The house is really nice and all the necessities available. Great location with easy walk to the beach and short drive to town. We all loved it!
